The rooms were beautifully clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful & we enjoyed our stay. It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet. The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk. It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit. It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations... a fly in the ointment!

Lovely, spacious room! I had a king wellness suite. The bedroom is separate from the living room and there are 1.5 baths and a wet bar area! Great when people are over. The main bath has a separate large soaking tub. There’s a free tram that can take you about .7 miles up the strip, to Excalibur/The Park area. Aria is maybe a 10 min or less walk from there (in flats). Comfy bed. Hotel itself is nice. Cons: communication with staff to get my room upon arrival was less than smooth. Also, staff were either not helpful or not knowledgeable about opening times of restaurants in the hotel. I arrived after the stated checkin time and still waited 2 HOURS until I was checked in (room was not ready)! I asked if there was a hotel cafe (turned out to be closed); asked if there was another cafe/Starbucks/etc. within hotel. I was directed to a closed restaurant. And a third time, to a bar which was closed for a private event. Found a Starbucks on my own, that they didn’t suggest. Messy service to start. They didn’t offer me a place to wait or any suggestions while they figured out my pre-booked room. Still, I’d stay here again because I’m sure that’s not a typical experience (I hope).

There is no free breakfast, except for boiled water, all of which can only be paid for by themselves. The parking lot does not seem to be free because we did not rent a car and did not book before we arrived in Las Vegas. Hotel was clean, decor was a bit dated. Could update at least to have USB charging ports in the rooms. Also update internet info to reflect that a shuttle to the sister property on the strip is NOT provided every 30 mins. The outside hot tub was out of service and the indoor hot tub was only available Thursday- Sunday. There was a gentleman that worked in the pool/spa area that was always friendly and very helpful! Smoking still allowed throughout the Casino which smells absolutely horrible! Especially while eating in the food court!

Only stayed one night and regretted that I hadn’t stayed for the week. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to other side of Strip (MGM) for $6 on monorail (just under $14 for 24 hours) or $2 bus ride (slow but you can get your bearings if you have a few hours to spare and get a seat on top deck, front seats - may have to go to end of ride, change bus to achieve this). A 24 hour ticket costs $8. Bus goes to Fremont Street and also way beyond Mandalay. If arriving late at airport, I would recommend an Uber or Taxi to your destination. You can get a 108 bus to Sahara but wouldn’t recommend for solo lady travellers late at night.

We paid about $70 for the accommodation through Trip.com. After arriving at the hotel, we paid $110, including the $250 (deposit) we had been told beforehand and the $31.75 we paid on arrival. Because the room we had reserved was not available, they charged us $78.25 ($110-$31.75) as a cleaning fee, making it look like we had upgraded for free. However, after our third protest, we asked them what the cleaning fee was, and they admitted that they had made a mistake and refunded it to us. Please be careful if you are charged a cleaning fee.

Read Ctrip's selection of hotels. On the day of Russ, it had cooled down and turned on for one night. The hotel has no advantage in hardware facilities, which is slightly lower than some domestic business express hotels. Breakfast was average and totally foreign taste. But it's acceptable, bagels and homemade muffins are nice. I have to mention the hotel's logistics staff, the front desk service is average, but when you have problems finding the logistics staff, they are very enthusiastic and friendly, the airport shuttle driver is also superb, he will guide you Airlines check in. Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas but near enough to walk to the Strip by MGM. Close to airport. We were on the first floor and could hear the folks above us walking.
