This is a fully self-service hotel. Remember to make an appointment in advance. The store sent you a password to check in. I tossed for half an hour at the entrance of the hotel before I moved in. The surrounding environment is extremely dirty and messy. The hotel and a nursing home are in the same building, and an elderly person is at every turn. The traffic is very convenient and the room is very clean.

Basic but clean hotel in a good location in  neukölln. It’s more like a hostel than a hotel, there is never anybody at the reception. So better have a cell phone ready to contact anyone if you need assistance.  when I arrived in the evening (you can check in until 10 pm) nobody was at the reception to open the door and I didn’t have a cell phone.

About 12 minutes walk from the subway entrance. The room is clean, large space, complete facilities, slightly poor sound insulation, and you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. Check-in at the front desk was inefficient and there were long queues of people waiting. The staff who gave me check-in first worked on what I had at hand, and made me wait for a long time. I asked her when she could check in and she told me to wait and I missed the appointment to visit the Capitol Dome. When checking out, another staff member was very welcoming and efficient.

It’s a comfortable hotel to stay. The staff is very friendly. I like the bath. It’s with strong water pressure so it’s a pleasure to take a shower especially during cold winter nights. The only thing that’s not as satisfying is the bed. It’s probably quite old so it sinks easily. Otherwise it’s a very nice stay.

Booked the accomodation for Berlin marathon period. Security- lift, rooms and toilets are accessible via room cards only, I have no problems and was at ease. Bring your own padlock to stow your medium size luggage in room. They have storage rentals in event you arrive early or need to store your baggage Room- surprising clean. I have a shared 4 beds to a room. 2nd experience in Germany and no problems. Unfortunately my bunks power socket is defective. Rooms comes with a basin. Late checkouts permissible at additional 5Euros. My night was not peaceful as noises from pub were audioably from the room,.not recommended if you are a light sleeper. Service staff. Mixed- morning staff made frequent checks if my room is ready for check in and I appreciate it. One occasion where I checked if I could switch my late checkout to breakfast with topup but was declined. Tip. 1. Avoid checking out after 9.30am It's super crowded, good luck going up and down the 2 lifts at this time 2. Bring your personal amenities. Towel, toothbrush shower etc

This hotel is LGBT-friendly, although I'm not. But it still surprised me a little bit. The hotel rooms, like other budget hotels in Europe, are relatively small. But it was quite clean and tidy, and it was a bit quiet. I had a really good sleep during those few days. What is not so good is the hotel breakfast. It has basically not been changed in 11 days. It is always the same, which makes people sad.

Vom herzlichen Empfang ueber die Größe des Comfortzimmers mit den getrennten Betten und dem wunderbaren Ausblick zur Friedrichwerderschen Kirche stimmte einfach ALLES. Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus 147 sehr gut an den Bf.Friedrichstr.,den Ostbahnhof und als Wichtigstes an den HBF angebunden. Der Hbf kann auch mit der U5 von der Station Museumsinsel bequem erreicht werden. Unser Ziel war die Museumsinsel,die fussläufig erreichbar ist. Das Frühstücksbuffett war mit dem Begrüßungs-Smoothie über die Brot-/Brötchen-Auswahl bis hin zur ,,Eierstation,, d.H. Omelett auf Wunsch sehr gut und vielfältig. Da ARCOTEL eine österreichische Kette ist kommt der Kaffee und die Säfte von Meindl bzw Rauch.Da stimmt die Qualität. Das Haus ist nach unserem Befinden uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wenn es nicht den Zwischenfall mit meiner Doppelbuchung einer no-Storno-Rate gegeben hätte ,die vom Hotel mit keinerlei Kulanz(Gutschein gleich welcher Höhe) abschlägig beschieden worden wäre ,so könnten wir den Aufenthalt als Rundum gelungen bezeichnen.

The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. It is super close to the Brandenburg Gate and it is too convenient to run the Berlin Marathon. The apartment room is still an old door key, a unit door, a room door, to keep it, lost to lose money. The apartment is four white floors, one bedroom and one or two halls, there is a kitchen for cooking, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, bread machine, coffee machine, there is a big supermarket nearby, it is super convenient to buy ingredients, I cook and eat every day. There is a washing machine (not drying, drying). The bed in the room was large, two single mattresses were placed on the double bed, single quilt, the bed was very hard, I slept very well. It should be noted that his family has rooms in several nearby streets, but the office is some distance away from the room, so it may be possible to drag the suitcase and walk two streets to the room after check-in.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for our family tour with two kids. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to The Brandenburg. The rooms were cosy and clean. Just that you better check the bottles in the bathroom as the show gel one was empty in one of our rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Overall we had a wonderful stay at The Westin!

Express Hotel All room specifications are the same. Breakfast is normal. Those in normal European hotels are slightly simple. Nothing in the room. You need to prepare yourself. The nearest subway station walks for ten minutes. If you go to travel, it is not convenient to take the subway. The subway is a little longer. The surrounding environment is still quiet. It is not the place where the Chinese are getting together. There is an ice cream shop opposite the hotel. 1.2 Euro is delicious. There is also a outside.
