The condition of the air conditioner was not good. At first, it could not receive messages from the remote control. It was fixed after I came for repair, but it was not cold. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is only a shared refrigerator downstairs. I bought beer and put it in the refrigerator, but it was stolen. I originally booked to stay at this hotel on my next trip, but I immediately canceled the reservation and booked somewhere else.

I arrived in the night so I had to wait another 40 minutes until anyone helps me with checking in. Room stinks. In the room 2 people came in the morning and tried to **** *** (it’s dorm with single beds, I think they were probably no quests but workers otherwise how would they get there in the spare bed). To get a towel you need to pay. The administrator Ryan was very nice and the guy Maxim who was sent for my check in too.

Excellent choice to stay for a few days. Everything is there for living - all sorts of little things like scissors, ironing board and so on, they even gave a knife for fruit. Very cozy, only 3 rooms on the floor. But the room is small. The staff is extremely polite and helpful: they carry suitcases, open doors. Everything is within walking distance - the center, restaurants, Walking Street, attractions.

Just like online reviews are a clean and quiet hotel, walking out of the alley is the downtown area, food, clothing, housing and transportation are very convenient. The only downside is that the double room is in a high-rise building and there is no elevator to take. If the luggage is too heavy or people who are not used to walking too many stairs, it is recommended to book a triple room.

Good value for money! A good place just to sleep for the night. Room was spacious and clean; and the bathroom cleanliness was fine and included the usual amenities. Forgot to take photos before we messed the room up! Location is good if you want a quieter place away from the bars etc, there is a train track right behind the hotel but we only heard one train in the morning, so it didn’t bother us. We walked the 45 mins from the hotel to the notre dam cathedral and other attractions nearby, nice walk with many many cafes and restaurants.

As it mentions in title as homestead, it is quite literally an old house made into a hostel. The service is minimal to non-existent and the bathroom is one floor down. The upper bunk I was given on first floor has no ledge so if you are a rough sleeper, you can fall down. There was a party of sort happening while I was there since there are no staff at night and the man in my dorm came up to the room and headed to the balcony to pee. It was quite an experience staying there for 3 nights. The location is good though so if you can handle hostels, this is a very average hostel.

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights... Maybe it's because it's been around for a while... When I called Grab, the drivers didn't seem to know the location. I always go out and look for it ㅠㅠ The view is so good I think there was a lack of explanation about the facilities that can be used. There is a swimming pool in front of the entrance and in the building next door, but I didn't use it because I didn't bother to inquire. There's also a fitness center. I had a good rest~~

Good location and spacious rooms! We spent three nights in the hotel, the main sights are about a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool, children's playground and gym were a big plus. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, one negative aspect was the breakfast: I have rarely seen such a loveless and tasteless selection. Even the coffee was a disaster! From the second day onwards, we skipped breakfast at the hotel and ate out. Conclusion: We would definitely stay there again, but would not book the breakfast again.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of Saigon. As soon as I walked I the welcome I got was fantastic. I was early but the guy at the front desk allowed me to check in but while I waited for a short time I could use the pool upstairs and even got a complimentary drink. The room is clean and very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. By the hotel are a great deal of restaurant, cafes, and bars. I highly recommend the place.

The location is good and there are shops nearby, so you won't have any trouble getting food or getting a massage. However, since it was in the downtown area, I could hear surrounding noises. I was able to walk to the post office and Ben Thanh market. The shower temperature doesn't get too hot. There's no hair dryer. I was able to store my luggage after checking out. The service was very good, the doorman took the initiative to help with luggage. Breakfast is on the 10th floor. You have to take the elevator to the ninth floor and then walk up. The bed in the room is very comfortable, but you can hear a little noise from outside. Fortunately, it's okay since it's on a high floor. Had a stay at this M Village property in HCMC during my recent layover / transit through SGN airport. Property is located in the heart of vibrant district 1 area with several nearby attractions and eateries. Rooms are well maintained and super clean. Architecture is elegant and chic with perfect blend of modernity and minimalism. My room was large and had everything as listed and stay was smooth and comfortable. Harley at front desk was a wonderful host and she got in touch before I arrived to understand and take care of any specific needs well in advance. She also helped me with last minute booking of a taxi for drop at airport on the last minute as my pre-booked cab didn’t arrive on time. Would highly recommend stay at this property and would love to explore some of their other locations as well across Vietnam.
