It is a fairly well-established bed and breakfast system, located at the Sao Sebastiao metro entrance, opposite the Corte Ingles. The welcome was given in French and by a very friendly and pleasant host. The room was very large. The bathroom, although pretty and very clean, was difficult to close using the installed hook. We had a fairly well-stocked breakfast, there was plenty of everything. A very pleasant break in Lisbon.

The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the metro. The area is quiet, similar to a residential area. The metro takes 5 stops to the center on a direct line. In principle, it's ok. The hotel itself is good, the room is not big, everything you need is there, except for slippers. What is the problem with providing them - it is not clear. In my room 603, when the air conditioner is on, something leaks in the bathroom, the floor is flooded, but the problem was solved. If you get an adjoining room (the entrance to the neighboring room is through your room), then be prepared that you will hear everything that is happening in that room and vice versa, they will hear everything that is happening in yours. I recommend the hotel itself, if it is not important to live directly in the center of attractions. It was not difficult for me to get there by metro, it took 10-15 minutes

Have a great stay at Turim Europa Hotel. Right from the bell service personnel, front desk (special thanks to Clara and her team members for their exceptional service), bar tenders and housekeepers. The hotel is surrounded by great varieties of restaurants. You MUST try Cardo Restaurant to taste the traditional Portugese cuisine and drinks. The service is excellent and the food are delicious. In addition, it’s only take 5 minutes walk to the Parque metro station (Blue line), which is one of the major tourist attractions line and easy accessible to others line intersections. And less than 5 minutes walk to the Pink metro line to get to the airport from the hotel. Thank you Trip.com for providing with the great accommodation selection on your site. And it makes me have a great and happy memorable experience during my stay in Lisbon.

A 5-minute walk from Parque Metro Station and across the road from Parque Eduardo VII de Ingrateja, the hotel is conveniently located for access to tourist attractions and for walking and jogging. After arriving in Lisbon, I stayed for one night and then went to another city for a few days, and during that time I was able to store my luggage for free. The staff are all smiling and kind. The room is clean and quiet, has an oil heater, air conditioner, and mini refrigerator, and is large enough for one person. The only amenities are shower caps, shower gel and shampoo are provided. It is better to bring your own treatments. Maybe it's common in Portugal, but like in hotels in other cities, there are no tissues. The breakfast buffet was delicious with sufficient variety and quantity.

The room was quite big size which I love because having my active daughter travel with me is very accommodating with the room size. Beside that the was clean, neat, cozy and comfortable. King bed was offered on the check in by the Receptionist (Mr.Mohamed), he was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The amenities in the are very complete. Bathroom with double sink is a star. Food for breakfast very delicious and variety of food and choices. Over all we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city. It is a tad dated inside but nothing to cry home about and the room is clean with a full kitchenette. Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Nice staff too. The water in our room wasn’t warm enough but after calling the reception to let them know they have fixed it in 10 minutes. Hotel a little dated but in an excellent position room assigned absolutely to be used as a single and not as a double had a column near the bed very dangerous at night if one gets up without turning on the light .... Equipped with everything with dated but clean uncomfortable furniture for two people. Maybe it was assigned to us because it was taken with an offer? Work in progress in the building opposite but did not disturb too much. Breakfast in the norm with good products, the only flaw is the American-only coffee ... Staff courteous even if detached.

Hotel located on Avenida da Liberdade, at the top. To get to the center of Lisbon, a short walk of about 20 minutes along the entire avenue. We only use the Hotel to sleep, so we have not used the other services. Parking is fine, but expensive. 25 euros per day. On the weekend you park for free at the back of the hotel, but during the week we had to leave it in the parking lot. The shower water with little force. The rest OK.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who has to stay in Lisbon overnight. It is right outside the airport and they provide shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes. The room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. So, when we wanted to checkout at 8am somthing, we need to wait for a bit. A single-family house, the overall appearance is very formal. The worst thing is the bed. When the upper bunk is moved, it squeaks. Then there was no privacy curtain. The location is fraudulent You can walk to all the places and the tram departure is near the hostel! The room was big and there was a microwave so it was nice to be able to heat simple food. There was an elevator in the building, so there was no inconvenience at the same time as the carrier. However, I asked for cleaning every day, but the other place was neat, but the inside of the shower booth was not carefully cleaned 🥲 Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation 🥹

The entrance to the hotel is very dark. The room is style over function and also dark. . You have to be over 1.8m to in order to place the hanger in the wardrobe. There was a large electric box inside the cupboard. . The kettle had to moved because it could not be plugged in where it was. The sockets were horizontal on the bedside and any spill would have caused a short circuit. The electric blind was very noisy. The breakfast room was very narrow. Overall not a good experience.

The fixtures and fittings were quite dated for a global brand hotel. Location was kinda far from the city centre so you need to Uber/cab down. Walking would not be possible. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Staff were all friendly so that was a plus point. Location is close to metro station and it’s easy to get to the airport and to the city center. There’s the supermarket near about 5 minutes walking down the street. Rooms are little bit old. The real surprise was a cockroach in my bathroom, as for me, I don’t care, but anyway this is four stars hotel and I didn’t expect this. We arrived late and there was only one guy on the reception that night, it was the small line there - two people before us, but we had to wait about around 15-20 minutes to check in.
