Anonymous UserAnonymous UserI've stayed in quite a few hotels in KL, and this time I decided to check out the Ritz. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the room was completely odorless and very clean. However, the bathtub looked quite old, and there was some grime around the drain, so I didn't use it. They didn't provide a comb in the room, but you don't need to bring your own power strip. Everything else was fine; even though the toilet was an older model, it was spotless.
The location is great and very convenient. It's just a short walk to Pavilion, much more convenient than EQ and Ruma, where I've stayed before.
The executive room just has an extra walk-in closet; personally, I don't think it's much different from the standard room. The hotel sent chocolates, and later, a server brought a chocolate cake, which was also delicious! The front desk and butler service were both excellent! However, the doorman didn't help me with my luggage either when I arrived or when I left, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's very good value for the price!

An absolutely perfect stay at Villa Samadhi. Beyond the beauty of the place, its tranquility, and the incredible charm of the hotel, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional kindness of the entire team. Every person we encountered was smiling, attentive, available, and always ready to help.
We genuinely felt welcomed and valued, with the impression that everything was naturally done to ensure we had the best possible stay.
The room was magnificent, the location peaceful and exotic, the service impeccable… Everything was perfect from start to finish.
We leave with wonderful memories of Villa Samadhi, and especially of its team, who bring a real soul to this place. ❤️

Guest UserGuest UserThe hotel was nice, but I did have issues with the bathroom door door, not lock. I came and fixed the lock which was loose but still wasn’t looking. It wasn’t the door and the frame wasn’t attached door. There’s something should be checked before checking in. Also, I found a sofa dirty clean it. The rate of pay for the hotel should reduce when this swimming pool was not accessible, but was OK for me to use Next Door as some of the gym equipment wasn’t working. I don’t really expect that for my five so I should be on plane I’m one came to the floor find my room. There’s no arrow missing on the wall directly to my room 1014..
Would I stay here again? No

The location was perfect, with the Petronas Twin Towers right in front of the hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless. Since we stayed on the 46th floor, the night view was absolutely stunning.
The gym was also excellent, with dumbbells over 20 kg, so I was able to get in a great workout. Highly recommended!
예진여행예진여행Extremely satisfied! The location is absolutely fantastic. We opted for the best room on the 36th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of all Kuala Lumpur's landmarks. The infinity pool and gym are on the 37th floor (the top floor), and falling asleep every night to the glittering cityscape was just wonderful. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and money changers with excellent exchange rates! It's a pleasant 20-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, using elevated, air-conditioned walkways, so you're completely free from street traffic. That was a big plus! The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the room; you could hear snoring from the next door. Other than that, everything was perfect!Guest UserGuest UserConvenient Location: Very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, within walking distance. The metro station is also nearby, and there's a shopping mall next door, making it easy to buy things.
Security: You need a key card to enter the building and again for the elevator. It seems like outsiders can't enter the building, so it feels very secure. The security guards downstairs are very responsible.
Facilities: Generally well-equipped. If you need anything, the front desk can quickly help.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: From the 35th floor, you can capture photos of the Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur's night view.
Service: Good.

The room's value for money was average; it was very small but cleanliness was good, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The room was on the second floor of a loft, with a suite on the first floor. The WiFi signal in the second-floor room was extremely poor. If you need good internet speed, it's best to communicate that in advance. Other than that, everything else was pretty good, and online communication was very convenient. The deposit refund was also quick, usually processed on the same day as check-out.

The only downside was that it took half an hour to check the room after check-out (because the deposit was paid in cash), which really delayed our subsequent plans.

The location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they responded quickly to any issues.
