So I got upgraded to the suite for half of my stay because I had a split booking and let me tell you it was so well appointed it had a little stove top with pots and pan available as you can see there was a nice big wooden dining table that I could sit at on work throughout the day and I could look through the window. The bed was super comfortable, had a nice big shower the only thing I wish I had was a tub but apart from that it was fabulous.

Ideal location, on street parking or public car park near by. 4/5 mins walk to nice area with bars. Lovely staff member greeted up and gave us a recommendation for places to go. Continental breakfast was ideal the next morning in a shared kitchen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable even though it was small but was only for one night. Would stay again

The hotel was transformed from a former shipyard, and its layout is very artistic. It is new and comfortable. The rooms are simpler, a fusion of classic and modern. This hotel is like the Titanic, and the iceberg in front is a memorial hall.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station in downtown Belfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There is several pubs located across the street. The hotel piano bar was very nice. I would recommend a view facing the street from the front of the hotel.

Had everything we needed and room was very clean bed was comfy and spotless bathroom and shower was very good and clean too was roughly 10 min walk from train/bus station/centre of city best for me was the buffet breakfast , there was everything you could want too much to write on here . took a long walk to walk it off every morning would stay again no problem thanks again mike and claire .

I booked this hotel solely because it was advertised as having air-conditioning, which is essential in the summer. We found out at check in that not all rooms have air-conditioning and was given a room without air-conditioning. We subsequently spoke with Reception team and was upgraded to a room with air conditioning, thanks to help from Roland. Please take note when booking if this is an essential requirement for you.

The hotel location is excellent, it is within walking distance to gardens, travellers attractions, city center and grand transport hub. The hotel also provides a good breakfast, and toothbrush set upon request, this is extraordinary compared to many hotels in Belfast as general. The hotel compound is not big, so not many other facilities can be offered except a small gym room for guests to work out. One small thing to highlight about the cleanliness, the hotel is providing a table fan which is very dusty.

The best thing is its location. It's a 5min walk to the city centre and shopping district, and a 10min walk to the Belfast Grand Central Station where you get on/off the Airport buses. I got an interesting room with four windows, so the whole room was always bright and airy. The room is basic but has everything you need. The only issue is that warm water for the shower takes an excruciatingly long time, so I usually let it run for at least 2mins before hopping into the shower.
