Namaste Farms farm stays are educational and operated under a 501c3 dedicated to the preservation of agriculture and fiber arts. You’re support is greatly appreciated. Namaste Farms Main cottage is only 1/2 a mile from the city limits, it has a rural feel and is centrally located to all wineries and most of the major equestrian facilities including Galway Downs and California Ranch Company. For those who are coming to Temecula for horse shows, we also have a large barn with bedded stalls and turnouts (for an additional fee). There are designated horse trails right outside our gates which will even take you to Galway Downs. If you're into golf, you can enjoy Temecula's 7 PGA golf courses or Pechanga Casino which are also within a short driving distance to the farm. If horses or golf isn't your thing, you can visit Temecula Valley wineries which are all within 1/2-3.8 miles of the cottage gates. The wineries are not within walking distance of each other, and if you want to peruse all of them, we can arrange a driver for you (28.00/hour) who will drive (Audi or Mercedes) and take you anywhere within Temecula/Murrieta while happily waiting for you so you can quickly go to your next destination. If you're not interested in any of the above activities and simply want a "staycation," you can hang out here where you're welcomed to walk around the farm and interact with the animals. At night, can enjoy the sounds of serenity (which includes farm animal vocalizations) while roasting marshmallows at our wine barrel fire pit! We are dog friendly, but to keep our free range animals safe (and we have had them injured or killed by people not recognizing that dogs are predatory by nature), please keep your dog easily under control and on a short leash at all times. Also, because it's not possible to control your dog on a long line, dogs may NOT be tied or tethered anywhere on the property. In addition, for the sake of the antique furniture and our hand crafted door, do not leave your dog alone in the cottage unless they are crate trained and in a crate. If you need to leave your NON-barking dog here, occasionally we have a bedded stall we put your four legged friend in. Also, If you want to let your dog off leash, about 2 blocks down the dirt road (off property), there is a large scrub field where you can let your dog run free. This booking is for the main cottage which is upscale and comfortable. It includes a kitchenette, and charmingly rustic bathroom and galvanized steel shower. The main cottage also contains the loft (entered via a ladder) so please tell us if you prefer not to sleep in the loft we must know ahead of time so so we can make up a beautifully adorned ground floor bed. This is a bit of production, so once again, we need to know ahead of time. Also, the listed price is for the two people, and each additional person after that will be charged a fee. To prevent additional charges upon arrival, please put the accurate number of people in the reservation. We encourage guests to feel at home and enjoy the peaceful farm environment which extends beyond the cottage. If you have more guests in your group that you wish to join you but prefer them in their own cottage, please check out the Hay Barn cottage in a separate listing: https://www.vrbo.com/1461531. We also have two glamping experiences, of which one is in an elaborate Treehouse. If you like hanging out on the farm, we welcome you to explore. There is a communal area with a fire pit, grill and patio furniture to hang out and roast marshmallows or simply sit and enjoy the musings of sheep, goats, horses, peacocks, roosters et al... Please feel at home and enjoy the peaceful farm environment which extends beyond the cottage.Keep in mind that we are not a "pretend farm" set up to simply attract people to our facility. This is an actual working farm where shepherdess, Natalie Redding (Nat Geo Wild's, Shear Madness) and her working dogs, Lacey, Lad and Nesta work every day. This means there is dirt, dust, chickens, peacocks, alfalfa, sheep, bugs, and other living beings associated with nature and farm life. People who've not had the opportunity to experience the beautiful and grounding life on a working farm may not understand this. I do stress that if you're an animal lover who is excited about staying at a true working farm, your co-guests may not share your verve. Please let them know there are farm animal vocalizations which, while music to your ears, may not be music others. There is also dirt, dust, very little concrete or pavement, and all guests will surely leave with dust on their shoes. That said, I'm a frequent Louboutin wearer and I regularly chassé in my stilettos; dirt ground and all. Once again, if you need more room, you can book the other cottages.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Must be approved prior to rental. Namaste Farms farm stays are educational and operated under a 501c3 dedicated to the preservation of agriculture and fiber arts. You’re support is greatly appreciated. “The Treehouse" at Namaste Farms is located at the head of the wine trail in Temecula's Wine Country. This is a unique glamping (glamorous camping) style experience catering to those who are looking for something untraditional and fun. Your accommodation is actually an amazing work of art and craftsmanship. Please note, the space is tiny and the interior of the space is only large enough for an ornately decorated full size bed with the canopy. On the outside of the treehouse is a completely covered truck bed which has a table and chairs from which to view the farm. You can sit outside and chat, eat, or just watch the animals wandering about. Please note, the bathroom and shower are below and