The hotel's facilities and services are very good, especially the front desk during the few days we stayed, very enthusiastic, the printing service provided by the hotel is also cheap, lower than most hotels, it is very conscience. There are two large supermarkets next to the hotel, which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot from the business district. The room is rectangular. Only the side where the door is opened has a window, and the other sides are not breathable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location for what we needed to do during our stay. It’s worth paying extra for a car park as it was convenient and to get to and from our room to our car. Good for families with a washing machine and dryer so you don’t have to wait to return home to do a big load of washing. We would definitely here again with our family or just ourselves.

All aspects of the hotel are acceptable, but please pay attention to the issue of refund A deposit of 150 yuan is required at check-in. When you swipe your credit card, you are asked whether you want to spend or pre-authorize. Check out to confirm that there is no loss deduction, and no refund will be seen after five days, call to ask, saying that the operation failed when refunding, and ask me if I have another card I didn’t argue too much and provided another card number, but obviously, my card is always easy to use, and why not contact the customer if the refund fails? Facilities, location & amenities are good in the studio rooms. Cleanliness was really good, the only thing would be that because there are no windows in the room there is a musty smell every time you enter it, having come from outside. The service would be an area for improvement more so around knowledge. When signing the room contract I was asking the receptionist questions about how to do early check out and what is turndown service but she said she didn’t know much about the contract and didn’t she didn’t advise us that to get a “2nd key” we needed to download an app to gain access to our rooms as we had to use the keycard we were given for powering the room. Also functions on our TV weren’t working so we called the receptionist and he said it should be there, but the HDMI option wasn’t showing. So he finished our phone call with I don’t know, we can’t help you with that, we don’t have a technician. I managed however to work it out using Google.

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about. So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in. Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend. Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc Thank you for having us =)

Booked a room without breakfast, the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants are very convenient to walk, there are many options. Parking is free, two queen beds in one room, extra spacious. It was very late at the time of check-in, and it was raining again. With the children, the front desk was very user-friendly, and let us stay directly, and the passports were not checked.

Location is in the city of Parnell, more than half an hour's walk from the CBD. This is the palace of the Queen of Tonga. It is a relatively simple holiday home, 3 floors, wooden structure, high lift, kitchen to cook by yourself, shared bathroom - good hot water, washing machine, garden. There is a supermarket nearby. If you want to cook for yourself, you can go back and buy ingredients. There is also a very lively street nearby, with some cafes, restaurants and small shops. Less than five minutes walk, you can go to the Holy Trinity Church and St. Mary's Church. Overall is good. The service is basically invisible, the store is small, and no service personnel can be seen. Upon arrival, the room was ready and clean. Other self-help is just fine. There is a small heating in the house, very intimate.

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

It's quite far from the CBD and the entrance is a staircase, so it's inconvenient to have a large suitcase. It is helpful to have a locker with a key individually. Also, it was helpful to be able to use the kitchen for 24 hours. I stayed at 3 in the backer, but this was the best.

The hotel is the worst, the hardware is too bad, and the hot water has not been washed for a long time. Staying for one night when the transfer is okay, will not go later. The room is a serviced apartment with one bedroom and one living room. It has a kitchen and washing and drying equipment, and pots and pans are available for cooking. The apartment has staff to do cleaning every day. It is one of the few serviced apartments that can do cleaning. The room has heating, so you don't have to worry about the wind in winter!
