Perfect room for us to stay as a couple exploring Shinjuku! Close to beautiful gardens, a must visit, the greenhouse is so beautiful and a lovely coffee shop in gardens too. Close to train lines, walkable to so many shops and the famous Shinjuku 3D cat. Directly outside were plenty of restaurants and bars and an old school vibe. We felt very safe even late at night. Staff were helpful and very friendly, the room is little, but so comfortable and has everything you need. The washer dryer is such a convenient feature and was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Neat, clean and convenient, we slept really well and really enjoyed Shinjuku. Close to Casetify too which I am obsessed with. Thanks for a great stay!

Well located hotel near Shinjuku gyoen. Although the room is small, it has everything one would need. Love that the air-conditioner can be switched from cold to hot and vice versa, and the fridge in the room is great for storing food like cakes. 2 downsides - noisy as it is in a bar area; but they provide free earplugs so that's great. Second, room I booked was pricey, perhaps v last minute. I miss the hotel's lonestar days, when prices were significantly cheaper. But well everyone wants to go to Tokyo.

Hotel location: 4 minutes walk from Shinjuku Gyoenmae subway station, about 13 minutes walk to Shinjuku station, Lawson convenience store downstairs, 7-11 and FamilyMart nearby. Coco Ichibanya is diagonally opposite, and I had curry pork chop rice on the first night, which was very satisfying. The pork chop was much better than in China. There is a kaiseki restaurant directly opposite, and many workers lined up for lunch set meals. It is about 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Isetan, IOIO and other large shopping malls (you can also take one subway stop to Shinjuku Sanchome) Hotel facilities: In fact, it is more like a homestay, with no front desk, no restaurant, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, power strip, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, no cleaning service during the stay, contact the hotel through email, of course, you can also contact Ctrip. Because the bathroom has a drying function, all clothes can be dried overnight, which can minimize the clothes you bring. The bed should be 1.35, which is still quite crowded for two people to sleep. The hotel location is very convenient and there are many good restaurants nearby.  We suffered from serious flight delay when arriving but the hotel reception was very helpful and replied us by email that we could check-in even after midnight.  They provided ucc drip coffee and other amenities like tooth brushes, bath towel, cotton sticks, etc.  and there are 7-11, family mart, Lawson, etc nearby.  It’s in a walking distance to Japan Bridge so we can walk to the department stores there.  Overall speaking, it’s a very convenient and tidy hotel with helpful and polite staff, all speaking fluent English.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

My first impression was that the door to the room was very close to the bed, but on the other hand, I didn't feel it was cramped during my stay. I didn't notice it when I checked in late at night, but when I woke up in the morning, I was glad to see the top of Mt. Fuji clearly from the window. The shampoo and other bath soaps were in large bottles, which were normal, but there was also a bottle of foam soap for washing your face and hands, which was nice. The bottle had POLA written on it. The bed was comfortable and supported my body well, so I slept well. The table, chair, slippers, etc. seemed to be quite well-used. I also noticed some small pieces of lint-like garbage on the hallway and floor of the room, and wrinkles in my pajamas (which were washed, of course). However, considering the price, I think that's about right. Overall, it was good.

First so travel experience, and this was honestly quite good. The bathrooms were clean (aside from some hair here and there, but it’s a women’s hostel what do you expect) and cleaned daily, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Got super dark in each pod which was perfect, and even in the summer, it wasn’t too hot (despite it saying there’s no AC there are some small units that keep the area a good temperature). I wish check in hours were a little more flexible especially considering that there’s no staff there anyway? But overall really good (close to many subway lines) and I would stay again for sure!!

Location was super which is walking distance to Tokyo station, exit from Tokyo Yaesu Central exit and go down the underpass and exit from exit 22 via stairs (take note we did not managed to locate any lift to floor level, u can walked via main street to avoid carrying your luggage to the underground to train station). Hotel provided alot of amenities which include face mask etc, complimentary coffee and tea provided during non breakfast hour near receptionist. Room was sizable as we are managed to open 2 luggage at the same time.

The location is easy to find. You can find it by entering the address using Gaode. There are convenience stores nearby. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk from the subway station. The room is very clean. Although small, it has everything. When I went there, I happened to meet a Chinese guy at the front desk. He patiently answered our questions and provided great convenience for me who is not good at English or Japanese.

I ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

It was good that rich, convenience stores and McDonald's from the station were nearby, but the unit bus was too narrow. The door didn't close tightly, so the air conditioner came in, and the shower curtain caught on my body while taking a bath, which made me feel uncomfortable. If you are a tall person, you can't take a shower unless you bow. The toilet was impossible unless I opened the door. I'm sorry that the customer service was good.

I highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish. Overall stay is okay if you don’t expect much. However the makeup room service policy is very confusing especially when you asked the cleaner if there’s a makeup room service today. Her answer is always NO! Just change towels and rubbish bags. We had to always call reception to ask and only 2 makeup room services( change bedsheets only) in our 8nights stay. Dirty sinks and dusty room when we finally checked out. Plus points- nearby a few train lines and the microwave oven in the room. Pictures are taken when we checkin.

A great place to stay. In a quiet area of Shinjuku - famous for its bars and nightlife - this hostel was clean and a 10min walk from two subway stations, as well as a 10min walk to the main area of Shinjuku. The dorm rooms have many beds but the dorms were quiet and people were respectful of the house rules. The bathrooms were plenty to share amongst the people staying on the floor. I never had to wait for a shower or bathroom - despite the floor being completely sold out the week I stayed. Staff were friendly and helpful. A basic kitchen is available - rice cooker, toaster ovens, and basic plates etc available, as well as fridge space. The hostel is social enough and plenty of people went out in groups they met each day. The Whatsapp group is pretty active - if you are travelling solo and looking for people to hang out with, I recommend joining the chat. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located neat higashi Shinjuku station, about 5 min walk. The location is good as You can take direct bus to reach Shibuya, ikebocuro and Shinjuku Isetan just opposite the hotel. This can save time and walking to change the subway line when coming back from Shibuya. The best thing the free breakfast is provided, it is rather simple with milk, coffee maker, breads and cereal. But, the alcohol is free till 9pm. Overall this is reasonable good hotel.

Along the way, there are many choices of restaurants and convenient stores, so it's very convenient for me. The room is very clean and good arrangements, there are all necessary amenities provided. I stayed here alone on a trip. The room was also very beautiful and had a feeling of cleanliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

They upgraded my room to a bigger one for free and also gave me a bottle of water. The staff was very friendly, also they provide transfer to Haneda airport. The room was good, I liked it. Location is good, near to the station, it takes around 50 min to Shinjuku. About breakfast, it was simple but delicious, included bread, meat, bacon, sausage, vegetables.
