|0.78km from city centerThe condo is in the center of Pattaya, a good location for those who want to live in the center. Near the market and the Festival shopping center. On the 31st floor there is a good pool and a gym. When checking in, we changed 3 rooms and there are shortcomings in all of them. In all three rooms there is damage to the floor, in one the button on the washing machine is missing, in another room the shower door does not work, in another room there is not a single TV and the wallpaper is damaged. I want to note that the owner immediately responds and offers to move to another room. Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness.

|4.34km from city centerThey upgraded my room to a deluxe room with a balcony for free. But the balcony is glazed, so it is not functional, it is impossible to be on it, like in an oven. The furniture is old, the bed is hard, the pillows are not very comfortable. But the location and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. There are palm trees and flowering trees all around, squirrels are jumping on the wires. The hotel does not bother with cleaning the rooms at all. Cleaning must be ordered before 11 am. But ... I asked once, asked twice, the cleaning did not come. In 14 days, the maid visited my room a maximum of 3 times. Sand was everywhere. There are no beach towels. They constantly forget to put water. Previously, there was a microwave in the hallway, now they have removed them. The pool has been upgraded, a slide and a watering can for children appeared.

|0.97km from city centerIt's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

|2.3km from city centerThe location is off a Main Street, so it's quiet. Around a 20-25min walk to the beach. Next door is a supermarket and a KFC
So the location is okay, the 20 min walk to beach can be annoying when its very hot though.
The room seems small, but acceptable if staying for less than 5 days.
The bed has power sockets near one side of the bed but not the other side.
The facilities are a bit strange considering the star rating of this hotel.
No slippers in the room, you may think no big deal but when your footwear has sand in it due to the beach, having a change of footwear is useful.
Only 2 pillows and 2 towels given for two people, I had to request for more (usually 4 in total is expected)
The shower pressure is fine but the water temperature will be fine for a few minutes and then burning hot - despite turning off the shower or moving the control to super cold, it makes no difference.
The daily amenities will include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - but only 2 of these not all 3. So it's annoying when you have 2 conditioners and no shower gel.
Now all of the above issues are small and easily fixed upon request....but I think the idea of a good hotel is never having to ask - everything should just be provided and standard.
Breakfast is okay, although the first day we were told to order from a menu rather than buffet....we dislike this. But the breakfast room is quiet but the amount, variety and quality of food can be improved. Although I did like having French Toast
The room has a fridge with a small freezer section, a kettle and the hotel gives free drinking water each day.
On a more positive note the staff members are helpful and friendly.
The room AC is good (this is vital in Thailand)
I think if you want to stay in Pattaya, you can do worse than pick Levana, but you can also do better.
It would be better to pick a hotel closer to the beach, but if you are only in the town for a few days it's not so bad.
On a side point, there is a 24hr launderette on the way to beach, so this is super useful.

The room is very clean, the two swimming pools are very beautiful, and the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the pier pedestrian street, and there are songthaews outside the door. The owner is Chinese and very enthusiastic. If you want to play something, just ask the owner directly, no need to make any plans. The tickets I bought from the boss are also very cheap, nice 👍 I will come again next time

|2.77km from city centerThe hotel is very conveniently located, there is a direct exit to the Terminal 21 shopping center. I liked that the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. On the 32nd floor, the restaurant is open only from 17.00, which was inconvenient for us, we wanted to have lunch. There is a mini-water park area for kids, a pool for children and a large pool, 130 cm deep. The kids' club is designed for children up to 6 years old approximately. The slide is suitable for children, because when you land you end up in the water with a shallow pool and personally I hit my butt hard and got scratched, and my 12-year-old son's swimming trunks also wore out. The minibar was well stocked with juices, water, soda, nuts, chips, coffee in drip bags 👍, tea, sugar. Everything you need is in the room, except for an iron, you have to ask for it. The room is clean, the linen and towels are good. Smart TV and you can watch YouTube. Overall the hotel is good, but personally I like it when the corridors and rooms are light, but here it is too dark for me. The staff is very polite. The ice cream by the pool is super tasty!

Plumbing reflected the age with slightly eccentric shower settings. Nice big pool area, large car park and dining, drinking options close by, and of course 7/11 within 100m. Location is perfect for me 10 mins walk to 2nd rd/3rd rd or Pattaya Klang (central) good value for large room.

The check out time of 10am is unusually restrictive by Thailand standards, (but they dont enforce it too stringently). I was was amazed at the cleanliness, equipment and bed size in my room for the price. It had an excellent tv, with plenty of English channels, a microwave, (with plates and cutlery) good hot water and was so clean i complemented the maid, saying it was the cleanest room ive had outside of 5 star. The pool is lovely, but unfortunately was overcrowded with people spitting and behaving obnoxiously. As with all hotels, it all depends on the deal you can get. If not interested in the pool, i would say this is an excellent choice, given the comfort factor, the fantastic location and the price.
