Stains were visible. It's near the road that's why you can hear the motorcycle or other vehicles. You can hear the doors next to you whenever they open/close it, that's why it's hard to sleep especially when you're a light sleeper. The shower is hard to use.

It's in a very convenient location. There are many money changers around. There are also many KJTV stations nearby. It's clean. The front desk doesn't have air conditioning, so they turned on a fan for us because it was hot. The staff are very kind!

It was a plan that included meals, but it was said that breakfast could not be provided if confirmed at check-in. They did not seem to have these facilities even if I looked over the hotel. I would like trip, com to check the status of the facility and upload it on the website. However, other location conditions and cleanliness are good hotels. Door boys, receptions and guards are very good.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

The location was great as I have activities to do at Quirino Grandstand. The facilities and room was pleasing to the eye. However, the walls are thin, you can overhear your neighbors. There was only one door key, which can be inconvenient when you’re sharing the room with a friend. I hope you give at least 2 room keys. The aquarium wall was beautiful, however the glass needs to be cleaned.

Basic amenties - towels, toothbrush, and paste. I liked the liquid soap provided - did not dry my skin. Some rust on the soap and shampoo container as it was steel/metal bottle. The room given to me was nice. And kudos to the staff - when water entered the room because of the recent storm, I was immediately moved to another room. Maybe fix the leaking windows next time. But overall (if there's no storm or typhoon), I'd probably stay there again if given the chance.

It's a nice hostel, 711 nearby where you can buy a simcard much cheaper than at the airport. Also few dining options. Have a TV in the living room where they show movies, a rooftop bar and good ac on the rooms. They charge almost 15 usd to keep your luggage for 1 week, no matter the size.

When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”. But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

Location is kinda hard to find since it is inside the streets, but there are a few restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious. However, there are no toiletries provided like soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Towel provided was only a thin one considering we are a couple that checked in. Told us that they'll replace it the next day, yet nothing came. Didn't try the free breakfast either even I booked with complimentary breakfast. AC or fan in the lobby would also be good since it's hot in there.

Our experience at the new coast hotel: The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time. The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park Check in and out was quick Dislikes The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep The view from my room was a construction site picture attached Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.

Slept 8-straight hours which indicates that it was a comfy stay. room is clean. i did not feel bed bug bites nor see insects. Room was equipped with basic amenities that travelers like me would need. Housekeeping followed my request NOT to come in in the middle of my stay. Theres elevator. too.
