The hotel facilities are very new. The hotel rooms are very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have a buffet but if you get a room with breakfast included they will serve you coffee, juice or fruit and eggs prepare as you wish. You can also ask for the breakfast menu and order from there. Food is very good. The green juice is delicious. The attention from the waiters is always friendly and fast. The gym is newly renovated and it has very good equipment. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, specially Pamela who was able to help me upgrade the room. The location is very practical and there are malls and restaurants close by. Very pleased with Elements hotel. I always stay there when in business in Mexico City.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

The hotel is located in the historical city, less than 10 minutes from Constitution Square, and it is also very convenient to walk to several other famous attractions. The hotel service is okay, but my memory is not very good, and I forget the request for assistance in a blink of an eye. The room has free snacks, hot coffee, free bottled water, and different pillow choices, which is very considerate. Located on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot from Metro Line 1. The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending. The hotel's swimming pool is relatively small, the gym is not very big, and there are few people in the evening.

The hotel in Mexico City is cleaner and more comfortable than in Cancun. They are both Hilton hotels, but the difference is huge. We brought a lot of luggage 🧳, and our car was parked opposite the hotel. The hotel staff went directly to the opposite side of the hotel entrance to help us move our suitcases and delivered them to the room. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and had a very good attitude.

We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!

A place that doesn't offer much, other than saying NO to a hotel guest to use the terrace on New Year's Eve, still wanting to pay, I'm sorry but if you can't accommodate your own customers, people who perhaps had 12 hours of flight and is spending his new year alone, telling him that it is not possible to even smoke a cigarette speaks very badly of the place. The hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
