The location was great. Walking distance to the famous Pike Place Market and the piers. Westgate station of the Link rail transit, which is connected to Seattle-Tacoma Airport is just a block away. Similarly, close to bus stop or monorail station going to the Space Needle. Hotel room was spacious and clean.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the location is also very good. The rooms are relatively old and the lighting is average but the area is quite large. But don't eat in the hotel! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant saw that I was Asian and took me to the worst seat! ! ! ! Take other white people who didn't make a reservation to sit in the good seats inside! The male waiter in the restaurant is 100% ******! ! ! !

The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.

Went as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours. All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!

The first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.

I’m not the type of person who usually writes reviews because I find it bothersome, but I couldn’t help but write one because of the hotel’s kindness, cleanliness, and service. I’m a Korean student who doesn’t speak English well and I traveled alone for the GSA conference. Since it was my first time visiting the United States, I was both excited and worried. However, contrary to my concerns, the hotel provided a Korean manual, and they were very considerate and respectful, even though I couldn’t speak English well. I was so grateful that they tried their best to provide as much service as possible. If I ever visit Seattle again, I think I’ll stay here. I really appreciate it. The hotel is in a good location in the city centre. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the waterfront, Greatwheel, and the Seattle Art Museum. Hotel parking is very expensive, more than 6 hours or overnight is 42 US dollars (excluding tax), the actual bill should add about 10% of the state tax and city tax on this basis, so good ⊙ _ ⊙

Great venue in terms of location. Staff very helpful. The real downer was the cleaning.Although our room was cleaned to good standard, the public area was not. One of the rooms opposite had a discarded cleaners black glove outside on the floor for 2 days. Also by the lifts on the 26th floor was a discarded coffee cup on the table. This was left there when we arrived and was still there when we checked out.

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to South Lake Union where. Meta, Microsoft, Amazon office locate. The front desk staff at a very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We did not try their breakfast since it’s not included in our booking. One thing to note is that there is construction right in front of the hotel. All views are blocked and a bit noise. The court yard is very good though. I will recommend it.

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

Good location, close to the space needle tower, there is a roof to be able to shoot the needle tower, the weather is cold, the roof has a natural gas heating stove, convenient for the view of the guests to warm, that is, there are more shelter around. There is another thing that can't communicate with the hotel. My reservation list shows the total dollar price paid to the store, but the store has overcharged the money and said that it is the price. Please book the hotel's customer service to reply to this question. After all, the language is unreasonable and the way of expression is different. What is the deposit?

Good location, walk to the Parker market for about ten minutes. The price is the cheapest near here. The room was clean and tidy, but small, the sound insulation effect was average, if you live on the side of the street, you will hear the sound and vibration of the car passing by. And the air conditioner is a window machine, the effect is very good, but the noise is quite big. This is a common problem in American hotels. If you want to be quiet, there is a room that requires the back street, no air conditioning. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you can order takeaway for dinner, and there is a 7-11 for two or three minutes to walk nearby.

The serviced apartment was better than expected, with a kitchen. The parking lot is multi-storey. There is a gate every time you enter the parking lot. You need to go to the front desk to register the license plate number of the car. After entering, the parking lot gate will open automatically. It is also convenient to travel nearby. Although there are few breakfast items, the quality of the ingredients is very good. The hotel room is also very quiet. I rarely meet guests. Occasionally, I meet guests staying in the hotel with dogs. This hotel allows pets. I wonder if I need to make an appointment in advance? The facilities in the hotel room are also complete. It is next to the road but there is no super noise. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one is indeed a very pleasant stay experience. I will come again in the future.

There is no hygienic bag in the paper. We don’t have another hotel. I don’t know if Seattle is like this. I have to clean the room every day. I have not taken the waiter. The room is also arranged. The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

1 ⃣️ breakfast, according to the United States here, the public came early. #东西 is quite complete, can eat enough ~ environment can still 2⃣️ The location of the hotel is very convenient. In the urban area, it is very convenient to go out and buy something to go shopping. It is very convenient from several urban attractions in Seattle. (Note: Foreigners are hardly living in urban areas, especially in the evenings, more tramps, girls go out to pay attention to safety) 3⃣️Transportation: Several scenic spots can be reached by walking for one or two kilometers. English is good. It is economical to take bus and light rail to go anywhere. English almost used Uber ~ convenient. 4 ⃣️ hotel provides parking, but I don't know if parking charges are not. Last reminder: When setting the hotel, calculate the time difference in China, try to book the Chinese working day. When I set it, China is early in the morning, Ctrip’s staff has not yet gone to work, and the United States cannot find my check-in information. , delayed for a long time ~ but eventually managed to stay.
