So, this is our 2nd time in this hotel and the front desk officer MS KRIS is just way too rude and is really incompetent at customer service, i’ve been in customer service for way so long, and she doesn’t even know how to deal with simple matters. Also the grooming isn’t very pleasant at all. She may try to do a refresher training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The hotel itself is NOT PET FRIENDLY , the last time they allow us to bring our baby pup but this time KRIS approached us with a very unfriendly manner. Take note they will only treat you well if you stay in a deluxe room cause we did stay in deluxe the last time my sister was here and they also overcharged us that time which made my sister so mad😂(the agent that time was also this girl named KRIS) so you might as well beware of her🤦♀️ she’s the worst. On the other hand, the staffs at the dining area are all great and helpful as well as the staff named FATIMA from front desk.

Did not stay personally but my wife and daughter stayed one night and they enjoyed their stay, Room was clean and the simple breakfast which was included was good. The pool was nice. Resort is still partly under renovations but did not affect their stay. Nice stay for a low price. Average beach.

The pool is nice but the beach is not so good. It takes a while to get there from the airport so you need to arrive at the airport by 3pm to get in at 8pm. You need to do some shopping on the way but there are small stores. It's really rural. It was different from what I imagined. It felt more like going to the countryside to swim and play in the pool than in a city or resort.

Location was great as we were visiting family in Liloan. Was a little disappointed that it was raining, but they do offer some zip line, kayaks and maybe some jet skiing. Rooms were large but no refrigerator and the plumbing is outdated. Would probably stay again because of family in the area.

Friends who like to experience nature must go to live and see, the whole place is very primitive! The room type I lived in this time was two floors, there was no air-conditioning. If you are afraid of heat, you can choose another room type ～ There are no toiletries in the other place to live. You have to prepare it yourself. There is only one hotel in some hair dryers. You need to borrow it from the counter staff outside the room. Because the weather is OK when you go, Cool at night, so choosing a room type without air conditioning is also great! In addition, the restaurant is relatively remote, and there are basically 0 restaurants nearby. If you need to eat, you can order with the hotel. If you want to have dinner, remember to order it with the counter before 3 pm! (There is no phone in the room! Go to the counter by yourself!) Then tell the time to send it, not accepting extra points, it is recommended to order it once (but we have too little that night, if you can ask if you can eat something else, it is OK), the massage part, only one appointment at a time, there is no way to have two at the same time. Overall is good!

We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime. Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons Big enough ung ref to store many food Good aircondition. Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit. Space is ergonomically good. Then free access sa pool is a plus Nearby sa mga groceries at food. Enough sampayan and great city view Well recommended the place 100% Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay. The road in front of the hotel is too narrow, so you basically can't get in. I took a Grab, but they told me I couldn't go any further with that car. The hotel itself is nice, but the surrounding area is pretty trashy... I've included a photo from my room and a photo of the building next door, where only the hotel side is painted white to make it look nice. The hotel itself is clean. It would have been better if there was a refrigerator.

Breakfast was okay. The hotel is close to the place to watch whale sharks. It is an hour from the hotel to charter a car, but it will be half an hour after seeing the time. We departed at 5:30 in the morning to Oslob and it was already overcrowded. We chose to dive , Because many people feel that the water is muddy. But the deep diving experience is better, you can see the panoramic view of whale sharks. 3500p per person. Horses and chickens can sit in a pavilion and watch the sea at 800p. The price is not high enough. It only costs more than 250-300p to do it in a shop in Bohol. The view of the hotel is nice, the surroundings are very quiet, suitable for vacation without being disturbed, the cell phone signal is very poor, but the hotel wifi works.

Nice, clean property. We received great service. The servers in the restaurant remembered our orders each morning for breakfast. The breakfast is very good and varied each day. The pool has a great view and the pool is small but nice. We had a great stay and we were only originally supposed to stay 3 nights, then we extended our stay for the remainder of our trip in Cebu City. It’s also located close to restaurants and bars. Bohol Island came across a recommendation from a latent friend, the boss' mother went to China, and the boss could speak Chinese. The room was very clean. I left after transitioning to one night. It is convenient because there are many 7.11 and Starbucks, Japanese food and drug stores and other restaurants nearby. I think it would be nice if the room could be a long and good room, but I think the Japanese are not clean enough. Especially the floor.
