|2.92km from city centerIt was even better than I expected. It is close to the airport, but the main part of the city was quite far away. However, with busses or the 'train' everything was accessible. The room was very nice and cleaned daily (except you asked for it to not be cleaned). The shower and powder room has a shampoo and conditioner 'bar' with a lot of different brands to choose from(at least for women). They offer free coffee and the staff is very friendly. They always helped you out with a smile on their face. The communication also worked even tho their english wasnt perfect but it was enough.

There is a kitchen and refrigerator in the room, so it is very convenient to cook your own meals! There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which is very convenient for medium to long-term stays. Basically, the kitchen and washing and drying equipment are the main reasons why I chose this condo. It feels like home. There is actually a facial steaming machine, so I can steam it after taking a shower every day, which is great.
The sound insulation from the room next door is very good. I didn't hear any noise from the room next door after staying here for 7 days. Maybe Japanese people are quite quiet. But because there is a fresh air system between the room and the balcony, and there is a big road not far to the west, sometimes at night you can hear police cars with their sirens chasing after motorcycles blowing up the street. But thanks to this 24-hour fresh air system, my family members’ colds were not transmitted to me.
The view from the balcony is nice. You can see the sea in Tomari, and your stay is very comfortable! The staff spoke good English and had no problem communicating throughout the process.

There are huge lockers that can easily fit your suitcase, with a shelf inside so your locker doesn't have to be a total mess. The lockers are separate from the beds, and there is a space outside the rooms so you can pack up in the morning without disturbing those who are sleeping.

Great pool for kids. Not too deep, even four years old kid can stand and play with confidence. The pool offer free Floats eg donuts, mats, etc.
There are 2 coins operated washing/drying machines. And so many stuff you can just take to use eg extra chairs, small fans, camping lights etc like in the pics I posted. Also there are selections of pillows to choose for your own comfort, so much selections of shampoos, baby’s soap to choose by yourself. 24 hrs drinks/tea/coffee. Play area for your kids. And some activities for your kids to do. The staff are helpful and always there for you. Even when I was there late night chitchat in common area. The room we had was family room for 4. Cozy and enough space for our bags.
