It is situated at the best location in KL, right in the center of Bukit Bintang, near shopping centers, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. It’s very closed to famous shopping malls: the Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungai Wang, etc. The apartment is very spacious with 3 big bedrooms, living room, kitchen. The interior design of the apartment is very creative and well prepared with Egyptian-style decoration items and costumes. It is highly recommended to stay at this apartment.

|1.72km from city centerNice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

We also had a nice view from our room, which was a great bonus. However, since the hotel is located in front of a big road, it can be quite noisy at night. Thankfully, the staff provided earplugs, which we could request from the lobby. The staff were really friendly and helpful overall, but we encountered an issue with the cleaning staff that left us quite frustrated. When we asked for fresh towels and mineral water without requesting housecleaning, the cleaning staff suddenly told us there was a charge. This was surprising because, in most places, fresh towels and water are provided daily even if housekeeping is not requested. Even the receptionist had earlier told us these were available at no extra charge, but the cleaning staff insisted otherwise. The inconsistency was frustrating and should be addressed.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, with good amenities and a convenient location, but clearer policies and better staff communication would improve the experience. Very recommended!

|2.64km from city centerHad a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.

I couldn't sleep well, our room was on the 15th floor, above a pub like a discotheque.
On New Year's Eve, we heard very loud music from night until morning 😭
The hotel seemed to have made a mistake in giving us this room, because we came as a family,
but were given a room where we couldn't sleep well everynight.
The room size is approximately 50m2.

if you are a family with lots of stuff like us,
this hotel is not hotel for that.
the room size should be OK,
but the room design is a bit complicated,
so the room becomes cramped.
This hotel bed is comfortable and soft,
suitable for young people.
Room with amazing view : front is twin towers and pool side.
And right side view is KL tower.
Breakfast : buffet, various types of food,
good taste.
Perfect location for shopping.
across from suria klcc mall , twin tower and aquaria.
Left side : Nasi Kandar open 24 Hours.
I wont back stay here if im back as family trip.

I got in n the floor stil got a bit hair some dirt stick to floor. I wipe the floor abit using my wet tissue because i walk barefeet around bed. Got tv with youtube (yayy). Wish i bring my own slipper to walk around including bathroom because no room slipper provided. But got toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo n shower cream, electric kettle,2 mug n 2 teabags n 2 packet nescafe wit creamer n sugar n 2 water bottle. I book queen bed room for 2 person. Can hear all other room closing room n everything n hear people walking outside but its acceptable for me. This is a new hotel so can see the bedsheet, blanket n pillow n towel(got 2 towel n 2 face towel) crisp clean. Alot of place to put medium size luggage. Got chair n phone n simple wardrobe with hanger to hang dress. As a solo traveller, i surely will come back here next time i got event to attend.

When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened.
1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in.
2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ?
3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits)
4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why.

There is a washing machine, toiletries, and air conditioning 👌
Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.

|1.41km from city centerThe location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night.
The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast.
The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up.
The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.
