|1.86km from GaribaldiDue to a change in our travel plans, we ended up extending our stay at this hotel for two extra days in Paris! Its incredibly convenient location, making it easy to get anywhere, was a key factor in our decision. I've already covered many aspects in my previous review, so this time I'll focus on the breakfast.
The breakfast selection was comparable to what you'd find at a business hotel in China, but it was absolutely delicious! Waffles and bread were, of course, available, but the absolute highlight was the croissants. The French pastries were truly exquisite; I've never had anything so soft and tender back home. The self-service juicer, where you could visibly see fresh oranges being squeezed, was quite a fun touch! The apricot juice from the fridge was also quite good; I noticed it was a local French brand not available in China.
Overall, this hotel is highly recommended! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

|1.2km from Garibaldi1.The service is very great no matter the basic needs and special request. The hotel prepared the special welcoming card for our wedding anniversary trip. When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better.
2. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel.
3. The room is very clean and warm in the winter. The bathroom is well equipped and shower gel, shampoo, washing hands gel etc is Nuex brand.
4. The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too.

There is a Walmart City supermarket to the west. There is a Hunan restaurant across the road to the south where I had two meals. The first intersection to the east is the Opera Metro Station. There is also a Sichuan restaurant with good food. The hotel breakfast includes shrimp dumplings, rice and miso soup. The staff is very friendly.

The room is bigger than i expected and all the facilities look new. I was pleasantly surprise by the room as it has a balcony which you can go out. As a solo traveller i felt quite safe since the police station is just opposite. Vaugiraud station is on the Line 12 of the metro which is easy to access to most of the attraction. Lastly, the staffs are extremely helpful and pleasant which makes my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend

娘と2人旅。20歳すぎた娘と同じベッドで寝ることもないので🤭いい思い出になりました。
この街で暮らすように過ごしたら楽しそうです！

The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

We hardly bumped into each other in our rooms due to everybody waking and sleeping at different times, but they were respectful in the morning and nights. The rooms were big and the beds were huge! The shared bathrooms were really clean and modern and the showers were really hot (or cold). It was mostly all students staying here or young people, however I did come across a few older people staying, one in my room. Lots of languages are spoken here. Lots of french mainly. I am English. There was also a Spanish speaking guy in my room, and a guy from Thailand. I stayed for three nights. The first time in a 6 bed female dorm and the last two in an 8 bed mixed room. Everybody is super friendly. The staff are friendly, there's lots of them. And there is big spaces with tables to study or eat and chat with each other.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, the room area is also large in Paris, there is an elevator, central air conditioning and air purifier, air conditioning is rare in Paris.
Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, very clean, and the room cleaning is also timely.
Environment: There are many restaurants and small fast food restaurants around, as well as some Chinese and Southeast Asian restaurants. There is a small park next to it, where many locals walk their children, and there is an Israeli church⛪️. There is a small supermarket not far away, and you can swipe domestic chip credit cards💳. Some small restaurants cannot swipe domestic cards. This is very random, depending on the merchant's POS machine.
Service: The service is very good. The manager, Ms. Sandra, helped me solve the order problem very patiently. Thank her very much.
A few points to note:
1. Environmentalism is currently prevalent in France. There are no disposable toiletries and slippers in the hotel, so you need to bring your own.
2. There is no bottled water in the room, they all boil tap water to drink 😂 It is recommended to bring your own mineral water, French Evian is very cheap.

The hotel is kinda old and improvisions done from the old structure to make it more at par with our regular hotel. Staffs from receptionist to housekeeper deliver excellent service with the intention to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The also serve good and tasty breakfast. As an air conditioner, it did not play its due role at all. Even its ventilation function was not up to standard. The room was stuffy and speechless!
During my stay, the hotel was undergoing interior renovation, and the renovation workers would shout loudly in the corridor from time to time. Everything else was fine!

The room was quiet, unlike what you'd expect next to the train tracks, and although it wasn't large, it was clean and functional. A lovely small hotel designed with an art deco atmosphere throughout. There are many restaurants, stylish general stores, and the famous Cezanne store in the area. A coin laundry and Monoprix are also within a 5-minute walk. The nearest station is a little far away, so I didn't use the metro or train this time. However, there are two bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and you can take a bus to Bon Marché on the left bank, and you can also take a bus back from the Eiffel Tower, which was very convenient. And most importantly, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly! I felt their warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Paris.

The view wasn’t great, but I’d didn’t book the room necessarily for the view, just somewhere to stay before catching the early Eurostar next day.
The best part of my stay? Xavier on reception - polite, funny, helpful - if he checks you in, it will all go smoothly!

However, when we checked in at 11pm on 1/9/2025, the room given was not cleaned. There were pillows and used bedsheet at the given room. We were surprise and came down to report it. Due to unavailability, we have been given double bed connected into one, which was not comfy for us. One of the lift was under repair on 5/9/2025. It took 15-20 minutes to checked out since the morning 5/9/25 till mid day where only 1 lift working- a lot of guests waited too long including us!
Meanwhile, during the week we stayed, the internet connection was on and off where there was maintenance carried out based on notice in the room. Should plan better to minimize interruption to the hotel guest. Overall, ok for the strategic location and the Aparthotel brand which is well known hotels chain worldwide.

You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel during my visit to Paris. The location was truly a standout feature—close to major attractions and well-connected by public transport, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.
As is common in Paris, the rooms were quite small, but reasonably comfortable and functional. Hygiene standards were acceptable overall. That said, the hotel would benefit from renovation and a fresh paint job to elevate its ambiance.
One aspect worth mentioning is the staff. While they weren’t directly impolite, their interactions lacked warmth and enthusiasm, giving off the impression that helping guests wasn’t a priority.
On the positive side, the booking process through Trip.com was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free. The price was very reasonable, and everything mentioned in the listing matched the reality of the stay—no unpleasant surprises.
All in all, if you're looking for a well-located budget-friendly option in Paris with an easy booking experience, this hotel gets the job done.
