This is the smallest Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The sensor setting of the refrigerator in the room of the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco is really too small. Location: The location is near the red line of the cable car, which is the place where the Internet celebrity punches in. Just turn right and climb a steep slope when you leave the hotel. Room facilities: This is the worst Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The room should be renovated. It is quite small. The overall layout is just average. And I was given a very far room. From the elevator to the room, you have to walk for a long time. If you push the box, it is very strenuous. The drinks and alcohol in the room are also set up with sensors one by one. The waiter also has to explain that if you take it out for more than a few minutes, you will have to charge money. Is this the layout of the Ritz-Carlton? ? ? The bathtub and shower area are not separated. They are together. Bad review. Breakfast: Breakfast is not self-service, but ordered. There are few choices and the price is amazing. Unexpected. Gym: The gym is still well-equipped and open 24 hours a day. Value for money: The overall value for money is average.

Very good location if you want to stay in the city. Room was pretty small, with no water boiler or coffee machine. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff were friendly but you have to aske if you want your room made up (fine for me). Not luxurious in any way but I'd stay here again.

Located in the city center, public transportation is very convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet and clean. The room is large. The double bed is 1.5 meters, but the bedding is good. Hotel service is not something you should expect from a hotel. The basics are unlimited towels and all the facilities in the room. There is a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dresser, and TV in the room, and you have to use the shared bathroom in the hallway for the toilet and shower. The room is cleaned upon request, and you can throw away your trash in the trash room in the hallway, so if you don't want to be disturbed, it's a really good hotel.

Recently had a fantastic 3 night stay at Stanford court. The staff and service was impeccable from the moment I arrived and I was able to check in an hour early. I was also, to my surprise, upgraded to a partial city view room. The room itself was huge with everything you would need and very clean. The big bed was super comfy. On my last night I ate in the bar/restaurant. I cannot recommend the burger highly enough. It was messy, but delicious!!! The location is perfect. It’s in a lovely area with lots of beautiful buildings and views down the crazy steep streets. Also the old style trolley car stops right by the hotel. All in all I highly recommend Stanford court.

The location of the hotel is very good! Just on the edge of Chinatown. Going to the downtown business street can walk past and not far from the beach. There are several people in the hotel who are Chinese and the language exchange is very convenient.

Beyond my expectation. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed. Seems well maintained and staffs were friendly. You could hear kids in the elementary school during day time, there was no safe or microwave.

The decoration sound is a big noise! After checking in, we told 8.30 that we started to renovate throughout the day. It was completely useless to wear earplugs! I ordered a take-out because nothing was wrong in the morning, and I took it away at noon. The eardrums hurt a long time after leaving! Decoration is still open? Still the same price? Consider staying after renovation!

This hotel is under new management so we couldn't see many reviews before booking but it was a great experience! the self check-in was a breeze (we received all the info in an email) and our room was nice and clean. The room is cozy but normal size for SF and if we needed a little more space we just went down to the lobby lounge area. There was wifi in the room and in the lobby area. The kitchen was super convenient to make a quick breakfast. We didn't use the washer/dryers but if we stayed longer we probably would have. We could walk to Union Square and there is also a Trader Joe's a couple blocks away. It was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights!

The staff were extremely friendly and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is great and very convenient to explore downtown SFO if you are ready to walk 20 mins to explore attractions like Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, and many other attractions. Their breakfast was good. There is parking in the hotel, but it is subject to availability. Also, there is no elevator so please be mindful if you have aged travelers who cannot use the stairs.

Nice Japanese boutique hotel! The room with nice furniture, also with yoga mat! On share amenities, they provided vinyl and turntable, you can chill over there in the evening. So far very thing was good, just one thing that they didn’t have free parking. Parking fee is US51 per night, recommend to park the mall parking garage nearby, it’s cost $29 for 24hr.

The management of this hotel is extremely arrogant and ruthless. Three weeks before our check-in date, we applied for a cancellation through the platform due to a possible trip rescheduling because of a physical injury. I prepared a hospital diagnosis of a fracture and a rest certificate, but despite multiple communications, the hotel still refused to cancel. Other hotels, however, helped us with the cancellation. Upon check-in, the hotel charges a parking fee of $45 per day, but you can only park until 2 PM the next day — no matter how late you arrive. In summary, we had to stay at this hotel, and the experience was as anticipated; perhaps their practices are legal, but they are heartless — showing no understanding, care, or service spirit towards guests.

First time at 66 years old in a hostel and amazed by how friendly everyone is and good the rooms are. We had an en-suite room with white towels, clean white bedding on a very comfortable bed, room serviced every day, just round the corner from Union Square, and all the transport links. Small suite apartment, the beginning of a room apartment is very strange, the bathroom is sandwiched between the small living room and the bedroom. Later, I told the front desk and changed the normal apartment. Breakfast has coffee, apple juice, orange juice, yogurt, bread, shellfish, etc. No eggs, ham and the like. Overall very good.

Daily room cleaning service is very clean and neat. The room was very comfortable to stay in. The hotel provides free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am, which was very helpful for us. The room is a lot darker than what was advertised in the picture but it was not bad. The air conditioning worked well but the water pressure was quite low, even after we asked the hotel to fix it. The location is very nice, but you can still see homeless people around the block at night, which can be quite scary.

Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat. The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service. On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal. Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

Was an excellent location to Fisherman's Wharf. Hotel was very secure and comfortable. Showing it's age and there's a few things that are overlooked in terms of cleanliness but I'm in the business and have an eye for these things. Didn't bother us though. Room seemed updated and the fans were appreciated as there's no A/C. Great proximity to all the things. Walked to Golden Gate bridge and the Alcatraz Pier. There was construction the day we arrived in a room close to us, but workers were very polite and apologetic and finished the noise around 5pm. Didn't continue the next day so that was nice and we slept in. Over-all was a good stay.

We actually didn't stay at the Herbert Hotel. When we went to the counter of another hotel where we checked in, he told us that we could stay in this hotel directly and told us that this hotel was very new and had just been renovated. The hotel is small, but the space is enough. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient for us to go everywhere whether we take the bus or the MRT. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.
