Very good stay in Cape Town, very well located with easy access. Very nice room but the cleanliness needs to be reviewed, there is dust on the furniture and floor. Likewise the toilets which were not very clean. I can also add that the windows are only single glazing so quite noisy at night.

The location is in the core area of Cape Town, less than 20 minutes from Cape Town Airport, and it costs about 300 rand. The room type is an apartment. In addition to no washing machine, dishwasher, other living appliances are available, double-door refrigerator, microwave oven, four-eye induction cooker, sink, kitchenware, tableware can meet 6/8 people. The bathroom is very clean, separated from dry and wet, with a large space, white bath towels, two of each size. Big bed room, another comfortable couch, TV is satellite TV, and cctv4. If convenient, you can bring your own slippers, dental kits and a little shampoo, the hotel also provides. There is a travel company in the lobby, you can rent a car and tour guides to the surrounding attractions, you will spend some money, go out, especially in Africa safety is the first consideration. The location is good. Not too far from a Woolworths grocery store and a coffee shop. The coffee shop opens really early which is essential when loadshedding hits and you can't make coffee in the hotel. The coffee was inconsistently replenished so again, being near a Bootleggers coffee was necessary. The hotel doesn't have a generator so when there is load shedding, you will be affected. If you are going to arrive early, you won't be able to check in early as there was no one who could help us at the front desk until 3pm which is standard check in time. We ended up having lunch in the restaurant so we weren't too inconvenienced but if your flight is much earlier in the day, do be aware of this. Otherwise, not a bad stay and I would consider staying again.

We received the most friendliest service, when we arrived. The owners Jenny and Sebastian was so welcoming and me and my two kids really enjoyed it there. They offered us a delicious breakfast Saturday and Sunday and throughout, they told us about a little book store in the area that we visited three times! It was like heaven for my daughter who love bookstores. We took walks on the beach which is just opposite and took lots of photos. Manor on the bay is definitely a place I would go to again for a weekend stay.

The room we stayed in was very large and comfortable. It had an impressive view. A handwritten welcome postcard was left in the room, which we really appreciated. Since our room was next to the elevator, the elevator noise could sometimes be disturbing. It was difficult to use the television; it took a long time to open an app with the remote control. Breakfast was excellent. We were very pleased with the staff working in the breakfast lounge and the café. Overall, we stayed in a very spacious and comfortable room, and we are satisfied with our stay.

My sister and I stayed at this stunning hotel for a night to catch up and put our feet up! We live in Cape Town and this “staycation” was just what we needed! It felt like we were overseas! The hotel is a feast for the eyes! Every room is different and has so much character and attention to detail. The little pineapple theme flows through very cleverly. The bathrooms are wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! The staff is very warm and friendly and professional. The hotel is close to lovely little restaurants in Regent Street and close to the promenade for a walk or run. I highly recommend this hotel and it epitomises what a Boutique hotel should be.

This hotel is suitable for self-driving tours, the location is excellent, facing the sea, although there are not many rooms, but the home is warm, the service is good, and the breakfast is good. I took my sister on this trip to Capetown. Everything was awesome. The service was top tier, from the concierge assisting us with local places to explore , to the on sight restaurants. I’ll definitely come back in the future. I was just disappointed with the hair on the bathroom floor upon checking in. We also had to request robes & sleepers as opposed to finding them available in the room.

Residing in the hotel in February, chosen because of the location, but were disappointed by the hotel's work organization. There was constantly someone walking past the windows, the noise from the bar was continuous. The police came to the climax, as the neighbors stole a large amount of cash from the room (no safes in the rooms). The administration smiled nicely, but did not help in searching for thieves. We found a dirty trap among their things on the shelf. Apparently the staff of the clining were crawling in the pockets and lost it. In general, not a pleasant place. Not recommended!

Solo from April 8th to 13th, 2019. Very useful for young and old people who like music, smoking and drinking at night. You can hear the music sent to the bar in the bar until midnight, and the bar can also serve as a reception. If you like a quiet and peaceful night, then this is not for you. Very busy street at night, with many bars, pubs, restaurants. Trip.com's after-sales service is very good. I ran into a credit card issue, and they resolved the issue via email and phone.
