Returning guest, couples holidays. It is a nice tucked away hotel, private location, nicely maintained hotel everything is freshly painted and clean.. Staff is friendly but they don’t offer daily cleaning and tower/linen change. A beautiful hotel in general and I would recommend people to stay there, but probably not coming back myself due to some reasons: MANY mosquitoes, they should offer people repellents. There are not enough plugs in the room and counter space in bathrooms, no working desk. Water only offered in one small bottle once a day. If you are looking for a photogenic hotel, this one is for you. Don’t bother booking a premium room as they all are the same.

We are quite happy staying here. With the comfort of rooms like apartments. No confusion about sitting down, where to eat, charging plugs are everywhere. Unique building, there are 2 floors. Lower floor: living room, refrigerator, balcony, bathroom, kitchen bar. Top floor: twin beds, sofa, TV, toilet. Only when I entered the room, the lights were dim. Then asked for a replacement and the officer was ready to help. Location: Seminyak...to go to the cafe/beach you have to take a motorbike/car. The service of all the officers is good 👍 Continue to improve, adding family event facilities such as cooking classes / games to make your stay more comfortable at the Pandawa All Suite.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There were different food options (Warung, cafe, convenient stores) nearby. The place has a pin location in Grab and GoJek that makes it easy to call for transport and food delivery. The venue is private and makes me feel safe. I enjoyed walking around the venue in my most natural state. Villa and room is very clean.

I loved this stay! It was quite and cosy, while you are close to the big road but doesn’t here it. The staff is the sweetest people I ever met. I broke my toe and the woman got some aloe vera for me (without asking for if). They ask me every day how I was and if I need help. Felt so safe and good there!

Great little houses, not expensive. There is air conditioning, a bed, a table, bedside tables. Breakfast in the neighboring warung. They cooked scrambled eggs and omelette and coffee for 20-30 minutes. The staff is responsive, we checked in in the morning. The downsides are that you can hear trucks farting as they go uphill and hot water, which may not be enough for a second stay. But everything is great, I recommend it. And yes, the road to the hotel is a bit unpaved with stones and a descent.

Кровать удобная, большая, белье чистое и новое. Завтрак был Включен в стоимость, можно было выбрать из нескольких позиций. Завтраки вкусные, порции большие. Персонал очень отзывчивый и готов помочь во всем. Большое спасибо персоналу, отдельное спасибо Янди и Али, что старались сделать пребывание максимально комфортным и позитивным. Вилла находится вдали от достопримечательностей и если вы не берёте авто или байк и не планируете передвигаться самостоятельно, имейте в виду, что такси Grab, Gojack не приедет или вызвать его сложно. Можно взять авто с водителем в отеле на целый день. Оплату принимают картой. В целом все понравилось, спасибо еще раз

What a fabulous stay! Beautiful, clean and away from the hustle and bustle. A ten minute walk through a traditional village, to reach a newly opened waterfall to the public called Gatep! This booking included free breakfast which was delicious and aesthetically appealing, I was offered two breakfasts as my booking was for two guests! I opened for a meal and a side of fruit instead, and there was also a complimentary afternoon tea too! I had a bit of a tummy bug and ordered more tea and was Informed that fresh pots were complimentary too! I asked about the local waterfall after I had checked out and the hotel staff member Emma gave me some information and even offered me a lift as she was going home for lunch, I was happy to walk but on her way down she offered again and then also called to organise a guide for me. I got rained on walking back and the staff got me a towel and offered for me to change etc and then let me order some tea and pancake bananas while I waited for the rain to stop and to organise I lift. Honestly the best hotel/ villa stay experience I’ve had in the three times I’ve been to Bali! Highly recommend.

It's within walking distance from the airport! It's very convenient to get to, so it's also recommended for those arriving on late-night flights. Also, since it's in a back alley, the hotel itself is in a relatively noisy area, but it doesn't bother me that much (^^) The staff are very friendly and the owner seems to be a family-run business! The hotel itself is all private rooms, and there are only 8 rooms, so you can relax very well. The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

A great villa for a large family holiday, very spacious and beautiful interior. Excellent location, to the sea and cafes very close to go, there is a embankment. Daily fast and clean cleaning, even the pool is cleaned once every 3 days!! (It is always clean, and big, very nice there to swim). Mega benevolent and responsive staff! They cover all the minus even!)) exactly once again would have returned to this villa! Still super jacuzzi on the second floor, a lot of greens and in general everything is beautiful! From the downside the note (not for the purpose of criticism, but for the purpose of review to improve): - a lot of mosquitoes (we bought in every fumiguator rod, there are a penny in the nearest store) ”There was no soap, only shampoo and gel for the soul (yet note that on the 2nd floor of the villa there was no hygienic soul or ershika, which was a little uncomfortable..), but after the request the soap was given, However, it was kind of not soap but a tool for washing dishes 😅 by the way it was in the kitchen! And the sponge was that very convenient. In general, it is very recommended to stop here!

the villa is indeed beautiful, however i would not recommend staying here if you are coming with elderly and young children. the floor throughout the entire villa is very slippery and you always have to walk with caution. altho they did clean up the room, there were huge spiders that fell off from the ceiling on our first night. it was horrifying and i had a bad fall from that. the staff was helpful, he came in to catch the spiders. however i am extremely traumatized by this incident.

It was such a great experience stayed in this unique hotel in Bali !! About 1hour ride from DPS airport . It could be a bit confusing for the driver to find its exact location especially at night 🥹 ! We enjoyed our time in the Prana Mountain resort quite a lot and appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The garden and surrounding of the resort is remarkable in the middle of the nature and invites to take hikes in rice terraces or the rain forest far away from the typical tourist spots on Bali. The resort is build on old rice terrace and the garden is beautiful and natural. The pool with fresh water without chemicals is a nice highlight after a hike. We stayed for three nights with the children and could get well along. The restaurant is also nice and serves good delicious food throughout the day. A few things could be improved: - the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, also the bedding cleanliness - the mosquito protection around the beds is getting old and could be replaced or repaired - a hair dryer in the rooms would have been nice

I really liked the stay. The cabin rooms were very nice, the bed was wide and the pillows and sheets soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. In the rooms, in addition to towels for the shower, they also include bathrobes and flip-flops for the pool or bathroom. They offer varied and rich breakfast. There are some very calm dogs all over the place which is super normal and they come up to you right at breakfast time. The service is very nice and professional. The only negative in our opinion was that the shower and toilet do not have a screen to separate them and when you shower you get soaked. Not counting that detail, this hotel is highly recommended and we would stay again if given the opportunity.
