Room condition is very good But the address described on the trip was different from the actual room address, so I struggled very much. The hotel did not accidentally send a check-in message, and cash deposit should be prepared in advance to tell the check-in time I have to go to the airport at dawn, but it takes about 20 minutes to get a deposit. The housekeeper was very nice. We went out shopping and had no place to put our luggage, so the housekeeper helped to keep our luggage until the afternoon. When we arrived at the lobby, he immediately sent it downstairs as soon as we called, and he was also very polite.

The price is in the mid-100,000 won range and it is spacious, and since it is a residence, there is also a microwave. If you don't like Middle Eastern tastes, it's okay to bring Haetban and eat it. THE PATHETIC SERVICES DO NOT STOP THERE . I ASKED FOR A CLOTHES DRYER A MILLION TIMES AND KEPT BEING TOLD ” ITS OIT OF STOCK ” WHICH IS A RUBBISH JUSTIFICATION . I DID FINALLY GET ONE AFTER GIVING THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND BUT ONLY AFTER 24 HOURS . UNFFORTUNATELY THUS HOTEL IS TOO OLD NOW AND THE MANAGEMENT AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE UNTRAINED UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SO I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN .

Stayed at JA beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary Aug 23rd. We enjoyed the stay alot.. It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always.. Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad.. Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

Excellent apartments! There was everything you need for a comfortable stay, there is a toaster, a coffee machine, capsules were brought every day, two bottles of drinking water, daily cleaning! The beach is a 10-minute walk away! Nearby is the embankment with a bunch of restaurants and cafes. Huge bed, we slept together with the child, there is a lot of space! There is a pool, but we never got to it, we were at the sea all the time) Among the small minuses is the lack of slippers and for those flying from Russia, be sure to take adapters for the socket.

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

Our first stay in Dubai. We preferred this hotel because of its location and reasonable price option. Hotel staff are friendly and do their job well. We have all kinds of support when we need help. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and other meal options suited every taste. You can find everything you are looking for in the market. Bus support to major locations .At the end of the planned time, we stayed an extra 2 days and were very pleased. Thank you to all the working staff.

It's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them. Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account. Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.
