Booked this hotel for 2 nights. Got a free upgrade with windows in the room. Room was very new, clean and big with free water, tea and coffee. Most important is that this hotel have an elevator which is easy for tourist with big luggages. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel provides money changer, tours and motorcycle rental. Buffet style breakfast was great. Excellent location with lots of food stalls and cafe around till late nights. Will come back again.

Location is good and staff are friendly but the owner just doesn't understand about proper cleanliness. I get it's hard to properly clean all 20 or so rooms you have but you are not doing the bare minimum. I've been here on two seperate occasions and both times I found uneaten food from the previous guests that encourages ants, bugs and mice. Clean the room properly please.

Not recommend for family trip, it is suitable for backpackers or travelers who spending more time on the street instead of staying in. The room is super small (15m2) for 2 people, not too clean and the facilities are quite old. The only plus point is the location is next to Sword Lake with a lot of foods and restaurants around. Otherwise, I still can find better alternatives options around this area so… the experience is pretty uncomfortable. P/s: after complaining about the room, they upgraded me a bigger one. It’s ok but still not too clean. Also I feel someone was touching my personal stuffs in my luggage but I have no evidences to prove… Hence you need to be careful with your belongings when staying here

A small niche boutique hotel located at Old Quarters. This hotel is within walking distance to some of the attractions, street food, cafes, restaurants. Every weekend the road is closed for night market whereby many stores were setup along the street. We have booked a Deluxe Double hotel and the room is pretty small,bit suitable for up to 2 persons staying. The asset of this hotel is the staff whereby they speak good English, efficient, friendly and courteous. My appreciation goes to Hayley, Tracy and Tony who I found be most comfortable dealing with. Breakfast selections were adequate with the usual hams, sausages, eggs station, noodles, rice, breads etc, enough to fill your tummy. The only feedback I ve got is the room has no luggage rack and when requested it was unavailable. I was told luggage rack only be found in Standard category of rooms, kind of strange room set up. The beautiful entrance and reception take you off the bustling and congested roads of Hanoi’s old quarter into an oasis of calm and charm. Sadly the amenities (bar and pool) are pretty limited - I couldn’t find a spot to sit around the pool (there were probably 8-10 people there and no room left). The indoor spa facilities were good and the treatments pleasant. I wouldn’t return as I think for the money spent, I could get much better facilities OR get the same facilities much cheaper elsewhere in Hanoi

It was an incredible experience. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in terms of hospitality and communication. The staff is really helpful and are always trying their best to make sure you have a confortable stay. The room is clean and spacious enough. The location is great , not too far from old quarter and close enough within walking distance from other attractions. You can also always get a grab to go wherever you want and it will not take too much time. I never tried the breakfast while I stayed there so I can not comment on it but the laundry is free to use. Overall , I will definitely reccomend to anyone staying in hanoi to stay here , you will definitely have a confortable stay and worth your money.

It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists. The staff in this hotel were excellent! From welcoming us with some welcome drinks and fruit, to politely going through our booking details with us (as there was a mix up about payment) and even looking after our bags for a night (as we spent one evening in a village a little way out from Hanoi and returned to the hotel the day after). Of course the rooms, cleanliness and breakfast were also fantastic - and the only reason for rating the location as a 4 is owing to the fact that as it is centrally located in the Old Town, it can get quite noisy at night. In fairness, the hotel accomodated this by ensuring guests were placed in rooms further away from the noisy street (and with double windows), but it is something to bear in mind. We didnt mind of course - you cant expect to be in the midst of it all, and at the same time expect pure silence!
