Beautiful, newly renovated three bedroom with one bathroom in the heart of the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. Located on the Kimball bus line with laundry in the building (see description) available. There is a neighborhood mini mart one door down and a Divvy bike rental stand three blocks away. Come stay in Chicago's hottest neighborhood with some of the best dining and bars the city has to offer.The unit is on the second floor of a two story walk up greystone. Very sunny with large windows. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom/ 1 bath. ENTIRE apartment (not sharing) in the convenient neighborhood of Logan Square is yours to use. Minutes to downtown and many sites. Plenty of FREE street parking and ON the Kimball bus line. TWO flat screen TVs with Hulu, Netflix and HBOgo and PREMIUM cable. The second tv is in the middle bedroom. Free internet. Samsung soundbar with Bluetooth. Well equipped kitchen with full size appliances and coffee maker. Queen size high quality memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Couch also has a trundle pull out and an air mattress can be provided by request. High quality, high thread count sheets and duvets on each bed with luxurious memory foam pillows. I will have two laundry baskets for you (one for dark clothes- cold water wash, the other for white clothes- hot water wash) and I will wash any items you need. I won't fold but will return them by the next morning freshly laundered. The reason being is our laundry room is located in an unfinished portion of the building and I would rather offer the service for you than have you have to deal with the scary basement. There is also a large dining room for family gatherings. In addition to all that, we have cameras on the EXTERIOR of the building. With that being said please be honest with how many guests are staying over. Master bedroom is located on the main level, and includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with shower. Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and is also located on the main floor. It’s associated bathroom includes a steam shower. Guest bedroom 2 is located in the lower level, includes a queen size bed in addition to a trundle bed. This bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably, a great room for kids! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a large shower (as pictured). Main level includes a living room/full kitchen supplied with all necessities to cook a full meal…..plates, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc. Lower level also includes living area with a sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette. I stayed here one night for a concert The room was ok, nothing special for the price. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, and check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and showed me to my room. However, checkout is stated at 11am. Ten minutes before checkout, the staff was banging at my door rushing me to get out because the next guest was already there. In all other experiences, when I arrive at a hotel early before check-in, they don’t go rush to kick the guest out of my room before their designated checkout time. I drop my bags off and enjoy whatever place I’m visiting and go to my room later. I don’t see why this was necessary and put a sour end to my stay.

The lake view in the room is absolutely amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. I couldn't sleep due to jet lag, so I watched the lake all night and worked all night. The downside of the hotel is that the air conditioner is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. You have to turn it off before you can sleep. If you turn it off, it will be cold in winter. Remember to cover yourself with a blanket when you sleep. I was woken up by the cold.

Enrique was terrific! He was the first person we saw and was very friendly, professional and helpful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet with high ceilings which made the rooms feel more spacious. . The lounge area is huge with a variety of comfortable seating. If you get complimentary drink vouchers, use them early though as the small bar closes at 830! Would definitely stay here again and hope Enrique is there to welcome us! He really helped make our stay more enjoyable!

The room was OK. A deposit of 50 USD was charged to each room when we checked in. When we checked out the next day, 30 USD was charged to our credit card. It was said to be parking fee, but our car was not parked at the hotel. The front desk manager said it would be refunded, but it has not been refunded yet. Then when we checked in the second night, the front desk staff charged me 110 USD directly. After a while, they still couldn't figure it out. Finally, they said it would be refunded. The front desk manager told me to wait for the credit card bill to come out and contact her if it was not refunded.

I had booked a last minute trip to Chicago's Virgin Hotel to spend some time with my daughters. From the first minute we walked in the service was impeccable. This continued throughout our stay everytime we walked in or out of the hotel (many times). The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions. The only downfall to our visit was it was Covid season and many restrictions to places we could go to watch the football game and/or eat as the restaurants were all closed in the hotel. That was a safety issue for the guests so it was appreciated they weren't open. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). We were able to find places on our own, but it would have saved us the time from searching/calling around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Check in at 12 o'clock at noon to do pre check in, the result until nearly 5pm to get a good check-in, this makes me very puzzled, even if some of the host guests dragged a late check-out, it will not let people in a hall There is no room, the hotel did not give a reasonable explanation, just said that the room is not ready. Another point is that the checkout time of this hotel is very strict, check out before 11am, there will be late check out fee, about 150rmb.

Stayed 4D3N Pros 1. As a Chicago marathon runner, the location outweighs all the cons. The hotel is just opposite to the starting and end points of marathon route 2. Offer late check out for marathon runner to 2pm 3. Close to some famous tourist spots such as cloud gate (the bean), route66 starting point, ..etc 4. Complimentary bottle water, the only hotel we were staying in USA Offered this service 5. 10 mins walk to nearby subway station Cons 1. Aged, some in-room facilities even were loosen and not fixed tightly,for example water tap 2. Nearby not much eateries to choose 3. I have fully paid the room rate online before arrival, but the hotel still charged me the same amount while we were checking in, I made an enquiry to the hotel and they replied it was due to their computer error, crazy and nothing to say!

The location was perfect, right near the field museum Where you can take the taxi boat. The hotel is a bit older, eg elevator and windows, darker carpet, but the rooms are spacious and the staff is super helpful. Price is on the high side but that must be due to perfect location.
