The room is close to 7-Eleven and places to eat, very convenient. There is a win in front of the room. But at first I got a room with a very loud air conditioner, so loud it gave me a headache, so I asked to change rooms. The staff speaks well. The secret room is old because it has been many years ago. The shower hose in the room was leaking, causing the water to flow quite slowly when taking a shower.

We travelled with three little kids and booked two rooms. I wrote to ask for connecting rooms, but no answer ever. When we came we got two rooms on different floors 🥺 not really convenient if you have luggage for everybody packed and small kids running. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The atmosphere of staying in Phil is warm. The reception isn't 24 hours a day, there's only a security guard. If there's a problem, you have to fix it yourself. I feel the price is not reasonable. Air conditioned room 600 baht, bed, cabinet, desk, all old. Stay close to work. But one night is enough.

I had a serious water problem; the water was continuously leaking and coming out from somewhere. I couldn't wash my face or take a shower. I was afraid of getting sick, so I had to leave early. Apart from that, the hotel was nice, breakfast was good. The location wasn't bad either, close to the metro and shopping malls.

I was staying in 130 Hotel & Residence for 5 days, initially when booking, we were told only 2 day breakfasts are included, but when we checked in at the hotel they gave us 5 day voucher for breakfast, we were pleased for that. The service is great, everyone are welcoming and helpful, location was also good, there are cafe Amazon next to the hotel, and other traditional or bistro cafes nearby, the best thing was 7/11 right next to the hotel. Only thing at night it was a little loud outside due to traffic and cars. Overall it was a great experience, hope to come back soon.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Shan Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warmth and genuine hospitality—it truly felt like a home away from home. They were always eager to help with any requests, making my stay extra comfortable. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary ice pop, which was the perfect refreshing treat for the hot Bangkok weather. Although the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the city center, they offer a convenient shuttle bus service every hour, making it easy to get around. Alternatively, taking a taxi using Grab to popular spots in Bangkok is also very convenient. The fare typically ranges from 130 baht to 300 baht, depending on your destination. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide better lighting for applying makeup, as well as an additional mirror outside of the bathroom for added convenience. To top off my wonderful stay, I even received a thoughtful gift for good luck and fortune when I checked out—a lovely touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time at Shan Hotel and the exceptional hospitality I received. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

As soon as we arrived via Grab, the staff immediately assisted us with our luggage and brought it to the concierge, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The lobby has a pleasant ambiance with complimentary infused water and juice, and even a clean, well-maintained restroom. Although we had to wait a bit to check in at 3 PM, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room from a deluxe to one with a private jacuzzi—complete with a great view and relaxing vibes. The rooftop pool also offers a beautiful view, though the drinks are a bit pricey. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and our room featured a high-tech toilet with a heated seat and automatic bidet. 1. Very close to the subway station. There is a large 7/11 across the road from the apartment. 2. There are not many rooms in the whole apartment. It is very quiet, clean and safe. 3. If you don't know Chinese, you can use a translator directly. 4. There is no hair dryer, slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste in the room. 5. There is a washing machine in the stairwell. I arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport around 2 a.m. and had to go to Krabi Airport again early the next morning, so I booked it as a hostel near the airport. There was no toilet in the room, but there was no inconvenience because there was a separate toilet for the room! The sound of the plane is a bit noisy when I sleep, but I prepared an earplug and slept. The taxi service to the airport the next morning is a friendly owner's wife drives and takes you directly.

Great location; not in the centre of the craziness but just a quick walk to the centre of it all. The hotel is also right in the street of an up and coming area getting filled with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and new bars perfect for Instagram pictures. The place was very convenient for those looking for a place nearby sukhumvit line bts, this hotel was just on BTS Phra Kanong somehow the traffic was quite busy on weekdays but not too busy, you can get around the city quite easy by public transport here, the staffs were very nice and quite helpful on telling the nearby stores and eating places.
