Breakfast is OK, there is a local flavor, not very strong, the habit of eating five people of the same sex, there are not many types, but it is enough to eat. Extra bed, can be charged separately, you can directly set the triple room, in fact, it is also an extra bed, but not separately charged, or three people breakfast, compare value. It is also very convenient to bring children. There is a supermarket nearby. The Mall of the Emirates is a five-minute walk away. The Carrefour is awesome on the first floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway. If you drive, you will have a large parking lot.

The location is excellent, the food is generally varied, cleanliness is top notch. The downsides in January are the lack of heating, heating by air conditioning (which cannot be adjusted to heat). The view is into the alley - it's a bit dark in the room. There is a local store (and a shopping center), a nice cafe and a metro station nearby. We think it's an excellent option.

Hotel Review The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The cleaning service and parking were also excellent. However, there were a few downsides: - The room and bed sizes were quite small. - The wardrobe was not practical—essentially just a few hangers with no real storage space. - Window insulation was very poor. Despite being on the 6th floor, I could clearly hear footsteps and street noise from outside. Overall, this hotel is suitable for short stays (2–3 days), but not ideal for couples or longer stays due to the room limitations.

I used this hotel for a business trip. It was closest to where I needed to be. It’s a little difficult to find because the office is in a room that looks like a residence within the building. Each room has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and then tons of rooms partitioned from each other. It’s kind of like a capsule hotel which is not what I was expecting. The bathrooms are hard tile but there’s no amenities. As such, I didn’t shower during my stay. The cooling is central in the public areas but not in the rooms. So you’re at the mercy of whomever sets the temperature. It was a cheap place to stay and the staff were great.

The location of the hotel is just great. Only a five minutes walk of the mall from where you can go to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Furniture is not that new, but it is ok. Breakfast is poor and tables are not clean at all. Here the hotel has still some work to do. Overall good hotel for the price you need to pay, breakfast could be better.

Service was wonderful. The concierge Mr Mulik assisted us on checking in and out without any hitch. The hotel was situated very near the mall of Emirates and the metro was around 10 mins away. Very accessible. Housekeeping Mr Farouk also did a fantastic job in cleaning up our room daily.

Stayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬 They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this . That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …

The apartment is excellent. 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, 2 huge loggias. The equipment is all excellent and works perfectly. The staff is eager to help with all questions. The only downside is that there are a lot of construction sites around, but the double-glazed windows are excellent - we slept without problems.

Very good hotel however my flight came late at night so it was hard to get there. Taxi is the only option. The service is great. Room is huge. Only thing to note is that ac is too cold and a bit hard to control. Would be helpful if there was a guide how to operate it.

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

During my 7-day stay, the sauna and jacuzzi facilities were never repaired, despite being out of order the entire time. Additionally, the revolving door at reception was broken. There was also a noticeable lack of staff at reception, which led to long waiting times and a poor guest experience.

We always love this hotel. It is within walking distance to Al Ghurair Mall and many restaurants. The staff are very friendly, especially the Filipina waitress in the restaurant, the night manager at the front office, and the bellboy who assisted us with our luggage. It's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them. Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account. Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.
