Always wearing face masks and keeping a safe distance The breakfast is tasty, we appreciated the fruit and the waffles wish they had some coffee or tea also in the evening. The pool area is lovely just wish the water of the pool was bit warmer. The location is very convenient in a beautiful neighbourhood with plenty of amenities within walking distance a church and very close to the airport We will gladly come back in the future. Ohh my only complaint is that they didn’t have more soap we used the one they gave us when we arrived and the they didn’t have anymore in the hotel 🥴

It was great because I could wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves.
It is very convenient to enter the sea because you can borrow beach parasols and towels.
The price is reasonable, but the restaurant is located at the beach front, so you can also eat and drink beer while entering the sea.
I will definitely stay if I go to PV again.

The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!

Clean room, shower had great water pressure. Close to the Malecon with night market and beautiful cathedral down the street. The church bells were quite charming. View from rooftop allowed me to see cool fireworks! I would definitely stay here again.

|6.29km from city centerWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

A first class service from the person who receives you at the hotel and opens the door of the car where you arrive, the people who kindly attend you at the reception with a smile and an authentic sense of service, the porters who go out of their way to ask you for a taxi and help you load what you bring without being asked, and anyone who works in the hotel in the reception area is undoubtedly there to serve you with the best service disposition. Also in the pool area, and restaurants.
The impeccable place, with an architectural beauty. Its spaciousness and distribution of both the hotel and the rooms welcome you. The fact of being an open place allows us to feel the weather, and the wind that blows is a very pleasant sensation. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”.
The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal.
The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset.
We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being.
The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat.
I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences.

Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.

Japanese meal French meal needs to be booked one day in advance and only dinner is open. Can't live for three days! The facilities in the hotel room are slightly older. Later, I changed a little five-star hotel on the mountain, and you know that the original hotel is justified, even the color of the sea is different. Many families in this hotel come here. There is a free show at 9:00 pm... It’s boring to see it.

|3.79km from city centerWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

|2.37km from city centerI don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.
