The shuttle bus only goes once per hour - from hotel: Our complimentary hotel shuttle service from Madrid Airport (Terminal 4) to the hotel operates every hour from 6:45 AM to 9:45 PM, except at 10:45 AM and 7:45 PM.
This super been helpful info to have prior to booking as I arrived at T2 at 18:20. So had to wait quite a while. That also meant the shuttle was filled quickly and some people were left behind as it arrived about 8:30pm and even when full didn’t depart until 20:45.
Staff in the hotel were nice and there’s a supermarket next door so that was good to get some snack for dinner and an early departure.
The 6am shuttle back to the airport was also full before departure time, so be sure to arrive early if planning to use this service. However it does drop off at all terminals, which is good.

The reception staff provided good service and were helpful throughout the stay. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortably cool, and the shower had a reliable supply of hot water. However, the room itself felt a bit small, and the television was positioned very close to the bathroom area, which made the layout slightly awkward and easy to bump into if not careful.
Teacher HarryTeacher HarryIt’s more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. The nearest bus stop is about 15 minutes walk and the metro is about 20-25.
The location is a business/light industrial area. It seems safe at all hours. Not a lot of effort goes into keeping litter picked up outside, though. The place doesn’t have a clearly visible sign on the main road.
The staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is limited but well prepared and presented. Inside the building is clean and well maintained.
Guest UserGuest UserWe absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It was super clean, quiet, and the service was excellent. The reception is open 24 hours. The cafe is always open and very cozy. They'll store your luggage for free; our flight was at 11 PM, and they kept our bags all afternoon without charging us a thing. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. There are pharmacies, bars, and supermarkets just a few blocks away. Everything was great! And the room was very nice and clean.
Ramil’Ramil’I loved everything about my stay. There's a communal dining area with sofas, and a terrace on the 6th floor with city views. Two elevators were available. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was excellent and firm. You can purchase a lock for your locker and rent a towel. Breakfast included free coffee and churros, and they offer 4 types of tea. There's also a communal fridge for food storage. We had a really pleasant chat with Daniel and Angela from the staff. I will definitely return here.

We had 2 reservations and I wrongly booked one of them for July instead of June, and he let us book another room there and told us he would give us a refund for the wrong booking! We are so grateful for the service and kind staff!
Mickey53Mickey53I requested an early check-in when booking the hotel. The hotel did not respond to the message at all. Airport pickup doesn't run all day on weekends, which is not clear before booking. However, when checking in, on seeing how tired I was, the staff member at the front desk voided the fee for an early check-in which was nice.
Room don't really have a closet, nor do they have a kettle, coffee machine or teapot as stated in the amenities. Which was very disappointing after a long flight. Room does not come with free water, nor did it have hand soap.

I had to go out and buy toothpaste and shampoo (but later realised that the mostly empty body wash was hair and body combined. Room was warm with Air com. Decent hotel. My only complaint was that when I went to book more nights, compared to online, they were going to charge me a lot more, So I chose to go elsewhere.
Guest UserGuest UserI had asked whether there is cooking facility there, for example stove and pots, the reply is yes, but when we are there.. It turn out no cooking facilities not even a microwave! And only two toilet for do many rooms to share. The toilet is wc cum shower room. So we have no wc to use even when we are urgent. Two toilets for around ten rooms.Trending Searches
