My experience of staying at this hotel in the heart of the city was exceptionally positive, especially given my needs for a short stop for a rest. The room, although mainly designed for sleep, exceeded my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The room 's noise isolation also deserves praise, as despite the central location of the hotel, I managed to avoid urban noise and enjoy a quiet sleep. Although my stay was short and mainly focused on rest, the experiences of service at the hotel were exceptionally positive. There is a parking lot, but it's almost full. There is no lift. On the first day, the toilet was clogged. For 3 days of stay, we never changed towels, did not take out the trash, did not give soap and toilet paper, did not clean the room. Killed a hefty cockroach that ran across the table in the room. The staff does not speak English well. Of the benefits - inexpensive, spacious room and near a cheap fruit market and a large park. Problems with the toilet and water heater were quickly resolved.

tidy, clean and spacious, we booked here one night, reception staffs are kind and helpful also, yet one thing is misunderstanding about breakfast time. One of us just called from the phone in room to check if there's available for breakfast or not bc it's 10.10-15 am already, and she was stumbling but the answer is we can go there until 11 am. So we went around 10.30 and everything is misunderstanding for real, staff talked about us in Thai in front of us, so I can hear it clearly. Please don't do this to guests, it might be our fault about breakfast time, but we checked it and you say yes. If it's a No so we won't go or we will pay for a la cart, just be straightforward it's fine. But thank you to front office staff to help us.

My room has no windows, the balcony is facing the house next door, there is no sunlight, there is a smell of toast floating into the room at night, the taste is very heavy. The bath water is not hot and the flow is not large. There is garbage outside the balcony, unhygienic, and there are many mosquitoes at night. The waiter has a good attitude, but the English is very poor. Overall it is a hotel with a general living experience.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

I visited the hotel only because of the location - I often stayed at the ale Meridian hotel before. The hotel is located on the hills, the hotel format is small two-story houses with several rooms. I booked a room with a panoramic view of the ocean (although where the organizers saw the ocean, I don’t know 😀). The hotel does not have its own beach and access to the beach, the restaurant has a view, the prices are average-high, the quality of the food is average. The breakfasts did not impress me and were the same all 3 days except for hot. The coffee served was terrible. The rooms are not up to 5 stars, but they are large and my room had a jacuzzi. Traveling to other locations is only possible by taxi, it is not realistic to go on foot - the highway. When leaving, the staff could not find a bag for dirty clothes and I had to pay 300 baht, which no one warned me about when entering and there was no information in the room either, I could easily throw away the bag and did not see a big problem in it. the hotel is definitely not 5 stars and in march (which is high season) i saw only 3 families there which means the hotel is empty. I have status cards in major hotel chains and I know a lot about the hotel business

overall, it was an average experience—you get what you pay for right. The hotel offers the bare minimum in terms of comfort, but having access to the gym, sauna, swimming pool, and laundry facilities definitely made the stay more manageable. The rooms are cheaply made, and sound insulation is practically nonexistent. Every single noise from the hallway is loud and disruptive, from people talking to doors opening and closing. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and I woke up exhausted every morning. Another thing you’re only allowed two towels, and you have to bring them downstairs yourself to exchange them. The same goes for any other amenities you need; you have to go down to the front desk to request them. The pool area lacks didnt have soap in the bathrooms. They also do not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the cleaning staff was not as accommodating. When I asked for toilet paper, the cleaning lady was visibly irritated and slightly rude, which was surprising, as I had never encountered a Thai service worker with such a prickly disposition before. On a positive note, I did enjoy being able to watch the sunrise from my room—it was a nice touch. However, the constant noise and lack of sleep made my stay far less enjoyable than I had hoped. If you're looking for a budget stay with basic amenities, this hotel might work, but don't expect much beyond that. Would I stay again? Probably not.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location to get around patong area and other beaches. I was very surprised how quiet the area was during the night. We were anticipating it to be quite loud as we were right by a busy road. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. A little outdated, but stil served its purpose. Washing machine were located right outside our room. 40 baht charge per load. Would recommend if your not fussed about room deco etc.

