Excellent Sunday carvery. Service really good, from the young lad on the meat counter who was very friendly and efficient, to the front of house and waitresses - all very professional, polite and good service. Food selection and quality was really good and superior to other carverys.

Going on a business trip, really not looking forward to it at all..booked the closest hotel to the venue not realising it’s actually connected..expected to be in a travel lodge-esque box…this hotel was so nice, I’d happily go back! Everything about it, polite helpful check-in staff, excellent room with everything I needed. Lovely staff in the restaurant, even allowed me to grab a pastry for breakfast even though I’d not paid for breakfast ( surgery precludes me chomping down on piled high buffet plates)….uber comfortable bed, fab shower, tea coffee facilities, iron and board, usb sockets in the room…in spite of what others may have experienced, the entire hotel was immaculately clean and tidy..with a somewhat unusual but really nice orange smell in the reception…would not hesitate to stay here again!!

What a lovely little apartment, home from home. Location was perfect just a short drive to everywhere. There is a convenience store, pharmacy and fast food place 1 minute away so really handy if you forget anything. Everything was perfect host was fast to reply and even gave us early check in 🥰

Average stay… cheap and cheerful

Overall this is a good Premier Inn that could be brilliant with a few minor tweaks. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped in standard Premier Inn style. The downstairs area felt very welcoming. Check in was self check in and was efficient. The location is great for the airport but we did not have any plane noise- the hotel overall was quiet and we had a good nights sleep. The things that could be improved relate to 2 key issues. The first was the lack of menu items in the restaurant, we were given a long list of items that were unavailable, which were more than those that were available - we were only there for one night before a flight and didn't really want to venture out so made do but it made a very limited choice. The second issue was the cost of parking , whilst I understand the need to limit others using the parking for extended periods while away or to go to NEC but I do think it should be free for the night of your stay and Premier Inn seem very inconsistent in their application of parking charges with some hotels free and others having quite a significant charge as a % of the room cost( effectively adding 20% to the cost of a room) . Despite this I would stay again

We stayed here as a family during the Commonwealth games and were more than happy with the hotel. We stayed in a family room with a sofa bed made up for the children - perfect size for two toddlers but might be a squeeze for two older children. The room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the City centre. Lovely walk along the canal to Brindley Place and Sealife Centre. The hotel has its own underground car park which is a real bonus priced at £13 per night. Follow the one way system round to the rear of the hotel and you'll see the entrance. The hotel was full to capacity but still plenty of spaces. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, but we used the free drinks vending machine in reception instead. Good selection of drinks and available 24 hours. We added breakfast on the last morning and it was £9 per adult, children free. Good selection of cooked breakfast, cereals, continental. Overall a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we came to Birmingham again.

Premier Suites Birmingham offered a comfortable and affordable night's accomodation. Right near the Bullring in the Chinatown district, we were able to rent two single-bedroom suites for ourselves and our teenage children for less than a single room in London. Each room was appropriately appointed with separate bed and living/dining areas, hot showers and full security. There was no after hours service and the very limited parking spaces need to be booked in advance, but there is parking available at a nearby facility for a discounted rate. Overall it was a pleasant night's stay for a very good rate.

Very strategic location. Walking distance from Birmingham New Street station. China town is just in front of the hotel. Nearby to few places of interest like Peaky Blinders mural...

Gorgeous property, the styling is beautiful, room was very comfortable. Plenty of parking at the rear of the property for residents. A lovely peaceful setting within a large city like Birmingham. Highly recommend this property. Different from the usual hotel having no reception, but this did not impact our stay. The staff we did meet, were very helpful and friendly. There are various eating places nearby. We had breakfast in Edgebaston village, a few minutes walk away. Just lovely.

Lovely hotel and perfect location Unfortunately we had a problem with the apartment that we had booked and stumbled across this hotel The reception was very helpful We did have an issue with the parking on site but they have a parking place just behind the hotel which for two days only cost £12
