We were satisfied at the check in counter, the lady who helped us check in let us check in early to room(s) that were already available. She also helped to arrange the 3 rooms we booked to be pretty close to each other on the same floor in the same wing. Cleaning lady also did a fine job. You have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush though, they were not provided by the hotel, which is quite common for Vegas I think.

I booked this hotel. I was very surprised when I woke up the following day, I had several bites on my body, palms, legs, body and it was very itchy. As I need to check out the room quickly so I checked out from the room tv. I did not inform the hotel about the matter. Initially, I thought it was mosquitoes bites but later when I saw the pharmacy, they informed it was bed bites. I was rather shocked and disappointed, the hotel that I had booked have bed bites……

I confirmed the hotel booking on 2022/12/2, But when I checked in the hotel on 2023/1/4, the hotel advised they have issue with trip.com regarding to payment so can only let us stay for one night, and they will try work out the payment with trip.com the next day. It wasn't a good experience with the hotel front desk, not only they couldn't give us any confirmation, but also have taken very long time to process the room and parking.

The hotel is aged, with overall average service. I have nothing particular to complain about. However, you cannot expect amazing services. Sevreal things to know: 1. there is no in-room coffee or water (this has been quite common for most of the hotels nowadays). 2. You have to walk through the casino to get to the pool area (they also do not allow water bottle from outside to the pool). 3. The casino area is bit dark and old appearing. 4. They do not have a place to temporarily park to check in. Of course you can valet, but if you want to do free self parking, you will need to haul all of you luggage from the garage, walking through a bridge, down the escalator/elevator, walking through the casino area, to the front desk to check in. Alternatively, you can self check in from a kiosk machine without going through the front desk.. 5. The AC unit is also bit aged. It is hard to set the temperature, with High-median-low setting only. 6. The restraurant selection is also very limited. We usually walk across the street to other hotels to get better restraurants. To summarize: bit aged hotel, with average service.

The location is fantastic. I arrived at 2 pm and did not wait until 4 pm check-in so I paid the $25 which I really think is scandalous compared to the hotel was not even fully booked. Rooms are spacious with two double beds and the negatives are there is no tea and coffee machine or any fridge  This is Vegas they want you outside the room spending money

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful in booking activities and letting us know the places to go. The hotel is really close to the night life. We had the two room suite. We booked a room with a kitchen in this hotel. The kitchen is small, but it has all the utensils. The washing machine is on the balcony. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a double bed. The hotel is located near the big ball, separated from the big ball by a wall. If you want to go to the main street of Las Vegas, you have to walk for about half an hour. The room is small, but there is no problem. If you open the folding sofa bed in the living room, our three small suitcases cannot be spread out at the same time.

The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future.

It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet. The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk. It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit. It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations... a fly in the ointment!

The parking lot does not seem to be free because we did not rent a car and did not book before we arrived in Las Vegas. Also update internet info to reflect that a shuttle to the sister property on the strip is NOT provided every 30 mins. The outside hot tub was out of service and the indoor hot tub was only available Thursday- Sunday. There was a gentleman that worked in the pool/spa area that was always friendly and very helpful! Smoking still allowed throughout the Casino which smells absolutely horrible! Especially while eating in the food court!

Only stayed one night and regretted that I hadn’t stayed for the week. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to other side of Strip (MGM) for $6 on monorail (just under $14 for 24 hours) or $2 bus ride (slow but you can get your bearings if you have a few hours to spare and get a seat on top deck, front seats - may have to go to end of ride, change bus to achieve this). A 24 hour ticket costs $8. Bus goes to Fremont Street and also way beyond Mandalay. If arriving late at airport, I would recommend an Uber or Taxi to your destination. You can get a 108 bus to Sahara but wouldn’t recommend for solo lady travellers late at night.

We paid about $70 for the accommodation through Trip.com. After arriving at the hotel, we paid $110, including the $250 (deposit) we had been told beforehand and the $31.75 we paid on arrival. Read Ctrip's selection of hotels. On the day of Russ, it had cooled down and turned on for one night. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but there was no cleaning service! My husband was very unhappy. He asked me if there was racial discrimination? They deliberately didn't clean our room. I said it was possible. In fact, this hotel is very cost-effective, only 600+ RMB per night, and the rooms and facilities are very complete, but it's a pity that there is no gym. The middle-aged gentleman who was responsible for distributing discount information on the left side of the lobby was super nice. He was very considerate and patient to introduce us to all the nearby information and also mentioned Happy Chinese New Year. I gave him 2 stars out of 2 stars, 1 star for the cost-effectiveness of the hotel, but lost 2 stars for the irresponsible room cleaning. It's really too much! My husband said that he clearly saw that other rooms were cleaned. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but not once did they clean our room! My husband was really unhappy and he asked me if it was racial discrimination, like they deliberately didn't clean our room on purpose. I said it was possible. Actually, this hotel is highly cost - effective, only a little over 600 RMB per night, and the rooms and facilities are quite complete, except there is no gym. The middle - aged gentleman on the left - hand side of the lobby who is in charge of distributing promotional information is extremely nice. He introduced all the information about the surrounding area to us with great care and patience, and he even wished us a happy Chinese New Year. One of the two stars I gave is for him, and the other is for the hotel's cost - effectiveness. However, the two stars we deducted are due to the irresponsible room - cleaning service. It's really too much! My husband said he clearly saw that other rooms were being cleaned.
