Hotel service is OK, conversion head is free to borrow. It is all rooms that want a view of the Danube River, you have to add money!
European hotel rooms are the same size, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is OK to buy fast food.
DM supermarkets can buy daily necessities!

Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

Beautiful old fashioned decor and nice size room. The room was like a sauna and we couldn’t seem to regulate the temperature so we had to open the window. We were then woken by banging and crashing at 630 which sounded like a delivery arriving.
The staff were so pleasant.
Breakfast was limited to bread and very small selection of cold buffet choices. You could order something hot but only a choice of eggs cooked in 3 different ways. We did laugh as it took about 25 mins to make an omelette and it was the smallest omelette we have ever seen.
The room was nice. The shower was very low pressure but was sufficient.
We ordered a taxi to return to the airport, through the reception and it was prompt. It cost 10 euros less than the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. (52 v 62 euros from airport rank)
All in all a lovely stay.

Small gestures such as chocolate when checking-out or pralines on Valentine's Day made our stay really special and personal from the staff. What could be better is the ventilation in the bathroom and cleanliness of the room floor. The black tiles make it easy to spot the dirt. However, all in all it was an amazing stay

I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. Very clean & the most comfortable bed I have stayed in over the past 3 weeks of traveling. It is a half hour walk into the city centre, you can also catch a tram straight out the front which run often. So easy.
The Daniel cafe within serves great food, but if you look over toward the main train station, a 5 minute walk, there are some really good restaurants there as well. (I highly recommend the Japanese place, Iki.)
If I were to pick one thing that would have made this a 10/10 if would be coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Not a biggie but just so you know.

|1.52km from city center5 minutes walk to Belvedere Palace! The back door is the beautiful Orthodox St. Catherine Church, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi to the old town in 10 minutes~
Opened in 2024, the hotel facilities are very new, there are coffee machines in the room, and paper cups can be taken away. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which is very clean.
We are a family of three, and we booked a twin room when we made the reservation. But during CI, the front desk said that there are 3 of you, and the room you booked can only accommodate 2 people. It violates hotel policy and requires another room. Finally, after negotiation, the room type was upgraded, and the extra bed was 50 euros including breakfast, which is also cost-effective. The sofa in the room can be pulled down to a 1.5m large bed.
The breakfast is delicious, the meat loaf is particularly solid, and there are various smoothies, which are delicious and healthy.

Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded.
Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk.
Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel.
Would like to be back again!

The facilities in the room are new. In addition to the toothbrush, the basic facilities are fully equipped, including kettle slippers and towel shampoo. The booked suites, living room bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the rooms are quiet and soundproof. The overall price is very high, I will stay here next time. The only downside is that the wifi signal in the room is very weak.

Location is perfect, closed to public transportation and city center, in a quiet area with no noise around.
The hotel has a nice terrace where you can enjoy an amazing city view.
The room and bathroom was clean and with space enough for 2 people. Only notes are regarding the cleaning of the cups used (not done) and the ventilation in the bathroom (no vents active).
Breakfast was pretty good, both for sweet and salty taste.

When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
