Last minute booking for a funeral, it was convenient to where we needed to go. The room was definitely not swept up or mopped. I had to use a washcloth to clean a big dirty stain on the floor and there were crumbs of whatever the prior occupants left. It was nice that the pet area was clean. Food was ok, eggs were undercooked but it was nice to have something to eat.

But the wash basin and toilet are separated, which is convenient for two people to use. Refrigerator, microwave oven. Small bottled Dove brand toiletries. Service: Buffet breakfast, the basic variety of the old beauty. The room rate was more than 480 on the same day, and the price/performance ratio was OK. Free parking.

Hotel was really close to the highway so it was pretty noisy, my door had a dead bolt but it didn’t have the door lock up top like most other hotels. The doors were pretty loud so you could hear when other guest would leave their room.

Staff are friendly and attend to queries and requests promptly. Hotel charge USD 10 per day for parking. Located next to highway so you can expect vehicle passing noise all night but I slept soundly though (I am a light sleeper) . I requested for non-highway facing room. The curtains are thick enough to block out most noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The location is very good. It is in the center of the city. Nearby are the core values of the city-the Fine Arts Museum, the History Museum, the Cathedral, the Theater Square, and the Stadium. They are all a few hundred meters away. There are also trams for a ride. Social idlers are the main ones. The three mature steaks in the restaurant are great. The parking fee is not expensive. It would be a pity not to go to the Museum of Fine Arts.

Room facilities are good, but not equipped with slippers, called the front desk and said that suites are required to have slippers. There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym on the 5th floor lobby. The only problem was that Ctrip prepaid but the hotel did not receive the payment during checkout. After contacting Ctrip customer service immediately, I agreed to repay at the hotel, and Ctrip refunded me later.

My Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay.
