This completely updated 104 year old home is a historic home just outside of Downtown Dallas in a fun, artsy neighborhood called Bishop Arts. Original hardwoods throughout... Perfect for the business traveler, vacationer, traveling nurses, medical students, groups and families with kids. A great location for sporting events for Mavericks, Stars, Cowboys, Rangers and concert venues all within 5-20 minutes. Also, in close proximity to, Deep Ellum, Uptown, Love Field, White Rock Lake, Trinity Groves and more. Sleeps 6 comfortably...3 queen beds and one large leather sofa (can add inflatable mattress if needed). This home also has high ceilings, a double vanity in guest bathroom, an office area with desk. 65" flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom includes 35" flat screen TV. This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

I loved the hotel it’s in a construction zone right now but that’s okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week

The breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

This hotel is very modern and in a prime location. It is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The housekeeper was very helpful, she even came to the room and asked if we needed clean linen and towels. I travel a lot and this is one of the best stays I have had. I recommend this place for any time of year.

The front desk is very welcoming, and the check-in may soon come due to the epidemic and non-peak season. The base of the room is very spacious, but obviously has a sense of age: the sanitation is slightly unsatisfactory. The biggest criticism may be the surrounding environment. I feel like I'm in a homeless distribution center and I'm very careful when I go out at night.

I liked the location of this hotel, right off a main highway so it was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. I couldn’t connect to the internet and had to call their 800 number, but they fixed the issue. My only complaints were that: the walls were thin, including the ceiling wall, you could hear every footstep; the bathroom lights were super bright but the rest of the room lights were super dim so morning grooming was tricky; and the shower floor was pretty slanted and the drain was very… unusual. But it was very affordable so all in all I’d recommend this place
