Arrived at night at it is kinda hard to find empty parking spot since it is located at the center of SS15. Walking distance to nearest lrt station. Less than 1km to nu empire and subang parade on food. Lots of eateries nearby. Basic toiletries provided. Love the shower, got fast water flow. Room is not soundproof. Good counter service and very helpful too.

At first, when I read the previous reviews online, I was a little worried about whether it would be a scam. In fact, the worry was unnecessary. The room we booked was right at the front of the second floor. It was a connecting double room. When the curtains were opened, you could see the street view. It happened to be a Friday when we checked in, and we had a panoramic view of the lively scene of the restaurant on the corner of the street; it was a 3-minute walk across from the hotel. You can go to KK convenience store, 5 minutes walk to MRT, and close to many restaurants, very convenient

I am one person who always prefer hotels than AB&B. Hates crawlies or other insects. However, this is one exception. Clean and tidy. Many eateries around the condo. Furthers coffee shops are 7mins walk. Full range of hawker food. I would recommended if anyone is looking for AB&B, this is one place you won’t regret. It is value for money too.

We are quite disappointed as we unable to get the family room that was booked due to mechanical failure of the air-con. Alternatively, we were compensated with 2 rooms without extra charges. We are pleased to stay here as convenient for shopping at nearby building. Also, we were happy that room requested for quiet and middle area were adhered to. As we did not experience the heat and humid afternoon sun. We have been regularly staying at this hotel. Will continue to stay here. Hopefully, the rooms amenities are improved as staff overlooks to provide dental kits.

Room generally good for price paid for. Would be ideal for an electric-kettle & mini-bar to be provided in room. Toilet paper is of poor quality,too thin & easily torn during usage after cleaning up motion. Also,there was no such drinks self-dispensing-machine  at hotel lobby. Picture posted (2nd.pic) need to be updated. There’s one bad incident. At 9.44am on 19/11/24,it was very noisy. There was drilling & other works going on first floor. Noise made woke us up & was too loud to continue sleeping!

I’m quite sure that a better job could be done by the team instead of ignoring my queries on the following: 1. I selected a room stated that has windows; stayed in a room with only walls around unable to access any outside view 😕 2. I selected a room listed to have a TV; stayed in a room that has no TV leading to a pretty boring night 😮💨 3. I selected a room that I was made to believe a washing machine is included as per listed amenities; stayed in a room where no washing machine is to be seen 🫤 The above matters were raised in the WhatsApp group chat but to no avail, none of the team members within the group chat responded, so needless to expect any concerns showed on my stay being hospitable. The next text that got in the group chat was already informing me about checkout, as though my queries were entirely nonexistent. I’m sorry but it’s a rather disappointing experience after so many umpteenth stays I previously had.

Definitely enjoy the journey from the Resort Suite to the Shopping Centre (sunway pyramid). Locations is great. For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area. Good stay. Good space and good area to be at.

Traffic is quite bad around hotel. Hotel doesn't provide car park free facility. The car park is share with the mall .so it is rather inconvenient due to unavailability of parking near entrance . Overall the room is suitable for budget traveller with good class of hotel. The shower head with flexible extension hose should be provided instead of a fixed top down shower head .

We went as a family to stay here for bukak puasa and this unit was just perfect. So beautiful and so clean ❤️. The rooms and apartment was spacious as well. Really enjoyed our stay. My son even enjoyed playing with with ‘pop pop’ outside the condo as well. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free as well. Definitely repeating again.

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.
