038038The Fairmont, one of Accor's top-tier hotels, despite its age, is meticulously maintained. The room provided six complimentary bottles of water, and upon returning after dinner, turn-down service had been completed with a glass and water by the bedside. Used coffee pods were also replenished – truly 5-star service. Thank you for the birthday cake service as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a rich variety of international dishes. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila. The location is excellent too, with a large shopping mall right across the street that includes a supermarket and shops selling Filipino goods, making it easy to buy souvenirs.

Had a very great stay in Lanson. I indeed was a lucky guest because I got upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite 🙈 everything was clean but I noticed some amenities/functions were awkwardly placed like the toilet (masters bedroom) and the tissue roll dispenser being 2-arms reach from each other 😅 regardless, it wasn’t much of a hassle.
For the breakfast, not bad. I just felt like they didn’t have a lot of options to offer. But quality-wise, it’s commendable.
Looking forward to my next stay! I think I’ve found another one to add to my favorite list of hotels 💗
Anonymous UserAnonymous UserHad a really nice stay at Hyatt Regency. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day.
The location was also very convenient, with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities — the swimming pool was nice and the gym was well equipped, so there was always something to do during our free time.
And of course, the food was really good! We enjoyed the different choices and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again when we're in Manila. 😊
Guest UserGuest UserOverall it was a pleasant experience but for a young couple like ourselves some of the rules seemed like something set in the 1950 with 1950 Fashion 🤣, women are allowed slippers but not men, men can’t show arms 🤣 you’re not allowed to wear formal vest with a modern take on a formal attire but you can come wearing your Pj’s, all these strange rules just to have dinner lol, but good for taking pictures but for the price it’s not worth it, if you want to take pictures you are allowed to just come in from the streets anyway, there are much better hotels for this price the staff are polite but if you have a problem nobody can solve it. The common rooms are beautiful but the hotel rooms don’t reflect that. The staff are very polite.

Only mishap was when I asked for grace period at check out time (12nn) and was told of a 30min, otherwise we’ll be charged of p1,500.
We rushed from our swim to make it on
time, then upon check out we were informed of extension til 2pm :-(
Since we were all packed we decided to leave, with regret of the one hour more ‘could have enjoyed swimming more’ :-)
The front desks should be more consistent in information.
Should we go back again? Still a YES, now we know we can extend til 2pm FOC.

The food is good, the set up is pretty. While waiting for the room they assigned to me was able to try their cafe which offers brunch and love their brunch menu. The only thing about checking in is you have to ask the frontdeak twice if my room is ready. Because the frontdesk who told me that they will call me when the room is ready. Did not call me at all. So after 2 hours.I asked her again If my room is ready then that is the time they gave me the key for my room. Good thing me and 2 of my friends are enjoying the food on their cafe. The room was clean..I had a kinda nice view too. The room is big so I'm happy about that. The bathroom was okay. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers the quality you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service and communication did not meet the same standard.
Before my arrival, I submitted a special request and received a response from the hotel with additional information. To avoid any confusion, I even called the hotel to clarify the details. Afterward, I modified my request through the proper channel, assuming it would be reviewed and updated in their system.
To my disappointment, the revised request was never acknowledged or acted upon. What is most frustrating is that the hotel had multiple opportunities to review and confirm the updated information, yet it appears that no one checked it. For a 4-star property, attention to guest requests and communication should be a basic expectation, especially when guests are celebrating important occasions.
While the facilities are impressive, the lack of attention to detail significantly affected our experience. A beautiful hotel alone is not enough when guest communications are overlooked. This experience left me disappointed and feeling that the hotel fell short of the level of service it advertises. I hope management takes guest requests more seriously and improves its internal communication processes, as this is an area that clearly needs attention.RedLVRedLVWe stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila for a concert at MOA Arena, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very accessible to the mall and the surrounding area, which made getting around especially convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. On the downside, the TV is not a Smart TV, so streaming options are limited, and the swimming pool is quite small.
