Just a few mins walk to Selva De Mar Metro station, approx. 20 mins to town, Barcelona station to the beach, Jaume I station in Old City, basically it goes by most attractions and its quite easy to change to other transportation. Service was good, during check in, staff offered discount for breakfast for adults, half price for my daughter. Variety of food was good, pot of hot coffee and milk were on the table already after you collect your food. We had an extra bed and the space is still good enough for suitcase and us moving around. Cleanness was great too, we could use the bathtub. If I have to pick on something, probably the soundproofing from corridor could be better.

The hotel is divided into two sides. It has not been renovated and is very dilapidated. The renovation on the other side is relatively ordinary, which is just barely acceptable. When I arrived at the hotel, I booked two rooms. The room the waiter gave me was on the very dilapidated side, which I couldn't accept at all. There was no air conditioning and there was a weird sound when the air conditioner was turned on, so I asked to change rooms. It was too bad.

I travel 300 days a year and for the first time I experienced a shock! I arrived to check in at 23:30 after a 16 hour flight from Asia. When checking in, the receptionist DEMANDED a deposit from me in an ultimatum form. I replied that I was checking out at 7 am and I would hardly be able to use the deposit, to which he replied that this was the hotel's policy and I was obliged otherwise he would cancel my reservation. I showed him the check-in voucher, which did not contain information about my obligation to make a deposit. He said that this was my problem and he would now (at 00:00 at night) cancel the reservation. After 20 minutes, I managed to convince him not to take a deposit from me. The second round of the tragedy began - he asked to pay a tourist tax. I offered to pay by credit card, since I only had cash US dollars with me. but I couldn't pay with a VISA card, which I've used without problems in 50 countries around the world!!! but the terminals at the hotel didn't accept my card. I asked to take a deposit of 100 US dollars, but he wouldn't hear of it, he made me exchange 200 dollars (!!!) since the hotel policy prohibits exchanging a smaller amount!!! for your information - the tourist tax is 12.54 euros and the hotel employee couldn't provide me with a normal terminal for payment! in short, it's terrible, in the end I fell asleep only at 01:00 at night. terrible place, absolutely disloyal staff. he tried to yell at me!!! this is the first time I've seen something like this! it's just awful!

I had a great overall experience at the Hilton Hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful views, nearby eating joints, and the beach just a short walk away. Public transport is also conveniently located, which made getting around very easy. The hotel was extremely busy during my stay, with several conferences happening. This made the buffet area crowded and it was sometimes difficult to find a seat. However, the buffet spread itself was good, offering a variety of options. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were generally very nice and welcoming. That said, a few staff members at the restaurant seemed disinterested and were quick to say ”no” to requests, which was a bit disappointing. Despite the minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, views, and amenities.

I would recommend this hotel. The location is close to the metro and near the centre. Also there is a beach with walking distance. The pool is great in the day and there is a lovely Colombian lady there who is great with kids. In the evening we watched the football and it was great the following day we watched the England v Netherlands match and both the waiter and waitress told my son to not celebrate the goal. Without giving any reasons, it ruined the match and soured our whole stay.

👍🏻 Location close to the beach, several buses to attractions, close to Rambla Poblenou, where all the local restaurants are 👍🏻 Friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast with very good quality Iberian ham. 👍🏿The roof is equipped with a swimming pool, with a 360-degree invincible view 👎 No tea and coffee welcome tray in the room, no kettle, no glass, but there is a small fridge, the breakfast room is sad, the station should be better presented. Overall very satisfied, quiet, with heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. Off-season prices are unbeatable!

During my first trip to Europe, I really liked H10 in Spain the most. The location is 2 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. There are tons of restaurants right next to it. A hotel where it's quicker to find what's there than what's not there Doesn't seem friendly This is View One Tool. Even if you get a lower floor (second floor) like me, you can't even use the balcony because you keep making eye contact with the people at the restaurant below. I asked for a higher floor, but they said it was impossible to change the room, so I just stayed there. It was about 300,000 won per night, but when I go to a nearby area, they don't even keep my luggage after check-out (Hotel Ambit does it for me). I would use it again if the price is very cheap or if I get a higher floor. I was thinking about Pratikrambla because of the refrigerator. All the electricity goes out without the card key, so the refrigerator is useless. (I completely regret going to Pratik Rambla haha) Even if I stay in the hotel for a long time, the refrigerator is not cool. And the air conditioner... It's old-fashioned so it's not cool. Don't think of it as a hotel air conditioner. Of course, there are no toothbrushes, slippers, gowns, etc. I used a personal hand fan for about 2 hours because the hotel didn't get cool right away even after going out and coming back. Please be aware that the hotel facilities are very outdated!
