Located in the heart of the Arts District in NE Minneapolis, this Victorian Duplex is 6 blocks from three of the best Brewpubs in Minneapolis (Dangerous Man, Indeed, Able), and 10 blocks from 9 more:). We are 2 blocks from a couple of the best restaurants in NE and less than a mile from some of the best Ethnic restaurants on Central Avenue.

This is a duplex and I live upstairs with my kids 50% of the time , you will be renting the lower unit which has its own private entrances. (Please don't be concerned about noise if you are bringing children)

The home features a large master bedroom that looks out onto the koi pond in the back yard. The Landscape has won a MNLA award for outstanding Design and has been featured in numerous magazines and local papers. It has a 20x4x4 deep Koi pond that can be used for soaking in!
