This hotel location is spot on. JR and Metro line is so accessible. The hotel lift is very efficient. Fast timing. The hotel staff are all very friendly. Thumbs up to Ms. KUNO...exceptional helpful and cheerful They are detox drinks and hot lemon drinks for.the guest at the lobby. Eapecially the hot lemon drinks was very good for cold weather. The bus terminal is just next building. Take the airport bus is so convenient. I will be back.

The exterior is like a small motel. View from the accommodation. The subway entrance and exit are right in front of the motel, so it's good. Near the station^^ There's dust on the furniture and the floor. It would be better if they paid a little more attention to cleaning. The bathroom was clean~ And the warm water came out well. To end the day, I was very satisfied with a foot bath in the bathtub^^

A family of 6 stayed very comfortably and spaciously. The room was large and the bedding was generous. It was clean and everything was good. It's a bit of a walk to Dotonbori, but the subway station is right in front, so it's easy to get around. Families of 5 or more should definitely go here. The area around the hotel is quiet, and there's a convenience store and restaurant right next door, so it's convenient. Next time I go to Osaka, I'll definitely book this hotel.

Superb stay with 88 hotel. We stayed for 7 nights. One of the best hotel we stayed. My kids n husband love only had positive comments for this hotel. Staffs are super helpful. Though it’s a small hotel, they do provide shuttle service to OCAT (need to inform in advance). This hotel has the biggest fridge of all hotel we stayed. Great for families who wanna purchase milk and breakfast for the next day. On our day to OcAT, one of the staff even bring us to the OCAT ticketing machine to purchase ticket. Room is clean n reasonably sized. Dining area with drinks is a good area for us to chill n relax after whole day of walking.

Cons: The sofa is dirty and saggy. It's uncomfortable to sleep on as the springs dig into your body. The approach to the bed in the bedroom is inconvenient. The bed itself squeaks a lot. The air conditioner in the bedroom is very noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The ceilings are low. Part of the wallpaper is peeling off in the bedroom. The trash bins are inconvenient. A very unpleasant moment: after checking out, I was charged 810 yen for a towel that got stained with hair dye. In the previous hotel, the dye washed out after the first wash. But in this hotel, they said they couldn't get it out and asked for compensation. Unpleasant.Pros: Convenient location, nice view. Bars nearby.Conclusion: I wouldn't stay there again. Not recommended.

I didn't take any pictures, but it was okay except that it was a little narrow. I brought a small 18?17? inch carrier and it was able to open up to that extent. I saw a review that said there was no table to eat on, but if you read the instructions on the shelf where the towels are placed, you can open the shelf and it becomes a table! And there was a bathtub so my legs hurt from walking so much, but it was really nice. I didn't use it, but there was a water purifier, coffee machine, and microwave on the first floor, and there was a table to eat on. I think you can rent a hair dryer, and there were comic books on the first floor, but they were written in Japanese so I couldn't read them. Oh, and the towels were changed for free every day, and everyone was friendly. The owner spoke English, so I checked in and out without difficulty, and on the last day, I left my luggage, went shopping, and picked up my luggage. Oh, and I had to change the key to an outing card every time I went out, but that wasn't too inconvenient. It was a bit dry because the heater was turned on, but thanks to that, I had a comfortable rest and a good trip~~! The location is really good. If you get off at Namba Station, it's only a 5-minute walk, and there's a train station right in front, so it wasn't difficult to go to Universal Studios or Umeda.

Host is very friendly and kind. Very proactive in providing information to help us on how to look for the location and check in details. The location is considered quite convenient and close to Namba. About a 10mins walk. However, the apartment is a little dusty when we checked in into the apartment. My 3 children’s allergy rhinitis were all triggered. Can be improved on this area.

The actual thing is the same as the picture. The room is new and big, with a large living room and dressing room, and two bathrooms and a bathtub. The beds are all 1.5 meters long. The three rooms are separated by a sliding door with translucent glass. There are not many restaurants nearby. There is one restaurant called Aeon which is open until 12am, but they don't serve many cooked food. There is a small subway station within a 4-minute walk, and a subway station with more convenient transfers is about 10 minutes away. The last subway at Shinsaibashi leaves at 12 o'clock. If you miss it, you will have to take a taxi for about HK$140. The nearby convenience store is about a 5-minute walk away. There are residential houses all around, and the lights are basically turned off at night, so there is nothing great to visit. Pay attention to the hygiene of the kitchen. The utensils were not cleaned properly and the upper layer of the microwave was moldy. Fortunately, I checked it before using it. 🥲 Other facilities are very smart and the design is very considerate.

The whole building of R Home Sakuragawa Riverside is newly built. It’s easy to find the place. Just look for the river 😊. There are 8 floors in the building and 3 units in each floor. The room is spotless, well organized and you have your own washing machine with liquid laundry detergent provided. Love also their shower room and bed. Each unit have a balcony facing the river where you can hang your laundry on the rack provided. For those who can’t speak Japanese and Chinese, you can communicate with them thru email. Self check-in is easy and for check -out, just drop your key in the check-out box provided. For your train transpo, you can take either the Sennichimae line or Hanshin line. If you have luggage or heavy stuff with you, I would recommend that you take the Hanshin line which have elevator going up. Or take the Sennichimae line and walk going to the Hanshin line where you can find an elevator going up. Find your best exit. Across the bridge is a supermarket “K.” You’ll also find Lawson and 7Holdings (formerly 7/11). I would still choose this place if I go back to Osaka.

