Good place near a lot of local locations. Recommended. Front door is hard to find, only has a white piece of paper on it indicating the name of the inn. Staff is helpful and let us leave our bags in the office early before checking in. Some minor technical difficulties with the room door but overall not a big problem. Wifi sometimes a tiny bit slow but functional. Didn’t manage to take a photo of the room, but online it said it had a stove but there was no stove in the actual room.

The hotel is very easy to find by car, but the bus stop is not only easy to find, but also suitable for driving friends. There is an electric stove in the room, you can simply make some meals, no ventilation equipment. The room is not too big, the two beds are big and small. There is an elevator but it cannot be used. Everyone tries to arrange the room on the first floor. I was because the room that was originally on the second floor of the stairs was too noisy. The stay was great. Rooms were big, clean and just great. My only concern is about the AC system. They can never cool the whole room even when set to the coldest setting with the highest fan speed. Management was really cool, supportive and friendly and so were the neighbors. It's the best place to stay if you are travelling alone. Tons of places to eat and visit near by.

There is nothing in the room, but you shouldn't expect such a luxurious room for this price. There is a public toilet and bathroom on each floor, which are quite clean. You need a room card to enter the dormitory building and the elevator, and the management seems to be good. It is located inside the University of Toronto, and there is a bus stop next to it, so the transportation is quite convenient. It is suitable for budget travel.

I was a bit nervous about staying here at first because of the reviews I've read. But the staff are actually nice and kind. I was surprised to see how clean the rooms were every day. I stayed in a six-female bedroom where the bathroom was only covered by a clear door and a curtain. It was not that comfortable, but it wasn't that bad too. I stayed there for a few days, and I can honestly say that I had a really decent stay. It is near everywhere, too, especially to a street car and easily accessible from and to the airport. The only concern that I can share is the bunk beds being too noisy or shaky when someone moves. It had woken me up a few times. But this isn't something that has affected me much. So overall, it was a good stay.

Location: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel. The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them! Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly. House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

Me and my husband book our hotel for our first year wedding anniversary. Staff and rooms were all excellent. Ambiance of the hotel was very nice as well with low lighting and comfortable seating in the main hall and in-suit. Only major down side is the amenities! For my room to be decorated I waited an extra 30-40 minutes past my check in time when it was scheduled to be completed for 2:00 pm. I payed $37 (with tax+ gratitude) for the hotel to do below bare minimum decorations of the room… only the bed was decorated NOT THE ENTIRE ROOM with plastic rose petals. Didn’t have the best experience of “love and elegance”. Not worth the price and ruined the start of my anniversary getaway..definitely not returning.

Very modern, clean, and right in the core of downtown. I also liked that they immediately checked in via Text Mesaage and that was the main/easiest form of communication. Got an amazing deal on trip.com, about $100 cheaper than what they were charging at the front desk. I gave the amenities 3/5 just because there's no pool or extras in that way. But overall was a great hotel and I'd definitely go back.

The location is very good. Take the UP Express from Pearson Airport to Union Station for three stops, then transfer to the subway for two stops to Queen Station, and walk for three or four minutes. Walk through the Eaton Center to the City Hall. Behind the hotel is Haidilao, which is really delicious and affordable compared to Western food. Dundas Square, Miniature Canada, and the cheap supermarket Dollarama are also four or five minutes away on foot. It is also very convenient to take the tram to the attractions. After 7 o'clock, go to Burger King behind the hotel for breakfast, and you can also get drinking water. The room is clean and tidy. You can vaguely hear the hourly bell of the old City Hall. If you need to clean the room, tell the front desk, otherwise it will not be cleaned. There are towels, toothbrush cups, paper towels, coffee machines, hair dryers, hangers, but nothing else, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, kettles, etc. The cover photo of Ctrip is the old house theater next to the hotel, and the hotel itself is a high-rise building.

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car. To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

The hotel is located outside the subway Union Station. It's a convenient place to stay, whether you're coming from the airport or taking the Go Train back from Niagara Falls. After getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine. Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!) Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases. Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!) Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back. Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!
