|1.15km from city centerStayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬
They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this .
That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …

The staff is eager to help with all questions. The only downside is that there are a lot of construction sites around, but the double-glazed windows are excellent - we slept without problems.

But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

|5.72km from city centerIt's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them.
Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account.
Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.
