The property is surrounded by 2 acres of nature, giving you the sense of country, yet close to the beautiful city of St. Augustine. Villa Leo is 15 minutes away from St. Augustine city, 5 minutes away from world golf village, and 5 minutes away from St. Augustine outlets. If you decide to have dinner outside, there is plenty of mouth-watering restaurants within minutes, and tourist attractions as well. If you cannot pull yourself away from the comfort of Villa leo, you have an spectacular and spacious kitchen, in which you can become your family’s chef. Whatever your evening demands, Villa Leo can accommodate and facilitate the best time for you and your family. Villa Leo was constructed with families in mind, we encourage you to bring any member of your family to enjoy the various activities that the house offers. These include a refreshing pool to cool off during hot days, or a warming pool during “winter” months. Also outdoor activities in the volleyball court, basketball hoop, outdoor grill, outdoor dining, fire pit, and for those rainy days, cozy living rooms, and plenty of rooms to cuddle up and rest. This magnificent property can comfortably accommodate 18 adults between the main house and the pool house. The 7 bedrooms include all new bedding and high quality linens. The private heated pool is enclosed with a screen for privacy and sun protection, and surrounded by a patio, connecting the two houses and eventually a passage for a great weekend. There is no need to worry about parking since Villa Leo can take approximately 8 cars, depending the size, or even ample room for your RV and/or boat. Your car will be parked inside the property with the protection of a gated driveway, and fence all around the property. The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.

Nice, Clean, Great staffing. The front desk guy Jared called me when I got into my room to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Being a mature traveler, it was a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the breakfast food was delicious. Sweet place.

We paid extra for breakfast and they didn’t collect any. Anyone could eat! The the last day one waitress was hit and miss with people coming in and charging some. If she left the front then anyone could help themselves. The hot tub and the pool was beautiful but freezing cold! No one could use them. And there wasn’t any notice given. Also the hotel smelled horrible two nights with a strong sulfur odor. The rooms weren’t fully made up. I got clean towels at 5:00 at night but the room was never remade.

First I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . The Ponce is an older hotel with plenty of charm and character, which was what I was looking for. It has been maintained and updated beautifully. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.The bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities included pool, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, writing desk with chair, huge HD TV, and free WIFI. A guest laundry room is available. The Ponce is a 15 minute walk or short drive to the St. Augustine old historic site. Shopping, restaurants, and a salon and spa are also minutes away. The Ponce is on the water, and although the restaurant does not face the water, the view is beautiful. The hotel restaurant, the DeLeon, is a Colombian restaurant. The food was delicious and authentic! I can't wait to eat there again. I give the Ponce Hotel a rating of A+++++. I also must mention that I left a pair of diamond earrings in my room, and within an hour of checking out, Negar, the hotel desk receptionist, called me to let me know, and my earrings are being mailed to me. This honesty and going the extra mile is seldom seen today, and I was extremely impressed and grateful. Again,I rate them very highly and plan to return on my next visit.

Very nice room that is clean, spacious, and airy. On the second floor, there is a handy access to a balcony to step outside and observe the area. The staff are polite and accommodating and the breakfast is adequate. During my stay, a hurricane was approaching (see the photo!) so the pool was closed and some amenities were not available, but still had a delightful stay! Fully recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Plus, downtown and historic St. Augustine are worth a visit, there are a lot of things to see and enjoy.

The hotel is a bit north of the central part of St. Augustine, but the city itself is not big, and the attractions are just a short walk away. If you want to go around the hour, it is a very comfortable small city with its own sea, its own university, My own pedestrian street, my own castle, and the ancient city gate. When the weather is good, I walk around the streets and drink coffee in the hotel. It's very refreshing... The hotel staff is also very polite, and leave the keys in the mailbox when it is late at night Self check-in, the hotel is very warm, there are wine drinks and small snacks when they arrive. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Cheyenne at the front desk was awesome took care of all our needs. The people who gave out the food in the breakfast line I give a heads up on the black heavy set man who was friendly and professional. Not so much for the girl older girl in cutoff shorts who help him. Room was so clean and the pool awesome. Friendly housekeeping staff made us feel good. We stayed in room 131 and the only problem was the door to the bathroom could not close. Staff went out of their was to drive us anywhere we needed. I loved this place and would never look for any other place. Location is perfect right next trolley for tours and they pick you up at the hotel.

The hanging rack for clothes was above the refrigerator and not user friendly for adult clothing, more like small kids  clothes. very ridiculous.  I had spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up...the floor was filthy. Not muchWater pressure in the bathroom sink. Shower was good. Room is nice size. When I called 2 different times about the pool if it was indoor or out,  they said indoor...REALLY! It is an outdoor pool, and you can see it from the office window. Hotel is WAY over priced! They did accommodate us and put us on the 1st floor as there are no elevators. Yes we were there from Dec. 20-22 and booked months inadvance. will never go there again.

Very easy to find, just on the side of the road. 15 minutes drive to downtown attractions. Free parking is a typical express hotel. The room is quite big, both of which are King Size beds. Breakfast is also typical of American style, custard fruit, waffles, bread, and no problem.

The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