5-minute walk from the east exit of Juso Station There are many bars and restaurants around Juso Station, so everything is nearby. About a 10-minute walk to Don Quijote. It is a new building built in 2018, so it is clean and fully equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, washing machines, hot plates, and cooking utensils. 2 liters of bottled water is provided for free and laundry detergent is also provided. There are no shower towels, so bring your own. It's a pity that check-out is at 10 o'clock rather than 11 o'clock. Most of the nearby restaurants open at 11 o'clock, so you have to spend an hour outside to eat at a nearby restaurant and then go to the airport. It would be nice if check-out was changed to 11 o'clock. Other than that, there are no other drawbacks. There is only a 110v outlet so you need a conversion adapter.

The hotel is checked in on the second floor. There is no check-in machine at the front desk. It will give a gate password and bed number. Remember to take a photo. My first time at this hotel, I know it’s dated so I kept my expectations in check. It was the location and price that caught my eye. And wow, I was surprised by how well maintained it was. Yes, overall outlook was from the previous generation, but it was neat and clean. Room was definitely more spacious compared to some standard ones in Japan. The hotel aged well, chipped paint was not affecting my stay at all. They provided iced water in a thermo and it kept well into the next day. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One day I didn’t need cleaning service and they hung clean towels in a bag by my door. Breakfast was a nice start to my day. I would return here next time if my trip needs a base around this area.

Pro 1. Hotel is near city centre of Umeda and train station. 2. Hotel is reasonably clean, though I am unsure why the room emit certain odor .. 3. Reasonably priced and hotel staff are always helpful Cons 1. Morning coffee could be better ( it is free tho) 2. Hotel amenities are hard to find. Read there was a laundry room on 2nd floor yet I couldn’t find it. 3. Space utilization of room is poor, I have stayed in small rooms before but it was designed in such a way u could fit and place luggage easily . Same couldn’t be said about this unfortunately. Saying so, place is great for couple to just stay & reat up. For the location , price and cleanness alone I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in / near Umeda.

Despite this hotel is very wdll located of less than 4 minutes walk from Shin Osaka it is difficult to find out way to go. The South gate is the nearear exit and access to the hotel. Unfortunately, the signs leading to the Siuth gate are hardly found inside the station. Otherwise the hotel is very good and well worth the value by staying and at such a price.

Thank you to staff member Tsubasa for the amazing check in service. I didn’t stay but my parents did and thanks to her and the whole team they not only had a wonderful time but a memorable one in Osaka. My parents couldn’t stop complimenting how good the staff and cleaning staff were. The excellent breakfast buffet. The wifi speed. The television had YouTube and all the modern entertainment you would expect to keep them entertained. And as you probably have already seen the views and the rooftop public spa I believe is second to none in Osaka hotels - spectacular. Excellent job to the staff. Thanks again.

This hotel is strategically located near to train station which is Kitahama station and Yodoyabashi station. However, the hotel is not located at the tourist spot so the area is quiet at night. We booked a double room which the room is not spacious, however it still fit 1 medium luggage & 2 backpacks. The bed is comfortable & come with 4 pillows. However, the pillow could be too soft for old people. The hotel lobby has variety of amenities for guest used such as toothbrush, comb, bath powder, shower cap etc. During winter, hand warmer is provided for guest as well. Overall, we satisfied with the stay here.

Very close to the B&B is a 711 convenience store and a two-story large supermarket, which can meet any shopping needs. It is really convenient. The location was amazing. It’s in between two major train stations and huge shopping districts. Lots of convenient stores near by and also there’s a laundromat a short walk away. Tho the hotel is a lot of self service, it’s actually pretty nice if you prefer lesser human interactions. Second time staying here, I was alone, the room was satisfactory, the interior area was large, the suitcases could be opened in half, there was a toilet, shower and refrigerator in the room. There is free coffee and coin-operated laundry on the first floor. The price is really cheap, I will come again next time.

Right dead smack next to Shinsaibachi for the shopping and Dotonburi for delicious food. The hotel is very new and can easily be found by the shrine on the first floor. There is also a lot of construction going on the hotel street so arriving to the hotel can be tricky to navigate especially since it's generally a crowded area. The facilities is amazing and the TV provides live statuses to the laundry and onsen. The onsen is separated by sex and has an indoor and outdoor one. There is also a small, cold outdoor pool right next to the warm bath. Overall an easy choice to come back! Glad to have picked this place!

Brand new, very clean. Spacious room (for Japan) and big bathroom with separate toilet. Castle view is amazing (beautiful both day and night). 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest Osaka Metro station (Temmabashi). Surprisingly good swimming pool (I was afraid it would be too small and bleach smell too strong, but everything was OK). There are some nice restaurants near the hotel (with few tourists, comparing to Namba, so you can have a full immersion into Japanese everyday life). Wi-Fi is free of charge for Hilton Honors members.
