|7.11km from city centerThe actual thing is the same as the picture. The room is new and big, with a large living room and dressing room, and two bathrooms and a bathtub. The beds are all 1.5 meters long. The three rooms are separated by a sliding door with translucent glass. There are not many restaurants nearby. There is one restaurant called Aeon which is open until 12am, but they don't serve many cooked food. There is a small subway station within a 4-minute walk, and a subway station with more convenient transfers is about 10 minutes away. The last subway at Shinsaibashi leaves at 12 o'clock. If you miss it, you will have to take a taxi for about HK$140. The nearby convenience store is about a 5-minute walk away. There are residential houses all around, and the lights are basically turned off at night, so there is nothing great to visit. Pay attention to the hygiene of the kitchen. The utensils were not cleaned properly and the upper layer of the microwave was moldy. Fortunately, I checked it before using it. 🥲 Other facilities are very smart and the design is very considerate.

|3.07km from city centerThe whole building of R Home Sakuragawa Riverside is newly built. It’s easy to find the place. Just look for the river 😊. There are 8 floors in the building and 3 units in each floor. The room is spotless, well organized and you have your own washing machine with liquid laundry detergent provided. Love also their shower room and bed. Each unit have a balcony facing the river where you can hang your laundry on the rack provided. For those who can’t speak Japanese and Chinese, you can communicate with them thru email. Self check-in is easy and for check -out, just drop your key in the check-out box provided. For your train transpo,
you can take either the Sennichimae line or Hanshin line. If you have luggage or heavy stuff with you, I would recommend that you take the Hanshin line which have elevator going up. Or take the Sennichimae line and walk going to the Hanshin line where you can find an elevator going up. Find your best exit. Across the bridge is a supermarket “K.” You’ll also find Lawson and 7Holdings (formerly 7/11). I would still choose this place if I go back to Osaka.

There are many bars and restaurants around Juso Station, so everything is nearby.
About a 10-minute walk to Don Quijote.
It is a new building built in 2018, so it is clean and fully equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, washing machines, hot plates, and cooking utensils.
2 liters of bottled water is provided for free and laundry detergent is also provided. There are no shower towels, so bring your own.
It's a pity that check-out is at 10 o'clock rather than 11 o'clock.
Most of the nearby restaurants open at 11 o'clock, so you have to spend an hour outside to eat at a nearby restaurant and then go to the airport. It would be nice if check-out was changed to 11 o'clock.
Other than that, there are no other drawbacks.
There is only a 110v outlet so you need a conversion adapter.

There is a washing machine, so you can bring less clothes and buy more loot.

The next street is Nihonbashi Anime Street
There are convenience stores nearby at night
There is a parking lot next to it, you can try it when traveling by car
But I don’t know if it’s hourly rental.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Osaka!

The kitchen of the public bathroom toilet seating area is on the third floor. The advantage is that you can cook. There are two large supermarkets nearby. After nine o'clock, the price is half. 50 RMB to eat and cattle is not a dream! The disadvantage is that people live too much and sleep well at night.

1. Morning coffee could be better ( it is free tho)
2. Hotel amenities are hard to find. Read there was a laundry room on 2nd floor yet I couldn’t find it.
3. Space utilization of room is poor, I have stayed in small rooms before but it was designed in such a way u could fit and place luggage easily . Same couldn’t be said about this unfortunately.
Saying so, place is great for couple to just stay & reat up. For the location , price and cleanness alone I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in / near Umeda.

There are spare parts on the first floor that can be taken as needed. Although there is a tram station nearby, the doors and windows are well soundproofed and can hardly be heard at night. If there is a shortcoming, it is that the socket position of the bed is a bit awkward, at the foot of the bed, and it is easy to kick it to the ground when charging at night. Overall, it is highly recommended

My parents couldn’t stop complimenting how good the staff and cleaning staff were. The excellent breakfast buffet. The wifi speed. The television had YouTube and all the modern entertainment you would expect to keep them entertained. And as you probably have already seen the views and the rooftop public spa I believe is second to none in Osaka hotels - spectacular.

Next are the disadvantages:
Disadvantage 1: It is far from the subway station (Nanhaianli/Tianxiachawu), which takes about 15 minutes to walk, which undoubtedly increases the burden for special forces (30 minutes more walking every day)
The second shortcoming: the sound insulation is not very good. At night, there will be Japanese ghost-fire boys riding motorcycles on the street next to you, which will affect your sleep, but the probability of this happening is low (25%). The most serious shortcoming is the following
The third shortcoming: the bedroom curtains provide almost no light blocking. I don't know what material it is. Although it has two layers, it does not provide any sun protection at all (maybe because the area is not enough?). I am woken up by the bright sunlight at five or six every morning, so I have to buy an eye mask and earplugs to fall asleep.
I hope the hotel will seriously improve! It is especially recommended to replace the curtains! First, do the most basic things of the hotel well so that guests can get a good sleep, and then consider other things.

You are not in the centre of the action here, but personally I prefer that. The area is very quiet but still lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. I arrived on a Sunday and heard the receptionist telling a couple that a lot of the restaurants are closed over the weekend, as they are mostly catering to office workers. I found this to be the case and struggled to find somewhere to eat when I went looking for dinner on Sunday. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from 2 subway stations, so it’s easy to get around. I also walked to the main shopping area a couple of times, and back from Osaka Castle - all very walkable weather permitting. It’s not a 5 minute stroll (more like 30 mins) but as long as the weather is good it’s a pleasant and interesting walk.
My one not quite gripe, but suggestion to the hotel is bigger bins in the room! I understand and have no problems with the eco-policy where rooms are not cleaned unless requested, but I was filling up my bin everyday which made me want it cleaned daily. I saw someone leave their bin outside the room one day, so I also started doing this towards the end of my trip and the cleaner did empty it for me.
The hotel provided a lot of amenities - having a station for them seems to be the done thing in Japan, at least in my experience. I particularly enjoyed the bath salts - helped me relax after long days with lots of walking.

The boss is very considerate and helps answer any questions about going to Japan. The surrounding area is very quiet because it is a residential area. Very close to the B&B is a 711 convenience store and a two-story large supermarket, which can meet any shopping needs. It is really convenient. In terms of transportation, it is not far from the subway station and can go directly to or transfer to any attractions. Having said so much, my wife emphasized to me that the cleanliness of this B&B is not inferior to any three-star hotel in the country, which is also something she values very much.

Check in is automated. If you need other items , you can call the staff at the check in kiosk or phone.
Breakfast is simple and hearty. There is delicious hot miso soup, cereal, bread and many types of onigiri.
Hotel have free cookie and drinks during tea times, alcohol for night time.

The location was fantastic; just a short walk to multiple train and subway stations, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the check-in experience—being greeted by friendly animatronic dinosaurs was both unexpected and delightful, adding a unique and playful touch that set the tone for the rest of our visit.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. While the beds were on the firmer side and the pillows had a somewhat unusual texture, they were still perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fun and quirky place to stay in a prime location. Would definitely recommend to travelers looking for something a little different!

Castle view is amazing (beautiful both day and night). 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest Osaka Metro station (Temmabashi). Surprisingly good swimming pool (I was afraid it would be too small and bleach smell too strong, but everything was OK). There are some nice restaurants near the hotel (with few tourists, comparing to Namba, so you can have a full immersion into Japanese everyday life). Wi-Fi is free of charge for Hilton Honors members.
