|5.54km from city centerIt was very horrible trip in Italy, the first day I arrived the Novotel Linate hotel my backpack was stolen in the hotel lobby almost full valuable stuff lost, it was most upset and traumatic experience I Ever had. You can’t imagine how bad it is in the hotel lobby, really ridiculous and unimaginable.
The most awful thing I didn’t get any apologies from hotel. I reported the case to police station in Milano by myself, although I pleased to check the camera video and refused by hotel due to the dame human rights excuse, I am wondering if the stuff from hotel were stolen , won’t you check the camera or not? It was very suck for the Milano police, I am shame on them , in the past 20 days, nothing progress from them , moreover they seem didn’t come to hotel check after my report in their office. Very baaaaaaaad

The people staying at other hotels nearby were in contrast to their very comfortable stay. I really don't want to stay again.
Please delete and operate on-site payments in the option.

And when their housekeeper found I left one clothes in the room, they threw it away directly rather than kept it for half day maybe I will go back to take it. The balcony of the room is very good. It would be better if two people were together. You can sit and chat and see the street view. Then every day someone will come to clean, the quilt looks quite clean, pay attention to their toilet next to a small similar wash basin, that is used to wash pg, but most of us do not have this habit. The hotel traffic is quite convenient. There are 10 trams at the 100-meter turn. You can take the M1 subway for more than 600 meters. It is recommended that you buy the 3-day pass if you play for a few days, which is more cost-effective (I often do the wrong station 😂). Then there are many restaurants nearby. It takes a few steps to get there. I feel very rich in the hotel's breakfast. I have a lot of snacks, yogurt and fruit. Praise! . Don't worry about playing, Milan is very small, half an hour of public transportation can basically reach most attractions. Basically, to be honest, the Milan hotel is quite expensive, and you have to pay a 4 euro/day tax when you check out, but the front desk service is very good, and you will have a little English and say hello.

I strongly agree with another comment: the staff seemed to work very hard to help, and there was actually no change in the big issues. Marco at the front desk was very helpful to me with the small issues (I overheard others calling his name), thank you Marco.
The platform workers actively assisted, but they couldn't help me when I went downstairs to ask directly. The platform customer service told me that ”the other party has been unreachable” but there was someone at the front desk every time I passed by, and even every time I went downstairs to ask, there was someone at the front desk. Yes, so it’s best to go downstairs and ask yourself. As for whether the other party can handle it, it really depends on your luck.

One is not so easy to find check in location, you can find the entrance door but you don’t know how to get in, it’s better to put more information about it. Secondly, no instruction about oven, coffee machine or washing machine in English. Not so easy to figure out how to use it. Overall it’s a good property for staying.
