The four-star hotel should be because of the location and the history of its own building. The room is actually relatively small. The bathroom does not know whether it is exhaust or what is off the light or there is noise. Sleeping at night is a bit disruptive. Breakfast is good.

The location is amazing. Lots of food and bars nearby, but that also makes for a noisy street when trying to sleep. The bathrooms and showers are kind of dirty but serviceable. The lockers in the rooms are small but big enough for valuables. The bunk beds are noisy and no privacy curtain. Overall not a great hostel but the location makes up for it. The employees are great and very helpful

Comfortable apartment rooms are clean and well equipped, pots, plates, bowls, knives and forks, induction cookers, ovens, oil, salt, vinegar and peppers. Slippers should be brought by yourself. Convenient transportation, a few minutes walk from the subway line 7. But the hotel itself is located in the middle of a pedestrian road and is very quiet at night. A 1.8m double bed, a sofa bed, and a small balcony. Probably equivalent to about 60 square meters in China. Our family of four stayed for five nights and was very comfortable and happy!

In order to try my luck in getting a room with a balcony, I changed to a deluxe room, which is the second largest room on each floor. The facilities and equipment are much less than those of the suite. There is no minibar, hand-ground coffee, drying rack, or stereo, but it is still equipped with a bathtub and coffee machine. Although there is no balcony, there are window railings, which can give you the feeling of Haussmann Paris. There is also a window on the other side, facing the inner patio (the curtains must be drawn). There is no free drinking water in the room, but you can get water and make coffee in the lobby on the ground floor. We did not choose the room rate with breakfast included. The next day, we wanted to buy two croissants to take away, and the front desk gave them to us. In addition to the room, the public area is also very design-oriented.

Upon arrival we were surprised to find that they gave us a room on the 5th floor and the lift was not working. The breakfast was a bit sparse... not even oil for the toast. There were two small rooms for breakfast, when I say small because there were about 5 tables per room. At rush hour you had to wait to have breakfast or go to the other room and be lucky. There was also one on each side of the building on the -1 floor, in which one of them did not even have a toaster to toast the bread. The room is fine, the bed was comfortable. Also a point in its favour was that they left you two complimentary bottles of water and tea or coffee in the room, which is appreciated. The receptionists were friendly and some spoke Spanish... for me the best thing was its location. Despite that little thing, I recommend it because it is fine.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very ideal, close to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, and there are also many restaurants and shopping areas around, which is very convenient for travel. The environment of the hotel is also very elegant, the interior decoration is modern and chic, the rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are fully equipped, and the beds are very comfortable, which ensures a good sleep every night. The location of the hotel is about 3-5 minutes from the subway station. There is a beautiful Luxembourg Park nearby. It is also convenient to walk to the Flower God Cafe. There is also a supermarket nearby. It is convenient to buy fruits or simple snacks. It's a beauty when the bell rings near the church nearby!

The hotel is a traditional French building, the room size is right, but the toilet is a bit small. Because it is an old building, the elevator is very small. And the elevator is mislayered, so you need to go down half a floor to enter the room. The 5th district is very safe, there is a bakery nearby, and the traffic to the attractions is very convenient. We arrived in Paris early in the morning and Thomas at the front desk took care of us. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Paris.

The hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday. There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food. The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part. The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe ) The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection. The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !

The WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!

Within 300m of the metro which heads into downtown Paris (pink #4 line), close to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and 15 mins walk coming from Gare du Nord Eurostar. Good to have ensuite bathroom for 4 person dorms. Hostel bathroom showing its age. Breakfast available for 7 euro. A number of good nearby bakeries for breakfast too. Small limited kitchen. Lots of seating though. Did not like the cages under the beds for storing luggage (need own lock) or the small lockers in the room (also requiring another lock with long shackle to use). Did not provide hand or bath soap.

1.The service is very great no matter the basic needs and special request. The hotel prepared the special welcoming card for our wedding anniversary trip. When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better. 2. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel. 3. The room is very clean and warm in the winter. The bathroom is well equipped and shower gel, shampoo, washing hands gel etc is Nuex brand. 4. The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too.

We loved our 3 night stay here in a garden room. With a couple plus a teenager the upstairs for parents and sofa bed downstairs was perfect. The location is literally 2 minutes to the Metro, and the food option surrounding the hotel are endless. The area isn't 5 star, but we walked it early mornings and at night without feeling unsafe at all. On the same Metro line as Gare du Nord so easy to switch lines as needed. Had the breakdast on our last day and it was excellent too. 👌

Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur). Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect. Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out. Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.

Excellent apartment, brand new renovation, everything is fresh. For such a price everything was fine and we liked it. The linen was clean and fresh. The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

I had a really good stay here. The other travellers were really friendly. I felt very safe. We hardly bumped into each other in our rooms due to everybody waking and sleeping at different times, but they were respectful in the morning and nights. The rooms were big and the beds were huge! The shared bathrooms were really clean and modern and the showers were really hot (or cold). It was mostly all students staying here or young people, however I did come across a few older people staying, one in my room. Lots of languages are spoken here. Lots of french mainly. I am English. There was also a Spanish speaking guy in my room, and a guy from Thailand. I stayed for three nights. The first time in a 6 bed female dorm and the last two in an 8 bed mixed room. Everybody is super friendly. The staff are friendly, there's lots of them. And there is big spaces with tables to study or eat and chat with each other.

Generally, the hotel was nice. Good facilities and easy access, 10m from the Gare du nord and Gare de East on foot. I started to think that Awesome breakfast is Mercure thing. Since I had stayed 2 Mercure and both of them offered similar, and terrific breakfast. The hotel is very cost-effective. I'd recommend to my coworkers.

The hotel is not big but cozy. The rooms require updating but perhaps after renovation the price will be lower and much higher. The price included breakfast, we ate well. Located next to the metro, the center where all the attractions are a 30 minute walk, the area is safe and there is a supermarket nearby. Great staff, everyone was nice. There is a place to leave luggage and also an elevator.

Stayed for 5 nights. The area is perfect as it is located near Gare de Lyon central train station with easy access to different parts of Paris. The hotel is kinda old and improvisions done from the old structure to make it more at par with our regular hotel. Staffs from receptionist to housekeeper deliver excellent service with the intention to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The also serve good and tasty breakfast. This is my first time staying at Grand Hotel Chicago and I my experience has been exceptional. Staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. Location is great My husband and I traveled with 3 kids and we got a connecting room and it was perfect and spacious. Around the hotel on rue de dames there are lots of nice bistro and all amenities. ( supermarket, self service laundry, pharmacy, subway- all a short walk away) Really convenient, very clean, quiet and and great atmosphere. Would go back- absolutely.
