|3.14km from city centerThe hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday.
There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food.
The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part.
The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe )
The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection.
The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !

What's more valuable is that the Louvre is within walking distance, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, mostly Chinese, Japanese and Korean... It's a very safe area, and it's quiet at night; the price is also very nice!

I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!

The receptionist's we're all very helpful and friendly. Luggage was left securely on our first and last days without any issues.

|1.2km from city center1.The service is very great no matter the basic needs and special request. The hotel prepared the special welcoming card for our wedding anniversary trip. When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better.
2. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel.
3. The room is very clean and warm in the winter. The bathroom is well equipped and shower gel, shampoo, washing hands gel etc is Nuex brand.
4. The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too.

|4.53km from city centerWe loved our 3 night stay here in a garden room. With a couple plus a teenager the upstairs for parents and sofa bed downstairs was perfect. The location is literally 2 minutes to the Metro, and the food option surrounding the hotel are endless.
The area isn't 5 star, but we walked it early mornings and at night without feeling unsafe at all. On the same Metro line as Gare du Nord so easy to switch lines as needed.
Had the breakdast on our last day and it was excellent too. 👌

The room is bigger than i expected and all the facilities look new. I was pleasantly surprise by the room as it has a balcony which you can go out. As a solo traveller i felt quite safe since the police station is just opposite. Vaugiraud station is on the Line 12 of the metro which is easy to access to most of the attraction. Lastly, the staffs are extremely helpful and pleasant which makes my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend

For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur).
Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect.
Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out.
Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.

It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !!
If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘
I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!!
I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

We hardly bumped into each other in our rooms due to everybody waking and sleeping at different times, but they were respectful in the morning and nights. The rooms were big and the beds were huge! The shared bathrooms were really clean and modern and the showers were really hot (or cold). It was mostly all students staying here or young people, however I did come across a few older people staying, one in my room. Lots of languages are spoken here. Lots of french mainly. I am English. There was also a Spanish speaking guy in my room, and a guy from Thailand. I stayed for three nights. The first time in a 6 bed female dorm and the last two in an 8 bed mixed room. Everybody is super friendly. The staff are friendly, there's lots of them. And there is big spaces with tables to study or eat and chat with each other.

Located next to the metro, the center where all the attractions are a 30 minute walk, the area is safe and there is a supermarket nearby. Great staff, everyone was nice. There is a place to leave luggage and also an elevator.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, the room area is also large in Paris, there is an elevator, central air conditioning and air purifier, air conditioning is rare in Paris.
Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, very clean, and the room cleaning is also timely.
Environment: There are many restaurants and small fast food restaurants around, as well as some Chinese and Southeast Asian restaurants. A few points to note:
1. Environmentalism is currently prevalent in France. There are no disposable toiletries and slippers in the hotel, so you need to bring your own.
2. There is no bottled water in the room, they all boil tap water to drink 😂 It is recommended to bring your own mineral water, French Evian is very cheap.

The hotel is kinda old and improvisions done from the old structure to make it more at par with our regular hotel. Staffs from receptionist to housekeeper deliver excellent service with the intention to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The also serve good and tasty breakfast. |4.95km from city centerThe aparthotel is located in the 15th arr, with the nearest metro station about 7mins walk away (line 10 charles-michel). There is also a bus stop directly outside the aparthotel (bus route 30) that will bring you directly to Champ-Elysée Etoile area and also RER B station.
There is a huge monoprix just 5 mins walk from the aparthotel, kmart and 2 korean restaurant right outside in the vicinity. On rue theatre there is a bus route 42 that can bring you from the area to concord, madelaine and all the way to haussman/ saint lazare station.
We reserved a one bedroom apartment with the view of eiffel tower. The view is outstanding as we can see it from the kitchen, dining and bedroom. As for the facilities and services, this is an aparthotel so do not expect any housekeeping services at all. We vacuum and clean up the place and made the sofa bed by ourselves. Clean towels and toilet papers can be requested at the receptions. The staffs are friendly as well.
As for storage of luggage after checking out, there is a locker room at level 1, the cost of big locker is 7 euros and small ones are 4 euros.
The shower water pressure was terrible, but if you let the morning staff know, they will send someone to fix it, we also do not have hot water when we need to shower very early in the morning (5am, because we have a day trip out of Paris).
Overall it is a nice experience with the eiffel tower view, but we probably will not stay there again because of the location.