The hotel located at the main road with no much shopping facilities around, quite for people looking for a relaxing place. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The room serves lady , she is very noisy and disturbing other comforts early morning. It's just good and reasonable price if you're in tight budget. You get what you pay ! The bed is not that comfortable I think it's good if you're planning only sleep at night. The man asked if China was not hot. I said my hometown is winter now very cold I want to say how much below zero. Said that the Thai also said that my English is good, too much, but because of the blessing of the disaster, upgraded to a homestay. The environment is really good. There is a big bathtub under the floor-to-ceiling window. There is also a balcony facing the back mountain. I used the hotel's hot water bottle to burn 5 pots of water and washed a half hot bath. The kettle is overheating and cannot be protected continuously. It takes a while to cool down. It takes too long. The hot water is not enough.

Cozy, quiet place. The room is clean, has everything you need, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning. Every day they put water in the room after cleaning. There are bottles of shampoo, etc. The pool is good, there are sun loungers around it. The whole area is planted with trees and flowers. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach (Kata), 35 minutes to Karon. But you can rent a bike, 250 baht if the owner's bike is free, 350 for others if the owner's bike is busy. The owner herself speaks English well, you can solve any problem. Remoteness has advantages, there are inexpensive but tasty cafes with friendly staff and a 7-11 store nearby. I definitely recommend this place.

Very close to the airport but few facilities I wanted to arrange Shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel. But no one responded to the email It only takes 10 minutes to call the hotel and the fare is about 170 Thai dollars. It’s even cheaper if your hotel arranges a car (it costs 200 Thai dollars) The hotel does not have slippers or toothpaste, but toothbrushes are provided However, the hotel staff was kind and informed that if you want to purchase, you need to go to a convenience store. P.S I have a very cute puppy. Bonus points! 😂

It’s Rosewood, what could possibly go wrong? Nothing 😘 Had such an amazing time there even though it was only for a short time. I'll start with the location, the hotel is located on a hill, offering excellent views of Patong, but this is the downside, it's hard to climb the hill if you don't have transport. It’s a bit far from the sea (20 minutes walk) Service 10/5 speak good English. The room was generally clean, but there were minor flaws (scuffs and scratches on the floor, stains on the sofa). And the room looks great! The breakfasts are excellent, the portions are large, you can choose two dishes from the morning menu per person, plus snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. (buffet). For our last breakfast they made us a farewell dessert, delicious and pleasant. Would we return to this place again, definitely yes!

Bangtao Beach Modern Wind Pool Villa, great experience! This trip to Phuket chose the modern wind pool villa at Bangtao Beach, it is so wise! The Thai butler service is super intimate and responsive. Any problem can be solved quickly, so that our vacation has no worries. The villa is very new and well equipped. The pool is awesome, the moment you turn on the lights, it is beautiful, and there is a massage function. It is very comfortable to open the massage when you are tired. The four bedrooms are equipped with separate bathrooms, and the living room has a separate guest bathroom. It is too convenient for many people to travel, and there will be no trouble in use at all. The combination of washing machine and dryer is also great. The clothes after drying are not wrinkled and can be worn directly. The ice making function of the refrigerator adds a lot of coolness and convenience to the tropical holiday. The air conditioner is quickly cooled and can be felt as soon as you enter the room. Every detail of the villa shows the quality and comfort, and every day spent here is relaxed and enjoyable. All good, I like the staffs, are so cooperative. just the guyz late night snores and gossips were disturbing from neighbour bed. There is a common flat table, a big aircon on top of the side, i was working on the table, siddenly the aircon started leaking, my laptop keyboard got wet badly, i thought it will not work. I was upset and quickly turned off laptop and dried by using my hair dryer and thank God it started working. Otherwise my travel can be so stressful.

The room size is good and suitable for family travel. We drove here and used Google Navigation. There is nothing good to eat nearby, so we still need to drive out to have more choices. The surrounding area is very quiet. The swimming pool is just outside the room. You can jump into the water directly after opening the door. The service staff are very friendly and easy-going. There is a self-service laundry function, 60 yuan for washing and 40 yuan for drying for 30 minutes. It is only 6-8 kilometers away from Phuket Town, which is not inconvenient. Recommended

Amazing hotel! Although the room was small, it was clean, spacious enough, quiet, and had a pleasant scent. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price. While the hotel is relatively close to Patong Beach, I chose not to walk due to some darker streets along the way. Instead, I took a motorcycle, which was a fun and quick ride back to the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it!
