There are two large supermarkets nearby: Aeon and a Japanese-language store. There are also several smaller supermarkets, including Lawson and FamilyMart. Breakfast options include McDonald's and KFC, and dinner options include Wangjiang, Wasujiya, and Matsuya. The B&B wasn't crowded, so it was relatively quiet. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it! Five stars!

There are 8 floors in the building and 3 units in each floor. The room is spotless, well organized and you have your own washing machine with liquid laundry detergent provided. Love also their shower room and bed. Each unit have a balcony facing the river where you can hang your laundry on the rack provided. For those who can’t speak Japanese and Chinese, you can communicate with them thru email. Self check-in is easy and for check -out, just drop your key in the check-out box provided. For your train transpo,
you can take either the Sennichimae line or Hanshin line. If you have luggage or heavy stuff with you, I would recommend that you take the Hanshin line which have elevator going up. Or take the Sennichimae line and walk going to the Hanshin line where you can find an elevator going up. Find your best exit. Across the bridge is a supermarket “K.” You’ll also find Lawson and 7Holdings (formerly 7/11). I would still choose this place if I go back to Osaka.

There are spare parts on the first floor that can be taken as needed. Although there is a tram station nearby, the doors and windows are well soundproofed and can hardly be heard at night. If there is a shortcoming, it is that the socket position of the bed is a bit awkward, at the foot of the bed, and it is easy to kick it to the ground when charging at night. During our 8-night stay, we only received two complimentary cleanings. Additional cleaning costs 1000 JPY per service, and frankly, the cleaning itself was quite perfunctory. Don't expect the same standard as similarly priced hotels in China. Breakfast was repetitive, but tea, coffee, and other beverages are available for takeout throughout the day. The location is excellent, being just a 10-minute walk to the Umeda shopping district.

Installations and the concept is amazing.
The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that.
The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier.
That was pros. Now cons.
Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable.
Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again.
Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area.
Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again.
Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there.

Next are the disadvantages:
Disadvantage 1: It is far from the subway station (Nanhaianli/Tianxiachawu), which takes about 15 minutes to walk, which undoubtedly increases the burden for special forces (30 minutes more walking every day)
The second shortcoming: the sound insulation is not very good. At night, there will be Japanese ghost-fire boys riding motorcycles on the street next to you, which will affect your sleep, but the probability of this happening is low (25%). The most serious shortcoming is the following
The third shortcoming: the bedroom curtains provide almost no light blocking. I don't know what material it is. Although it has two layers, it does not provide any sun protection at all (maybe because the area is not enough?). I am woken up by the bright sunlight at five or six every morning, so I have to buy an eye mask and earplugs to fall asleep.
I hope the hotel will seriously improve! It is especially recommended to replace the curtains! First, do the most basic things of the hotel well so that guests can get a good sleep, and then consider other things.

|0.49km from DOTON PLAZA OSAKALocated around 5-10 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi Station, somewhat in the middle of the business district stands the Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. Yodoyabashi station is a pretty convenient location, as it was minutes away from Osaka-Umeda Station as well as Shinsaibashi and Osaka-Namba station, which were all on the same line which made travelling around a breeze. The ambience and feel of the hotel was very inviting and comfortable.
We had booked the Hollywood Twin Room, and it was quite small, but I would rather describe it as cozy, though my only grouse was that the beds were too close to each other, and the lack of space for 2 huge luggages. I do love that although a bit on the small side, they still managed to fit in a nice Japanese bath to soak away the fatigue. Besides that, there was nothing much to complain about, as the beds were comfortable and not overly hard, and the staff were pretty warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety and were pretty delicious.
Overall, a fantastic choice and a definite contender when we next go back to Osaka.

2) There are several convenience stores along the way to the hotel, including a LIFE supermarket that's open until midnight, perfect for convenience.
3) There are several restaurants near the JR station, including a Japanese-Western restaurant. The entrance is discreet and the interior is very comfortable (see photos).
There's also a bakery with delicious bread.
4) The owner is very kind and can check in your luggage early in the morning.
The only downside is the poor soundproofing. It might have been a bit too late at 11:15 on the first night. We checked in at night in room 302 (two floors). We just put down our luggage quietly, walked normally, and took a photo with our children in the attic (attached photos), when other guests knocked on the door to complain. The owner then called and texted to complain again. If the noise continued, we would be forced to check out. I don't know what is considered noise. It's just normal use. I can only say that the place is made of wood and the sound insulation is really, really poor. We didn't dare to unpack that night. Fortunately, we didn't need to shower (we went to the hot springs that night and had a shower). We didn't do it until the next morning... Turning on the tap would be loud again. The sound insulation is really bad. Even the lightest step on the stairs in the room makes a wooden sound. If you are a family or 6 people staying here! It's really not allowed. And you can't stay up late because of the footsteps! On the second day, the owner reminded us to be as quiet as possible, so we didn't dare to make any noise for two consecutive days. I originally chose this house specifically to let my daughters experience a happy and enjoyable experience, but he kept telling them to step lightly on the floor, sit still, and not move around. It was too stressful. It affected my mood for the last two days of my trip. I was afraid of disturbing others and even more afraid of complaints. I really need to pay attention~

Breakfast is simple and hearty. There is delicious hot miso soup, cereal, bread and many types of onigiri.
Hotel have free cookie and drinks during tea times, alcohol for night time.

Check-in and check-out are done by robot-dinosaur figures, which looks quite unique. You could also call for an employee, in case you prefer it that way.
Location
Hotel has a good location - fairly close to the railway station, so going to Nara and Kyoto will not be a problem. Also really close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, if you are into that kind of activity. Personally, a downside to it is that it is in Americamura, and people looking for a more traditional experience might find that not ideal.
Only once have we heard any noises from the partiers, and by 10pm it already was quiet, so that is very good considering the location.
Amenities and cleanliness
The cleanliness level was good.
Breakfast
Pretty simple, fairly good. Main plate was the same every day we were there, and you could also take pastries, soup and drinks as you wanted from the buffet.

Although it's right next to a rather lively entertainment street, it was perfectly fine; I walked through it daily and never felt uncomfortable or bothered by it. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which was super convenient. A very large Don Quijote store is also just a three-minute walk away. Shinsaibashi is also very close and easily reachable on foot. Kuromon Market is nearby, but it's a complete rip-off, and I definitely don't recommend going there!

But I personally like this more than the semi-double room that Japanese hotels like to sell. The hotel changes the toothbrush and towel every day. The room is cleaned every day (if needed). Overall, I like it. I might go back to stay again next time. The only real disadvantage that I personally don't like is that there is no pajamas provided. 🥲

In a bustling city like Osaka, especially in a prime area where space is at a premium, choosing a central location often means compromising on room size. We had booked an airport transfer service via Ctrip, and it took approximately 35 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel is located next to a temple; you'll know you've reached the ground floor entrance when you see a Buddha statue. You'll need to go through an automatic door to enter the building and take the elevator up to the 4th-floor lobby. We stayed in a room on the 12th floor. While the room wasn't large, it featured a sofa, a small table, and a double bed. We were two adults and one child. For August during the peak summer season, the room rate was close to 1700 RMB. A large suitcase couldn't be fully opened inside, so I simply left it near the entrance. There's a complimentary rooftop hot spring bath, but swimwear and mobile phones are not allowed inside. We didn't get to try it this time, and I feel it's not particularly suitable for families.
