Booked this hotel as I was having a badminton tournament at Sentosa Arena. Check was quick and receptionist is very polite. Require a RM50 deposit and was returned next day during checkout (checkout was simple and quick as well). Parking is on public road (was there on Sunday so, there is no issue on parking but on weekdays, might be a bit different as it is located at a commercial area. Manage to get a a lot in front of the hotel lift. Paid my parking through Touch n Go (on Monday, starting from 7.30am). Room is clean, hair dryer provided together with 3 in 1 shampoo conditioner & body wash which smells really good. Hotel room do come with a kettle and 3 in 1 coffee. Towel and bed sheet is clean. Choose a deluxe queen room with window through Trip.com and paid RM60 which I think is a very very good deal. Toilet water pressure with hot water is strong. Surrounding there are a lot of eateries such as brew house, Chinese cuisine, food court, Malay food, old town is just at d back of the hotel. 99Speedmart, 7 Eleven, Mynews, Guardian, Watson, Mixx are all within 1-2 minutes walking distance. Overall I am very happy with the stay, hotel staff are friendly, food and convenience mart are nearby plus very affordable rates. Will definitely come back if I need to be around that area for work. Thank you Orange Hotel, u really surpassed my expectation.

The hotel is quite simple, and while the location is a bit remote, there's a convenient café on-site. It's advisable to bring plenty of food with you. My little sister couldn't stop praising the friendly lady at the counter who was working on January 31, 2024. Keep up the great service! Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and if you need an iron, just request it at the counter and they'll deliver it to your room.

It is situated at the best location in KL, right in the center of Bukit Bintang, near shopping centers, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. It’s very closed to famous shopping malls: the Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungai Wang, etc. The apartment is very spacious with 3 big bedrooms, living room, kitchen. The interior design of the apartment is very creative and well prepared with Egyptian-style decoration items and costumes. It is highly recommended to stay at this apartment.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The accommodation was small but sufficient for us. The room was clean, and we appreciated its proximity to public transportation. We also had a nice view from our room, which was a great bonus. However, since the hotel is located in front of a big road, it can be quite noisy at night. Thankfully, the staff provided earplugs, which we could request from the lobby. The staff were really friendly and helpful overall, but we encountered an issue with the cleaning staff that left us quite frustrated. When we asked for fresh towels and mineral water without requesting housecleaning, the cleaning staff suddenly told us there was a charge. This was surprising because, in most places, fresh towels and water are provided daily even if housekeeping is not requested. Even the receptionist had earlier told us these were available at no extra charge, but the cleaning staff insisted otherwise. The inconsistency was frustrating and should be addressed. Overall, the stay was pleasant, with good amenities and a convenient location, but clearer policies and better staff communication would improve the experience. Very recommended!

I just feel like this has a spa resort feeling for me but is actually better than that. Stayed so many place has never felt a special connection towards a architect of a housing like this. Scroll through some comment section and see european guest stay excellent comment and decide to book it here for a try for most of them have great taste with regards in life so i just book out of curious and it just surprise me with so many great qualities. The hotel was fine, good location and big lobby with decent rooms. Despite that, the bed sheets and pillowcase were very nasty, with many yellow and red steams. I bet you could improve this because it’s not nice for guests to find a nice bed but after one night finding out that it’s actually dirty.

Our 2 day stay at W was fabulous! We book the Wonderful Room with 2 double bed. During checked in, reception is offering the upgrade to the KLCC tower view. Thank you so much for the extra arrangement. Location : KLCC is just 5mins walk, located at the main city area of KL. We found easy access to every where. Breakfast : Breakfast at FLOCK offering lots of variety and service staffs well trained. Pool and Bar : Small pool but with spectacular view. Food and drinks at the bar we found a little too fancy. But we enjoyed too.

The first time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay in this hotel. When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened. 1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in. 2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ? 3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits) 4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why. ——— Let’s talk about the room There is a washing machine, toiletries, and air conditioning 👌 Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.

The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night. The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast. The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up. The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.

Location is ok, walkable to pavillion. As booking is under third party, there is no parking lot provided. Parking not desirable as there are limited outdoor parking lot beside the building. If you cant get a lot, then you have to park elsewhere. Swimming pool under tight security by the security guard who eye power you to dry thoroughly as the guest arent allow to make the lift lobby wet. Apartment is ok but the aircon took a long while to turn cold especially with the hot KL weather. It’s noisy even at 11pm with cars honking outside. Not sure if that is the norm. Will probably try the hotel next time to see if it is better.