unattached; be assured, they are not shared and are yours alone. Also note, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING but there is heat from a state of the art heater. For keeping cool, there is a vintage fan which is pretty powerful and both doors to the inside of the treehouse open to make it very comfortable except during peak hours on the hottest of days. Temecula does cool off at night and always has a breeze at about 4:30 pm; also the covered truck bed patio is always pleasant. We've actually never had a person complain about the temperature, however, if you're not up for the "full monty" of glamping, you might find one of our other listings more to comfortable. This glamping style experience is in the heart of Temecula's Wine Country on a true working sheep farm. Please read the rest of the information so you know idiosyncrasies of farm life and understand what to expect during your stay.NOTE: Namaste Farms is a true working farm with copious amounts of sheep, goats, chickens, peafowl, and countless other animals. Along with those, we have free range squirrels, rabbits, flies, dust and yes, even free range spiders. If you're wanting a rustic experience that gives you a break from city life and you can handle dust, dirt, cobwebs (and these can happen over night inside your cottage and WILL be in the common areas), with sounds of animals vocalizing at all hours of the day and night, then Namaste Farms is a perfect fit for you. While most guests (and your hosts) see the idiosyncrasies and obvious cohabitation with animals and bugs beautiful, you may not. If your primary focus is on amenities, and you're looking for a completely dust/dirt, cobweb/bug, and animal/animal sound free experience, a working farm is probably not a good fit for you. Also, since many people don't read past this paragraph, the price posted is for one guest which keeps costs down for single travelers. For people with dogs, there is a 10.00 a day dog fee. To protect our furnishings etc... your dog must not be left alone unless it's in a crate. If you need to leave your NON-barking dog here, occasionally we have a bedded stall you can put your four legged friend. If you want to let your dog off leash, about 2 blocks down the dirt road (off property), there is a large scrub field where you can let your dog run free. Just know, you're supporting a 501c3 charity and all the revenue goes to support the animals. This booking is for the Treehouse, and while it's only 1/2 a mile from the city limits, it has a rural feel and is centrally located to all wineries and most of the major equestrian facilities including Galway Downs, Green Acres, and California Ranch Company. If horses or golf isn't your thing, you can visit Temecula Valley wineries which are all ~ 1/2-3.8 miles of the cottage gates. The wineries are not within walking distance of each other, UBER is only too happy to come here and pick you up! If you're not interested in any activities and simply want a "staycation," you can hang out here where you're welcomed to walk around the farm and interact with the animals. At night, enjoy the sounds of serenity. The Treehouse is a glamping adventure which means it's the equivalent of "glamorous camping." The bathroom and shower are detached and accessible via a small deck.We encourage guests to feel at home and enjoy the peaceful farm environment which extends beyond the cottage. If you have more guests in your group, please check out the Main Cottage, the Hay Barn cottage and Hammie in a separate listing. Please keep in mind that we are not a "pretend farm" set up so that we can attract people to our facility. I really don’t understand why this place is rated 2 stars? I’ve stayed at this place twice now and honestly I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and they have loved their experience as much as I have. Things are going to be different because of COVID, but they make you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has the best location spot, you are just far enough away from old town to not get hit with all the drunks, but just close enough to go get drunk. The hotel has waters, Gatorade’s, snacks, heat up meals, and little supplies you might of forgotten on your trip like a toothbrush, for purchase in the lobby. Even though, right now because of COVID picnic style eating isn’t available, the hotel has a breakfast bag for the mornings that you are able to pick up from the hotel lobby and enjoy in your room. They have other amenities in and out of the hotel that I put on my other review. Over all, love this place.

The curtains are only one layer of tulle, and the light-blocking curtains on the side are only decorative and cannot be drawn. Unable to block the light outside, which can interfere with sleep. I don't know if it is because of the lack of windows for ventilation in winter, and the room has a heavy stench of lack of ventilation. Nice, clean hotel. Bar downstairs with a happy hour from 3-5pm. And you can take drinks to your room. Bartender was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated, spacious king room. I would stay here again.

Good location. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The breakfast is simple but good to eat, especially I like the coffee machine in the buffet of the breakfast.

Last minute booking due to my apartment flooding. I have a 1 year old and was literally in panic mode. Luckily I was able to book online within 5 min.. and checked in at 10pm. The front was very cool very helpful .. considering I didn’t have my darn id on me. My husband used his but I paid with my card. They were very understanding and got us into a room within min. Booked another night here .. prices very fair
