|0.89km from city centerI often stay in hotels for work but this was my first time trying a capsule pod. The lobby is very small but the check in process was efficient. The whole place felt more like a dormitory than a hotel. The common area was spacious and there weren’t a lot of people when I ate my dinner there so it was pretty quiet. The common ladies bathroom was quite clean but the shower stall in the common bathroom smelled strongly of pee and the body wash was not replenished. I also didn’t like how untidy the bedroom area was but I suppose this has more to do with the other guests than the hotel staff. But I would like to make special mention of the pod itself. It was a lot more spacious than I expected and it was so comfortable. The duvet was of good quality, the kind you would see in a traditional hotel. I just wish the AC was a bit stronger cos I felt hot a few times during the night. There was also a desk and mirror in the pod so you can do your work there if you wished. Overall I guess it’s a good place if you’re on a tight budget but I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

|3.66km from city centerLyf Ferrer Park is located above the MRT which makes moving anywhere in Singapore super convenient. Upon entering the hotel, the large opening with hugh spaces is shockingly amazing. The reception area is well maintained and the front-line staff are friendly and helpful making my stay at Lyf FP a memorable stay. A 24-hours restaurant is just across which is visible from my room (see attached photo) with good spread of food choices.
While staying Lyf Ferrer Park from 21 - 23 May, I would like to express my appreciation to RAZDEE for his professionalism and patient in helping me to cancel a duplicated reservation. Razdee is well versed with on-line booking hence he guided and explained to me step by step, the methods of making such reservation to ensure no complications later. In today’s busy life style, it is hard to find such employee showing care and concern for their guests. I fully enjoyed my stay at Lyf Ferrer Park feeling secured and confidence knowing that such excellent services will be extended when needed.

They have a great space to socialize and also an area where you can work if needed. Definitely will go back there! From my perspective, it was so close to everywhere, the subway, the marina bay, and the markets. Every day there was something to do and meeting new people and new roommates.

The hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is nutritious enough, especially the ham is delicious Yes, the hotel apartment room is relatively large from what I saw in a Singapore hotel. There is a kitchen for cooking, kitchenware and tableware. The washing machine and dryer are very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta downstairs in the hotel. The taste of the restaurant is also very good, and it is very close to the west coast park, which is very suitable for running. House keeping is done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and it will not disturb the rest too much. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and livable. |0.96km from city centerBooked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

Located 5-10 minutes from the exits of various metro lines and bus stops. Marina Bay is a 30-40 minute walk away.
A very beautiful area, quiet in the morning and coming alive in the evenings: bars and restaurants are located in traditional houses. You can also walk to the office skyscrapers in about 7 minutes.
Simple and clear check-in and check-out, no room cards, instead you set a PIN code.
The room is small but comfortable. The mattress and pillows, especially the pillows)) are comfortable. The water pressure is good. After turning on the water heating button, hot water flows for 10 minutes. Cons: a small blanket for two, USB sockets charge the phone very poorly (from 20% in 5 hours of sleep it only charged to 45%), but perhaps with a traditional socket it is better.
Beautiful lobby, we did not use the cafe, but it looked nice, the prices are average for the city.
The hotel smells nice, the shampoo and shower gel in the room also smelled nice, but I didn't like the hand soap at all (but that's subjective)
If we come to Singapore again, we will consider this hotel for a repeat stay.

|1.09km from city centerGot a free upgrade to a ‘Lux’ room which was at the back of the hotel, completely overlooked by the hotel behind. We couldn’t open the curtains and there was nothing to see anyway apart from a big grey wall full of windows.
Requested a room change and they downgraded us to a standard room which was smaller but had a lovely view of the river and the pool area and a bigger shower!
The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you!
A big thank you to the porters too for handling our bags with care, calling us taxis and generally being really helpful.
I think this hotel is in the perfect location allowing you to walk to anywhere of interest in the city within 30 mins.

The carpark was full that day and there wasn’t any place for us to park, I approached the staff to check if them if there is other solutions or not. She( not sure if I rem the name correctly - MIA) was very friendly, she helped me to check with her colleague and managed to get me a complimentary coupon from forum shopping mall. Thanks for taking the extra mile. The room itself was okay. There is afternoon tea from 2 to 4pm and evening cocktail from 530 to 730pm. There was a food menu so we wasn’t given option to choose what we want. The quality of the food was good however I felt the selections were limited and everyone is okay with certain food. Hopefully they will come out with more options for people to choose instead. Breakfast was okay too. Oh yah they actually decorated the room as it was meant to be a birthday celebration for my partner. Appreciate :)

If you don’t mind sharing bathroom it is good. The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. I’m not sure if when is many people it would be same experience as there are not many toilet and the breakfast space is not as big, only one hob. For us it was perfect.

Theres a small gym outside for avid runners and also have a small selection of delicacies for travellers to eat and take with before their flight departs.

The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. A palace ambience and super huge from the path way to the entrance and all the way to the unit. Felt like your own kingdom when you enter. Super economic price for singapore stay like this. The area is hidden in housing estate around tourist spot like chinatown and also towards east west side of singapore. They provide such a clean and huge water pressure not to mention which makes a plus tick for foreigner who is worried of water hygience. After my check out the staff also greeted me with super nice attitude and easy going personality. Very nice place that won't push or kick guest out once you complete the stay, everything was smooth and perfect. Nice idea of this concept!

The room was spacious and beautifully designed in a modern heritage style. We were welcomed with a complimentary tea ceremony and lots of in-room refreshments as well. The only underwhelming part of the experience was the hotel breakfast - the spread was rather small and food tasted mediocre. The pool and gym also have limited capacity but the pool is open till 12 midnight and the gym is 24/7 so that makes up for it!
