1st, If you aren't a smoker please ensure to specify ”Non Smoking Room Only” otherwise the check in counter may assign the smoking room for you. We are 2 women and they still gave us a smoking room without asking. From the first step out from the elevator until the room the smell was so awful. 2nd, if you lose the parking voucher you need to pay a fine ”500 baht”, please make sure to keep that small piece of paper (not even a card) safe if you don't want to have any issues. 3rd, they provided the coffee machine but with only ONE coffee & 2 sachets of cheap tea, despite you are 2 guesses they still give you only One coffee, if you need another one 150 bath/ea will be charging. Apart from the location the rest were disappointing My friend and I will definitely not come back and don't dare to recommend this hotel to anyone

Lovely quiet hotel despite right at busy Sukhumvit Road. I was happy to see jackfruit available at breakfast on 24 May morning. But disappointed that the jackfruit is not ripe. It was tasteless, even slight unpleasant to eat. Kitchen should have better quality control over the supplier.

Room was big and condition a bit old. Location was perfect with BTS, MRT and T21 Mall within short walk. Lots of amenities nearby. Aircon was preset at 25-26 degrees and was not adjustable. Took a long time to cool down the room. Spent 4 nights there and the aircon was leaking water on the last night. Technician came to repair and set the temperate to 22-23 degrees to stop the leak. Had to wait for housekeeper to come clean up the water

The pictures shown online are very different to what the actual room look like. Things that really need to be mended are taped over. There is mould in the shower area. Housekeeping is generally OK but I was somewhat disappointed when their idea of making the bed seems to be just laying the blanket over. There are no slippers, soap bar or cotten buds provided. Check in staff tends to keep to themselves except for the lady and middle aged male. The rest just ignore you. It was very cheap, but if given the chance, I wouldn't want to come back and stay simply because the online pictures absolutely do not resemble the reality.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is abit dated but it’s not much of an issue because most things work well. The bed is uncomfortable because it’s too soft and does not have movement isolation. My partner and I would wake each other up when we turn in our sleep. I would stay again.

Very clean room. Simple but comfortable. Bed is solid. Toilet and bathroom are spacious. Water pressure is strong. Amenities are given at a as needed basis, which is totally fine. Water dispenser for hot n cold water avail at every level. Simple breakfast avail at 199B, but honestly no need for it. Just go into the streets. Plenty of food around.

I like this hotel.. the room was clean and spacious. There’s good parking, and the breakfast is fine. The only issue was that our room was quite noisy from the street (it was a corner room facing a busy road). I don’t think it’s worth lowering the rating for this, and it may be quieter in other rooms. We didn’t bring it up with the staff since we were only staying for one day.

The hotel is in an alley about 300-400 meters. There is a 7-Eleven/Motorcycle Win at the entrance of the alley. The room is big for two people. There's a parking garage. It's convenient. Friends are staying at other hotels nearby. You have to find your own parking space on the side of the road. The rooms, the hotel, the parking garage, the pictures are exactly as advertised on the cover. There is a key card and there is a staff member at the front desk all the time. Good service. We checked in at 6:00 p.m. and actually checked in at almost midnight. Because I'm busy outside. and go out to work near the school at 6:00 a.m., come back to check in at 11:00 a.m. The picture posted in the review asks for permission to be copied from another website, but the cover is exactly as follows. There is a refrigerator, two bottles of drinking water, a bottle of soap, and towels. I would like to criticize one thing. Not cleaning 100%. I'm not sure how many housekeepers there are. The bathroom has soap stains on the walls. The room floor has hair scraps. The bed was too close to the wardrobe. The glass still had water drops in it when checking in. Anyone looking for affordable nightly accommodation Recommend here. The more you book in the Trips app, it's definitely cheaper than anywhere else. Use trip coins to get a discount. It's even more worthwhile.

This villa is located within Landed properties in Bangkok, looks like a high class area, feel secured in this location. The villa is like a big Bungalow. But the bad side is it's always quite noisy as the resting chair area is just next to swimming pool. Space also very small. Expected a bathtub but end up don't have and no space to hang clothes. I stayed here for a few nights, and while everything was adequate, nothing was spectacular for the price paid. The pool was tiny, the gym lacked equipment for a decent workout, the rooms were fine and fairly soundproof. The biggest problem was that the water dispenser in the gym had very stale water, and bits of yellow stuff in the water when it was dispensed into my water bottle. I drank this water and had diarrhoea 4 times that day. I only realised it was this water when I filled my bottle again the next day, smelled the water and saw the nasty things floating around inside. I gave my feedback to the hotel, they apologised, and no compensation was offered.

Small hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. I live there because my friend's house is nearby, so it's very convenient to get in and out with a car. The price is cheap and there is no breakfast.

Great location; not in the centre of the craziness but just a quick walk to the centre of it all. The hotel is also right in the street of an up and coming area getting filled with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and new bars perfect for Instagram pictures. The room itself was also better than what I expected considering how low the price was. The hotel also has its own little restaurant that is open from “dawn till dusk” with very delicious food.

Loved staying here! Location is conveniently right next to the BTS with plenty of shops and street vendors nearby, easy access (walkable) to Ekkamai and (a further walk, but still doable!) to Thong Lo. I was in the deluxe king room on the 3rd floor and it was remarkably quiet considering the busy street below. The room was modern, very clean, and the staff here are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

First, let me say that your hotel’s location is fantastic. Being situated opposite Park Silom, with restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket inside, is incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a 24-hour McDonald’s next door and being just a 5-minute walk from BTS Sala Daeng made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue during check-out that left me feeling disappointed. The male staff member who handled my check-out (unfortunately, I couldn’t catch his name) was not very friendly. Due to the nature of the items in the room being mostly purchaseable, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a check to ensure nothing was taken. After the 10 minutes had passed, no one updated me on the status, and I had to approach the counter myself to ask if everything was settled. A lady staff member then confirmed that all was in order. I believe it would be much better if the staff took the initiative to inform guests once the check is complete, rather than leaving us waiting without clear communication. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the process, the long wait and lack of proactive communication could be improved for a smoother check-out experience.
