Good hotel, had breakfast on the first day. Expensive and not tasty, lots of buns and pastries. I liked the room, but we booked room 1 based on the photo, but in fact we were put in another (other photos of the room correspond to the one on the island). I didn't like that the door to the toilet was like in the shower (it doesn't close and there is a large open space below). You can feel and hear the smell and sounds. It's not comfortable for a couple.

I really don't care about the service despite not breakfast booking I allowed breakfast very nice staff and I always look for a place to sleep and shower rooms were clean that has reached me recommendable it is in any case good price up to the subway 400 meters walk so her many possibilities there

I booked this hotel on my recent visit to Istanbul and I would say it’s indeed value for money. Location close to train station,lots of shops nearby and easy to move around, it was quiet and tucked away no noise complaints however a few things the bathroom needs a deep cleaning because of accumulated mold,I was given a high floor with a nice view at night which I liked. The bedding was two single beds joined together so I could feel the space in between which only meant I could sleep on either side and not the middle not a problem for a Solo traveller or for two people to share just don’t sleep in the middle,I can’t say this is how all the beds by the way. But I liked staying at this hotel will definitely be back..

The hotel is superb, truly befitting that of a luxurious hotel. Lobby is grand in its modern sleek design and the room is ultra spacious continuing with the sleek design with latest tech enabled facilities . Our room was on the high floor with awesome sweeping city view . Bathroom was humongous with its own little private haman . I’m particular about bathrooms but this one fits the bill completely ! Location is still v central but with taxi fares being so cheap , we ended up taking taxis and the concierge were so efficient in arranging for us while we sat in the lobby . Fares are based on meters with no further charges ! We would like to strongly commend Ali Ozbey from concierge who kindly allowed us to store our luggage there before we left for Cappadocia despite the fact that prior to this we were staying at another hotel in I Ali also was so helpful during our stay there . We would without hesitation say that the Fairmont is our top choice if we return again to Istanbul !
